Nice style room, interesting decor. Well located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. Walking distance to Arc du triomphe

A kettle/tea/coffee making facilities in the room would have been so much nicer. The toilet room was a bit squished but wasn't a huge issue. It was my birthday weekend and I was slightly disappointed the hotel didn't do anything to acknowledge it... usually hotels give a free little chocolate or even coffee, but this one didn't.

My first room was right by the lift shaft so it disturbed my sleep the first night, however the staff were extremely helpful and gracious and gave me an alternative very comfortable room where I slept really well. The rooms were really clean and comfortable overall.

Just the lift shaft waking me but staff very graciously rectified this by giving me a quieter room where I slept well.

Very clean and modern. Looked after a box for me prior to arrival. very good comms. Excellent staff especially the night reception (male). Had an issue but this was overcome very quickly and in good time. Arranged some drinks via my wife on our arrival. This was very special.

Misunderstanding on bike storage. Could have been explained a bit better. But was handled very well by the manager.

Room and hotel were comfortable and clean. Staff was wonderful. great location. right off the train and bus lines. walking distance to wonderful parks and main roads.

The room was a little warm. The heat/AC is central and therefore controlled by the hotel, and opening the window brings in (in the morning) street noise and a lot of sun light, which when jet lag means its hard to sleep.

Location is the best. Easy to reach everywhere in Paris from hotel yet it’s still calmer than busy places in Paris. Cleaning was good, even in between days. Everyone was helpful. The only thing to consider is the room is really small but especially the bathroom. It’s better to accept this and come accordingly. AC was working good.

although the room is small it is is well built and very comfertable. the staff was welcoming tnd helpful and the hotel itself was clean and tidy. the hotel is in a non touristic area which was great for us because we could go to local cafes and a local market nearby and enjoy the authentic environment. BUT don't be alarmed, a 15 minutes walk from the hotel is arc du triomphe and champs elysees street. 5 minutes from he hotel is a metro station and a bus station that takes you directly to the eifel tower.

the only two things i have to say is that the room is a bit too dark and better lighting is needed. also, it is not suitable for short people since the toilet is very high. i am an avarege sized man and my feet barely touched the floor.

The only thing they need to improve is wifi. My room was on the second floor and the connection was very poor.

Proximity to all the sights, great value for price ,very clean shabby chic little hotel!!but most of all the wonderfully pleasant, helpful staff !! Big shout out to Helena ,Caroline and Andre. The loveliest " staff ever ,,,merci beaucoup xxx

Cleareness was perfect, everyday all the textiles were replaced by the staff. Space was enough

There are different price for twin room and double room. You think that it's something different from single room but you discover that double room is just room for couple bed and tween room is just one room with two single beds

We stayed for a week during the Olympics, Staff were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, and air conditioning was very nice. Location was safe and near the metro, restaurants, and shops.
