Honestly, I was prepared to the worst just by reading all of those reviews from other fellow travelers. People who book should at this hotel should be aware that it is not a Ritz Carlton presidential suite, but also the price is neither The staff was very friendly and did their best to help in all the inquiries a guest could have It is an old style Parisian apart hotel so they have stairs but nothing too extreme. Bathroom was very clean and I especially appreciated the brand new sink that they've just installed lately. The room is normal size about 9m2 in size(for those who say it is extemely small should go to Japan, they know for sure what a 4m2 room is 😂. - it smelled pretty good, and the bed sheet and pillows were freshly washed It is located in a really good neighborhood, literally 10 meters from a local supermarket, eateries, french patisseries.... 22 minute walk from the Beauvais bus and about 1.5-2 hours from the Charlie De Gaulle airport. (with publuc transport, assuming people who come here won't take a rolls royce chauffer drive 😂. Other than that it was worth every penny, if I'll ever come back to Paris I will certainly take into considerarion booking at the same place.. Greetings, David

Honestly, after reading all the reviews I was very hesitant, but I had a lovely stay. Clean white linen and towels, a beautiful garden to cool off in after a hot summer day and friendly helpful reception. I stayed for 3 nights, in a double room. The location is also great, it was 20min walk to the Palais des Congrès with beautiful gardens and Brasseries on the way. There are many affordable restaurants in the area and a shop 2min walk for milk, tea and fresh Baguettes. Just ask for a kettle reception (there isn't one in the room), they book it out for you and you just return it at checkout. Hôtel Résidence Champerret will definitely see me again!

The hotel is perfectly located, a short walk from the metro and close to a few nice cafés and restaurants. The staff at reception were friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs. They also allowed us to store our bags at the hotel while we went out, as we arrived before we could check in. We have stayed at this hotel in the past and were more than happy with the regular rooms. This time, however, we were upgraded to a larger room with a kitchen, which was a nice surprise. This room was a good size and, with a fridge and microwave, allowed us to eat in the hotel when we needed to. We look forward to staying here again the next time we visit Paris.

The only slight negative was that the walls were quite thin, so we could hear some noise from outside the room. Not enough to stop us from staying here again, however.

A simple hotel. Don’t expect miracles from a one-star place. The room is clean — as much as can be expected. The bed is comfortable. One towel per person. There’s a hairdryer, a wardrobe, and a fridge. The staircase is narrow, so going up with a suitcase might be tricky. There’s a charming little courtyard where you can sit. The front desk is open 24/7. A large supermarket is just a minute’s walk away.

Very poor sound insulation. You can hear the neighbors very clearly.

Good price and the location is very good. It is clean and the neighbourhood is safe with lots of places to eat. It is also very close to Arc De Triumph (around 15-20 minutes walk) and a train station (5 minutes walk).

The private bathroom is really small and there are no lifts/elevators. We were booked at level 4 so we have to carry our luggage to 4 level of stairs-this could be problematic for old people or people who are unfit.

I took the room with the small kitchen, it had refrigerator, microwave and dishes.The bedroom was spacious it has a closet, a small desk, television, a large bed and radiator heating, the bathroom was fine, in short the stay was comfortable .The attention of the staff in general were very friendly.the location is quite good as it is close to the metro, there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Location was very beautiful, quiet and felt local. Of course it is not the main centre, but easly accessible by metro. So the location ir very good! Also welcoming stuff - we left our belongings earlier and we had to check out early, there was no problem to leave at 4 am in the morning, stuff was there to let out.

Totally not sound proof - we heard upper neighbours and everyone moving in the staircase, also water pipes etc. But it is not that bad if you stay just for the night or two!

Didn't expect too much but this is a nice hotel with super kind staff! Our room was newly renovated, spotlessly clean with cute view on small garden. So quiet but pretty much central. Overall, excellent value for money. Plus we had a very smooth check out at 4 in the morning with personnel assisting us with finding a taxi.

Perhaps having a water kettle would be a great improvement and also real glasses not paper cups. But anyways you can ask for kettle at the reception, someone is always there for you.

Our room was clean and shower was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location, Nice area, Near to Stations. Supermarket across the road. Good location for us to get to and return from La defense arena on train after a Concert. Good price if on a budget.

No Kettle, No cutlery, cups, plates etc. Ended up buying cups and wooden spoons from supermarket. Boiled water in microwave to make hot drinks.

Very nice personal, everything clean and with no problems. Everything went very easy. Recepcionist also gave us some tips, recommendesions and advices. Apriciate it. ♥️

I have just one thing, there were 3 of us and we every time got just 2 towels. I had my own, so I didnt ask for another. But I guess, that was the cleaner, who didnt mension. Not a big deal.
