Location (very close to metro), good breakfast, helpful staff, triple room was good size (not too small)

Air conditioning did not work, but the staff brought a big fan to our room, which helped somewhat

Very modern room, spacious bathroom, extremely confortable bed and the shower had very hot water. Our room was cleaned every day and we received new towels daily. The metro is a 10-second walk away and connects you to the center of Paris in 20-25 minutes. The hotel is a 20-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the area is quiet and lively. The receptionists were very nice, we were even able to leave our luggage there until check in. They served us with croissants and tea/coffee. I had a problem with the room access card which was resolved in 5 seconds, even though it was a late hour. Big plus for all of them. We had an exceptional stay.

Sometimes you could still hear the voice of the receptionist, but after 20,000 steps a day on the streets of Paris, you only heard it for 10 seconds at most before falling asleep.

The location was great as the metro station is just across the road. The room was clean and quiet, the bathroom was spacious and the beds comfortable. We didn't chose the option with a breakfast but I loved the idea that coffee/tea was for free and you could grab a quick coffee before heading out!!

For a three bedroom room the fact that there is no cupboard/closet is an issue; we only stayed for one night so didn't really care, we hardly opened our suitcases but for more than one night you need some storage space for your clothes and luggage. One chair and one luggage holder was not enough for a three bedroom room with three adults (not related).

We had the disabled room, so not sure about the other rooms size, ours was pretty big, as well as the bathroom, which the shower was opened due to that reason. When we arrived we took an Uber from Gare du Nord which took 20 minutes; following days we took the RER in Pereire, line C to Eiffel Tower 30 minutes and we had stunning views over the Seine of the tower. There's a closer metro stop in Porte de Champerret. Safe neighbourhood, we walked at night and didn't see anything strange. There are many restaurants around, but many of them are closed on weekends due to religious reasons. There's a Carrefour market nearby and a traditional boulangerie for your morning pastries and bread called Montgolfiere. And a classic French cuisine restaurant called Bistrot Le Trois Quart, where we had one of the best meals ever, advise to reserve in advance.

Our main contact was Julia. She was exceptional from when we arrived till we left. From answering emails before we arrived to detailing a map of where we were and how to get to certain locations . Sorry cannot remember the names of the rest of the staff ( bad with names ) but were also amazing to deal with. I point out Julia only because she was the one dealing with the most before arriving and well there. Amazing little gem. Many restaurants are all within a 5 min walk. Merci Hotel Korner Etoile.

Not really anything to complain about. Only one issue. Air was not working the first night but when told they said it would be fine xed tomorrow or will move to a different room . Fixed by the time we got back from touring. So not much to complain about.

Good location given the airport pickup stop, very very close to the metro station and there are quite a few close amenities for breakfast/lunch. The rooms were clean, bathrooms was ok and room service was also ok. Host was very kind to us. It is a rather good deal for what you get. Would come again.

The rooms were quite small but it is understandable given the floor plan, but the walls were quite thin and you could sometimes hear what was happening on the hallways or in the adjecent room. It did not disturb us to great degree, but there are more sensible people that would appreciate this fact.

It is super near Metro 3 and will be near the new Tram. There are lots of restaurants nearby. There are about 3 Groceries nearby as well. Room is small but clean. Bathroom as well. Comfortable beds and decent pillows. WIFI is good. A boulangerie is also super near so we just bought pain au chocolat and croissants. There was a welcome drink that's a bonus

There was no hot water on our 2nd morning but was fixed afterwards , so I think that's rare. I did not have breakfast but the place looks small as I saw a queue.

I like the room, though small. I felt safe in it and it was quite comfortable. I also like the staff, particularly Julia, who was warm and accommodating. I also like the simplicity of the space. The location was also very near a train station.

The bathroom was a bit too small for me as I stand 6 feet tall. The breakfast menu was not that great. I can sometimes hear conversations of people talking near the window of my room late at night as the area can be a bit busy.

Excellent location, close to metro line and perfect for our trip to Roland Garros and to see the sites. Room had a lovely fresh feel. Clean linen and towels everyday always lovely to come back to after a hard day being a tourist!

Felt room was a little small for the price we paid and how long we stayed, 4 nights. But we only slept in it I guess, too busy having a good time to worry too much!!

Real, cute French building, newly renovated. The room was clean and bright, I don't mind the lack of heavy floor carpets and other regular hotel staples, this was refreshing. The tea selection and kettle in the room was also a pleasant surprise. The beds were extremely comfortable, new and crisp. While the breakfast seemed at first relatively simple with limited choice of food, but what they actually offered in terms of bread, cheese, ham, jams, spreads, fresh fruits and juices, was extremely thoughtfully selected, delightful and very tasty. I also loved the location, the level of traffic outside was absolutely okay for me (may be a bit too noisy for people who are not used to big cities), we had view to a very typical Parisian looking roundabout, lovely houses, trees and a café on the corner. There's a metro station within 3 minutes from the hotel so it's easy to get places within the city. In the area, there are supermarkets, bakeries and other facilities (I don't remember all). We also took a nice walk from the Arc de Triomphe to the hotel, it wasn't too long and very pleasant. All staff was very nice and helpful.

The decoration was a little too pure in places. The lack of furnishing was in many places creatively compensated for by the decoration, wall stickers, all on brand for the hotel and the city. However, the lack of proper nightstands and reading lights was quite uncomfortable and it would have been great to have a bit more place to hang and store clothes as well. The bathroom door could not be fully closed - I lived in Paris and this is how my bathroom door and most bathroom doors I encountered were, but I expect fully functional doors in a hotel.
