The staff was nice and helpful although i arrived after the checkin times ( discussed upfront that i will arrive late). The apartment was nice with nice, and comfortable bed and mattress. It has full chitchen so you can prepare something if you want Breakfast was included and prepared at the mentioned hour

Most of staff only spoke french whixh makes it tricky for the non-speakers but was manageable as people were really nice and helpful and we found tbe middle ground

The price for a 3 room apartment was incredible for a Sunday to Sunday week. It was quiet and clean. Located close to train stations, which, although a walk, served Paris every 15 minutes. I was travelling on my own and never once felt unsafe.

Catering for yourself could prove difficult unless you bring the utensils with you (all I had was a 2 ring hob, a microwave, one milk saucepan and a frying pan.) Now I was well able to survive the week, but if you had a family or any more than one, it would have proved very difficult. What isn't said is that this premises is primarily an old folks residence. It does certainly not interfere with your holiday but don't expect to party. It is perfect for a certain age but those very young or with children should carefully consider. I loved the interaction.

The Price for 1 Night was excellent, considering the Size and Cooking Facilities offered and so clean

The Lack of any Shower soap. The Lack of any Tea Towels. The lack of any Outside table or Chairs for the Terrace. The EXTREMELY SMALL Breakfast offering, consisting of 3 tiny Danish Pastries, (1 & 1/2 each ???) a 125mm long Single Piece of Bread Stick and some Butter & Straw Jam, tea or coffee. Preordered Continental the night before does not mean that you will get what you request 😁

The apartment is nice, it’s clean, spacious and perfect little place for a long weekend in Paris and great value for money. The staff were nice and the residents polite and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay.

Nothing about the property really other then having working air con or fans in the room would help especially during July when it’s over 30 degrees. Also a few extra kitchen utensils would be great. The location isn’t very far from the city if the metro worked but when it doesn’t it can seem to take a very long time to get back. There are other routes but they include between 20-30min of walking.

Very cozy place in a good and safe location. Villeneuve-le-roi is a very good place. Staff is friendly as much as they can. Oldies in the facility are legend! They are very kind and close to visitors. We liked them very much. Everyday, your breakfast is ready whereever and whenever you want and content is as you wish. That much flexibility is wonderful and very strange to us. Paying for room but renting whole flat. It is very luxory.

If you are using Orly airport. This place is very good and close to stay. Maube 5 minutes from airport. But very far from CDG. It is not easy to find a taxi or uber. You need to wait for this. But don't forget that Villineuve-la-roi RER C train station is just 850 m. You can reach to Paris center easily. But please also don't forget you may suddenly see that station is closed due to staff issues. And in the evenings, not easy to find RER C train everytime. It is changing a lot. And please don't forget to bring shampoo, soap, paper. They were missing in our toom and we bought all them from market (1,5 km)

Everything was very good. Clean, quiet, big rooms, polite and good price. The only downside is the far distance from Paris center that due to almost always traffic is a little bit of a problem. But that is not a reason of rating. If someone wants a room near to center has to pay a lot more. So i can recommend this hotel for someone who wamts to sucrifice distance and chose a value for money stay.

Far from Paris center that due to Paris traffic can be about an hour to travel.

Very good calm location with 30 minute access to the city centre, big room and living room with nice kitchen, everything was clean. Staff was really friendly, they brought breakfast to our room every day. It was perfect, thank you so much!

Staff can not speak English well, but they were really helpful.

The manager was awesome and so accommodating. The food at the restaurant was amazing. Make reservations to make sure they have room. Very large and quiet with walk out balcony. We loved it!

Even though there is a kitchen, there was no pan to cook in. I was looking forward to cook there but it was not possible.
