Clean, modern, comfortable. Good location.

The name 'Zenao' is not signposted but easy to find the place once you are within the residential area.

Value for money choice. Defiantly recommend it. Although the location was a bit far from the touristy points of interest (full 40' with metro line) something we knew in advance, everything was as described. it was the best choice that we made by staying at Zenao, Safe, Clean and very spacious apartment. easy to find and transportation was convenient too! close by, supermarket and Macdonald's for cheaper options. they give the option for store luggage before or after check in/out times.

Limited options for breakfast.

A great accommodation, five minute walk from the metro station direct into Paris. Large supermarket a few minutes walk away and great facilities in the appartement for cooking. Staff very helpful, very clean and lovely French breakfast, would really recommend for the above reasons, and the value for money!

The best hotel I ever stayed. It’s so new and big, I did not understand why it was not expensive. This place deserves the doubles. Thank you for everything. We will be back for sure!

Slightly challenging to find property as no signage after the shared area.

Nice place to stay, rooms are big and clean. It also eqiped with everyhing you need(if you read pervious reviews they added everything). Definitely recommend. To find the place from the street Gaston Lauriau you need to go straight, from street Clotilde Gaillard you need to go straight and after turn right, reception will be behind low fence(use same pass as entrance) on the right. The room door is opening when you turn the key all the way, keep it in mind.

Shower head is a bit strange and shower water drain is not very good, but its not a big deal.

It is a reasonable accomodation. Clean and quiet, close to metro station (Mairie de Montreuil), 4-7 minutes walking. Nearby, 3-4 minutes walking, is a big Carrefour.

We had a 7 nights booking, but got absolutely no cleaning service, neither new/clean TOWELS during our stay. It was clean and got towels at check-in, but that was all. Also, you have to take out your own trash, to a designated point. The lady from the front desk told us that cleaning service is provided only for 8 night or more. Hard to find the entrance because of lack of proper signs. It could be a good value for money, for 2-3 days, not more. I will not choose them again, because of their cleaning policy.

It’s a spacious apartment, well-equipped with kitchen essentials, and the bathroom comes with towels and body wash. The building is modern and located in a great neighborhood, close to the metro station, a grocery store, and several restaurants (including McDonald’s, My French Dinner – 10/10, tacos, and more). The windows have automatic blackout blinds, which make the room perfectly dark – great for sleeping. The staff member who assisted us was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. We really appreciated her warm attitude!

Although the building is new and attractive, after 8 PM it’s mandatory to use the back entrance, which unfortunately requires passing through the garbage area — and the smell is quite unpleasant. The apartment does not have air conditioning. We stayed during the summer and it was extremely hot and stuffy, especially at night, which made it quite uncomfortable. The apartment was very clean and tidy overall. However, the balcony hadn’t been cleaned — there were many cigarette butts scattered on the floor, which was unpleasan.

The apartment was clean and well laid out. It was quiet so a perfect place to come back to after a long day. It’s a place I’d happily stay again for a longer period of time.

The door was initially hard to find. Google maps took us one of the entrances but there wasn’t a large sign and it just looked like a housing development. So we went and found the other entrance which had sign that was a bit larger. That was the only issue we had the whole time we were there. Once we got in touch with reception everything went well.

Maybe just the linen that was smelly … like sb else’s sweat … my nose is very sensitive
