A perfect location for us to see Quins play Racing - which is right next to the hotel. However, there are no restaurants close by and the centre of town is a 20 min walk away. The hotel has a secure car park for an extra charge of €15. The staff were charming, helpful and excellent and sorted out a minor issue we had. The room was fine with everything you would need and importantly, a good shower. There was a mini mart with drink and food available including a pizza oven.

Our room faced the railway line which was a little noisy but did not disturb us. The breakfast options were extensive for both hot and cold choices. It was all fine without being great compared to some other similar hotels we have used - but certainly not a negative. The bar was fine but with limited seating and drink choices- again not a negative though.

Though located a bit far away from the main city, the hotel qualifies to give u a wonderful and safe stay with all the basic facilities. Rooms are a bit small but yet comfy and clean with quite comfortable bathroom. Very close to the tram station, just 2-3 mins walk so easy to explore Paris.

They make u deposit 50 € per day extra on credit which is refunded a week after u checkout.

Clean room and bathroom - enough lights in the room - plugs at each side of the bed which is perfect for a couple. Really enjoy the large bed. We were able to find a parking slot near by the hotel (which was free I believe).

All in all it was great. Gréât location close to Grand Espace Paris Creteil where my conference was held.

We arrived, the room had empty paper bags from previous clients. Used slippers and used towel hanging in the rack.

Unfortunately there's not much around the hotel, to get to alternative restaurants and other places one must travel with metro.

The food wasn't that good, value for money could be better. But the breakfast was okay. 9 Euros for a beer is pushing it.

Food for breakfast was excellent. The room was well equipped. Safety and security was very good.

The AC was not to our satisfaction. English speaking films non existant.

The staff at the reception provided a good service in terms of attending to us in a professional manner. The room is clean and tidy.

It would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room.

we ordered ice and wine glasses one night and they didn’t have enough ice, and we were asked to go down and get them. price a bit high given that breakfast was not included and it isn’t a luxury hotel.

the staff were very friendly, helpful and smiling all the time. the place was very close to transportation, to a shopping mall and check in & out were very smooth.

we needed to use a printer for some papers and none of the printers at the property worked; not even the one at the business center.
