The room was lovely. Super comfy bed and clean room and facility. The location was amazing and the bar/restaurant downstairs was very convenient. Beautiful outlook of the street and fresh air through the windows. Great to have aircon. The wallpaper and overall decor was lovely.

The shower is teeny and a bit awkward to get in and out of. Odd noise through the night, maybe the lift? Although we were out all day and then sleeping, we did want to watch something to sleep to and Netflix was there but didn’t work. I clarified that the exterior works would be done by August when I booked however they were not. None of these things would prevent us from staying again or recommend the property but good to note.

This place is very comfortable with easy access to the second floor with an elevator. Staff is friendly and speak perfect English, rooms are very clean. Breakfast is available but never tried it. This location is next door to Metro line 3. Lots of really good places to eat at every price range nearby.

After a long day of enjoying Paris and all it has to offer. I like to take a hot shower at night. In the evening, sometimes the water is lukewarm, not cold but not very hot. Plenty of hot water in the morning.

1. Staff. Everyone is friendly and supportive, like an international team - Mr. Daniel, Marien, Ryan, and especially Mr. Adam. Had a life-defining event in my life, and the cancellation of my booking would've been a disaster. It didn't happen, meaning the management is reliable. The staff was very emotionally supportive, thanks again! 2. Location - right near the German embassy 3. Free candies ;) 4. Price is much lower than the market 5. The building has an elevator - such a rarity for France!

The room was facing the road, a bit noisy, and I like to sleep with open windows.

Hotel very nicely done inside bedrooms and staff helpful speaking English, they made us feel welcome.

Needed 3 cups not 2 for our booking for 3, insufficient hot drinks supplies, t bags. Kettle unit nowhere near a socket had to move everytime, need extra sockets in room for mobile phones/additional hairdryers also. Bathroom just needed more storage areas and sink unit needs some attention.

Very nice hotel in an excellent location, 15 minites walk to L'arc de Triomphe and about 30 minutes to the Eiffel tower. Taxi rank, metro, bus stops and train station all in the immediate area too. Very helpful and friendly staff. Plenty of places to eat and drink very close. Comfy bed. If you turn right when you come out of the hotel, there is a park at the end of the street.

No kettle in the room. Shower went hot and cold.

Hotel is very nice and clean. Staff were very friendly and helped us out with all our needs. We arrived before check-in time and left after check-out, but we could leave our luggage at the hotel which is super convenient. The hotel is right around the corner of a metro stop - you can't get better than that! We happened to be in Paris during a very hot week so we were very happy to establish that our room was one of the best air-conditioned places in all of Paris! Our Superior Double Room was larger than many other hotel rooms we read about: there's a 3-door closet with a safe, a stand for a suitcase, a desk and chair and the bathroom is also large enough with a regular sink and full bath. Our room was to the back court so we didn't see or hear any traffic, but the windows are soundproof so it's quite quiet. And if you need a kosher diet, there are tons of kosher places at walking distance, one of which is right below the hotel itself + a kosher mini-market at the end of the block. We'll definitely check this hotel again next time we're in Paris.

The only thing that isn't very soundproof are the doors so you hear clearly when your next-door neighbors enter or leave their room. But that's it. We couldn't hear them while inside their rooms so it's something that you'll hear maybe once a day for a second or two. Other than that this hotel was amazing!

We booked this place maybe 15 minutes before we arrived after I made a blunder with dates at another hotel. We were greeted in a friendly manner and the room was ready to go.

Street parking is expensive. This is outside of the hotel owner's power but one for people to be aware of. When we arrived on the 18th of August 24, the parking is free between 2000 and 0900. During the day, it is extortionate prices. North of €50 for 6 hours.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is located 15 minutes on foot: from Porte Maillot (or one metro stop) and 25 minutes from the Arc de Triomphe. There are bus stops and metro stations in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Around the hotel, there are many cafes and restaurants where you can eat and drink coffee, beer, and cocktails. There is a grocery store nearby that is open until 10 p.m. The staff was very kind. They gave us advice on what to visit, how to get there, not only about the sights of the city but also about the spirit of the individual neighborhoods. The beds were large and very comfortable. Our room was cleaned every day.

Location was excellent, close to great places to eat, and a fab bakery and supermarket and metro.

Hotel takes a damage deposit, which should only ever be taken if the room is exceptional. Curtains were hanging off, the small side table was broken and the wooden floor by the bathroom was lifted and rotting, so based on the 3 issues, I had to take photos on arrival to protect myself and my family, and our money. The hotel also took the full balance before I even arrived? Which was odd, as then they refunded it and took the full amount again when I arrived. I did confirm I would be arriving, so again, not sure why they did this.

Bedroom was beautiful like the decor,love the table arrangement with kettle mugs etc, mattress were too hard for the both of us but again this is something that is different for every individual, staff was very welcoming, location was good , patisserie nearby was awesome, overall good experience will definitely stay here again
