The location of the hotel is superb, right in the heart of the 17th district with easy access to public transport and plenty of good quality restaurants nearby. The two local shops provide for anything you may need during your stay. The hotel is a 15-20 minute taxi ride from Gare du Nord.

The lift was absolutely tiny (one person plus one luggage suitcase) so be prepared to use the stairs. While the décor may seem quirky, it is nothing to be put off by as the rooms are very functional, some even feature a small Parisian balcony, which is a perfect setting to enjoy a coffee and a croissant for breakfast or a glass of Blanquette in the evening!

Great location - quiet and close to the metro, near a pretty park and plenty of cafés/nice restaurants. Quirky themed rooms, clean, comfortable and great value for money - 2 nights here cost less than 1 night in London. Staff were friendly and responsive. Free afternoon tea facilities in reception each day. We would absolutely book to stay here again if visiting Paris - bravo!

We had requested a specific room type (cards) but were not given either of our top two choices on arrival, despite our first choice being available and were told that it was an extra cost (it wasn't). However, this was quickly rectified and we were able to change rooms straight away. A €50 deposit was taken from our bank account and we did not receive it back until 30 days after our stay - usually this is just a pending charge and not actually taken.

The theme - magic. I loved the magic books and the magicians cape hanging on the wall for customers to take a photo. The color of our room purple! My favorite color! The decor on the steps - magician hats and the carpet (cards - hearts diamonds, spades and clubs)throughout the place. Breakfast was reasonable, tasty and a good variety of food. Lovely and unique. Centrally located to major tourist attractions and buses and metro. Directions posted in lobby for transportation. And an elevator! The little grocery store across the street great. Staff was wonderful! I have pictures of me in the cape, our room, outside, bathroom and lobby but could only post one pic of each area ☹️.

What was there not to like??!! Ok tv stations I didn’t like since we only speak Spanish and English. But we found a channel in English so we were good. Oh and powdered eggs yuck.

This hotel is located in the center of Paris close to many sights, as well as to public transportation. The staff is very nice. They were very friendly and the communication was easy with them. They contributed highly to the celebrations of our wedding anniversary and birthday. The room was nicely furnished and perfect for our stay. I recommend this hotel and hope to return again.

It is well located, in a safe area, everything’s is quite new, bathroom and bed decently sized. Also offering free coffee and a mini fridge with things you can buy. The staff is very friendly, Patrick the receptionist very welcoming and helpful, especially during check in/out.

Just to be picky the decor wasn’t really up my alley but other than that everything was fine. Did not try the breakfast since I wanted to try having that at a boulangerie.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough and will stay here again if I come back to Paris! The location felt safe and quiet while still being in a good position to get to the rest of Paris, with the metro station Wagram being 4 minutes away and the Arc de Triomphe only a 20 minute walk away. The bed was really comfortable and the cool magic-themed breakfast was a bonus. The staff were also so friendly and helpful!!

Very nice location. Bed was clean and comfortable. The hotel kindly provided to us a room with perfect terrace and nice street view (thank you a lot). In the room we had a cofee machine and every day 2-3 coffee capsules with milk to drink a coffee in the morning. Also hotel gifted a small interesting present for us when we arrive.

The hotel is needed to have a serious cosmetic repair. There were not enough hangers in the room (imho), cofee machine was not clean (we had to clean it). Gel and shampoo were with not good smell.

Hotel was in a very central location. Stuff was really friendly. The neighborhood was alright. Room service was very timely and good.

Hotel's lift was very, very small. The decoration on the room's floor and walls lacked taste. Soffa in the hotel's lobby was old and torn.

Breakfast was good but the chair was too hard around the edges and very slippery ! The same goes for the other chair in the bedroom but I feel that Paris is not ready for dealing with Accessibility issues in time for the Olympics! Charming circular tiles in the bathroom!

The room was abit small but adequate!

Staff were always kind and helpful. It's location close to the metro and a walking distance from the Arc du Triomphe and Champs-Élysées

Corridors and stairways are very narrow. The room feels smaller than it actually is as well.
