The hotel is located in a stunningly beautiful, safe neighborhood. Nearby there are many cafes, any kind of transportation, pharmacies, stores. Both on foot and by transportation you can easily get from the hotel to any attractions and back. The hotel is tiny and cozy. Breakfast was delicious and varied. The hotel staff is very friendly. My room number 2 was on the first floor. The room is very small, but it is enough for one person. The room has everything you need, it's very clean.

Unfortunately as expected in a small hotel quite strong audibility. If you have a sensitive sleep, you may be disturbed by voices and sounds in the corridor and the next room, water draining. In my room behind the wall I could constantly hear the sound of dripping water, which did not disturb me during the day, but very disturbing at night, because the sound was quite loud and of varying intensity, similar to banging. The hotel employee said it was normal and promised to see what could be done. But the second night I could hear this unpleasant sound. My advice if you have a sensitive sleep - take earplugs and walk a lot in Paris to be so tired that you will sleep deeply and not hear anything))))

Location was great: 2 Metro stops, 2 grocery stores, and several restaurants nearby, and only a 15 minute walk to l’Arc de Triomphe. On a quiet street, nice neighbourhood. Room window opens! Bathroom is clean, bright, and new. Free hot drinks were really handy. We brought our own breakfasts to the room.

Bedroom size is “cozy” ie not much margin around the bed. However it does have shelves and closet. One suggestion is to move the room safe to the closet floor to maximize shelf space.

Lovely, cute hotel, nice room and bathroom, good water pressure for Paris (the sink especially, the shower was decent). Small but not a claustrophobic box. Very good storage and use of the layout. It's not the newest fittings, so don't expect ultra sleek and modern, but something with more character (which I loved). (I didn't book the breakfast) I loved the quiet area, the short walk from the metro, the lovely building, design and flowers. Will be booking this hotel again for sure.

As per usual in the south + in France: soft and not very supportive mattresses. The first floor is a bit loud (people walking beneath your windows), but with the windows closed it's a lot better. So maybe request a room higher up, if you want to keep the windows open (I didn't in late September)

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We also enjoyed the kitchen facilities. The hotel provided free coffee and cereal for all guests which can be used at any time. There was a fridge available for guests to keep their personal items chilled. We also appreciated that the hotel cleaned and room and left fresh towels every day.

Unfortunately we weren’t able to check in early (although this wasn’t something we requested until we arrived).

Reception staff were excellent! Thierry and Nicholas were so welcoming, helpful, hard working, and accommodating, Thierry carried my bag up to my 2nd floor room and cheerfully and quickly handled an issue with the room. Both gentlemen spoke English very well, which was helpful for a budding French learner. Breakfast was quite good, with lots of healthy options and tasty pastries. The hotel is clean and well appointed. The location had its benefits and disadvantages. It is in a clean, fairly quiet, lovely section of Paris, with pharmacy, eating options (be sure to check out Leonidas chocolates just around the corner), and Metro station close by.

This will all sound picky but good to know. No elevator but I had help getting my bag upstairs. No air conditioning and a heavy duvet; however, I was provided a top sheet and there was a fan in the room, which made sleeping perfect -- in June. I probably wouldn't stay here in the hotter months. While the Metro station was literally right around the corner, it's a fair distance to get to most of the major sites and museums and a lot of line switching to get anywhere. None of above would have been deal breakers for me, though.

Nice friendly vibe and atmosphere throughout the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was cosy with a really cute balcony. Location was excellent for me given it's close proximity to the marathon start and finish line which I was there to compete in.

The lever to adjust the shower head was strangely fixed into the lowest position (kind of looked like a dodgy glue job).. A little annoying as you had to manually hold the shower head higher to get full coverage.

Staff was incredibly prompt through email correspondence and accommodated my pets who traveled with me.

It is an older building in Paris centre, so lifts are a rare thing. This hotel was no exception, so we had to carry our many HEAVY bags up a small spiral staircase. However, staff placed us on the first floor and that was very kind of them to minimise our climbing. :)

Everything was perfect! We requested a room at a lower floor and the hotel helped us, the breakfast was really nice (they have a great coffee, tea and cereal buffet), the room was clean and had everything we needed, wi-fi working perfect and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Around there are cafes, restaurants and the metro. Also, the place is close to Porte Maillot where the bus from the airport dropped us off. We would definitely recommend this place!

-nothing, everything was great!

It was very clean and towels and garbage were changed daily. Nice room. The location was very good. Staff was friendly.

The room was pretty small, but this is specific to Paris, so no problem. The pillows are uncomfortable, too small, hard and somewhat clumpy. They should be changed with bigger and softer ones. It was too warm in the room for such a thick blanket that was on the bed, I had to take the blanket out of its sheet and only use the sheet to cover up in the night. And it was still warm. If you open the window during the night it’s not necessarily quiet. The water tank at the sink in the bathroom has a pretty weird system, so that if you’re not VERY careful the water runs around the sink table and then on the floor. I don’t understand why they didn’t just install a normal one, it was more practical and cheaper. It’s annoying to always wipe the water from the sink table.

Very clean room and bathroom. Well ventilated, everyday there was cleaning service. The hotel is very close to the metro station (~5min), and surrounding streets are safe. Not silent tho, but since it is close to one of road it is understandable. The localization is also great to walk directly from hotel to bus shuttle in Porte Maillote (around 11-15minutes of walking for most of the time straight through the wide street).

Not too much to complain about. If you don't mind travelling with metro at least 20-25minutes with at least two metro lines to the touristic part of Paris it is great place to stay. The Hotel doesn't have laundry service, but there is automated laundry nearby (around ~5minutes walk)
