I stayed for a week in this facility, and I recommend it. Everything is in accordance with the description. In comparison with my previous accommodation in Paris, this room was spacious enough, clean (room and hallway), and the price-quality ratio is excellent. I also enjoyed my room's view to the Eiffel Tower :-) I would like to point out the hospitality, the nice welcome at the reception and the welcome drink in the room. Mr. Christophe at the front desk was an exceptional host and open to answer and resolve any question. RER A station is close to the facility, and it takes just 4 train stations to the city center (Chatelet station), from where you can go anywhere in Paris.

We read a lot of reviews about every place and some people wrote that tap is noisy or smells cigarettes in the room… etc. I don’t know what they smelt, but I with my wife TOTALLY enjoyed our vacation staying in this place. The administration was the most helpful and friendly. They covered all my questions and were interesting to speak with. The room was amazing: big bed, welcome gift with some tea bags and coffee stickers and cookies. Literally 5 mins and you got Metro lane A which can deliver you either to the center, or to Disney! Also markets are in 5 mins around. I truly was impressed by quality and strongly recommend this place.

Comfy bed, good position near train and supermarket / cafe - could see Eiffel Tower in distance. Great facilities, cooker hob/ microwave, fridge, table and chairs, TV, shower, towel rail, hair dryer, towels, good nets and thick curtains

Could have been advised about the rubbish, given it was over Easter break and our bin was over flowing. Paid for tax which wasn't clear on booking. I in error paid by cash then on card, when asked for cash back instead, was 'some hassle' for the receptionist.

little noisy if the neighbours aren’t exceptionally quiet. Also never ever been to a place where there is no toilet paper provided, had to go and hunt for a shop in the evening since no reception after working hours. Not sure if it was the concept or just a human error, but not fun.

Amazing service and good quality for the price. Perfect as a "home base" for a proper city tour of the beautiful Paris! Had problems with our keycard twice (our fault) but were always met with super quick and good quality service. Beds were also surprisingly comfy, perhaps aided by our exhaustion from all the walking around every day haha. The train station nearby also aided to make it a perfect stay for us. Highly recommend the place as a budget choice!!

Cooking area didn't have any mechanical ventilation which made it difficult to cook properly.

We spent almost a month at the hotel and each time we had to renew it the host were always prompted to help us. The whole staff is very welcoming. The rooms was pretty comfortable and well equipped.

The location is a bit far from the metro station that takes to Paris, but there was a near RER station for when you can afford paying a bit more on your ticket to Paris. The location was good, with bakery, supermarket and restaurants near by.

The room is clean and quiet. It has everything we need (small kitchen & table), as well as the gym. Location is just outside the central Paris but is still easy to reach. Staff is friendly. It also has laundry facility in additional cost, which is convenient.

The internet connection can be unstable sometime.

Staying in the Paris area when you are on a budget means that you can't stay just round the corner from the Arc de Triomphe. This accommodation was a reasonable walk from the Chateau de Vincennes metro/RER station, and so was easy to reach when arriving from one of the Paris airports, as long as your suitcase is on wheels. The room was pristine, easily large enough and quiet overall. The price was sensible. It's a good base to use when visiting Paris and you're paying for it yourself. The Sunday street market in Vincennes is a great one to visit, and the local shops have everything that you might think of wanting.

There was no problem at all with the accommodation. If you have heavy suitcases, it may be worth organising a taxi to take you from the Chateau de Vincennes metro/RER station to the accommodation.

Excellent location, less than 10 minutes of walk from the nearest RER A station. The room was large, with sound proof window equipped with an external rolling metal shutter, a nice table, two chairs, a comfortable bed and a closet with sliding doors. The kitchen was fully equipped. The shower cabin was clean and comfortable, it had a plastic floor.

The area is very quiet and calm. There is also a shop, bakery, café, pharmacy in the area. The room was clean and comfortable. It's great to have a well-equipped small kitchen. The accommodation is about 15 minutes walk from the metro (1), about 5-10 minutes walk from the train station. We were satisfied with the accommodation, I can only recommend it.

It was difficult for the water to drain in the shower tray, but this will definitely be solved soon.
