Clean, modern, comfortable. Good location.

The name 'Zenao' is not signposted but easy to find the place once you are within the residential area.

Value for money choice. Defiantly recommend it. Although the location was a bit far from the touristy points of interest (full 40' with metro line) something we knew in advance, everything was as described. it was the best choice that we made by staying at Zenao, Safe, Clean and very spacious apartment. easy to find and transportation was convenient too! close by, supermarket and Macdonald's for cheaper options. they give the option for store luggage before or after check in/out times.

Limited options for breakfast.

A great accommodation, five minute walk from the metro station direct into Paris. Large supermarket a few minutes walk away and great facilities in the appartement for cooking. Staff very helpful, very clean and lovely French breakfast, would really recommend for the above reasons, and the value for money!

The best hotel I ever stayed. It’s so new and big, I did not understand why it was not expensive. This place deserves the doubles. Thank you for everything. We will be back for sure!

Slightly challenging to find property as no signage after the shared area.

Nice place to stay, rooms are big and clean. It also eqiped with everyhing you need(if you read pervious reviews they added everything). Definitely recommend. To find the place from the street Gaston Lauriau you need to go straight, from street Clotilde Gaillard you need to go straight and after turn right, reception will be behind low fence(use same pass as entrance) on the right. The room door is opening when you turn the key all the way, keep it in mind.

Shower head is a bit strange and shower water drain is not very good, but its not a big deal.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, and safe—excellent value for money with convenient metro access to central Paris. Overall, these are beautiful, modern apartments located relatively close to the heart of the city.

I can't say I disliked anything… though the parking could be better. You have to pay to use their facility, and it's not exactly affordable—no cheaper than other nearby options. As a guest, it would have been nice to receive some sort of benefit or discounted rate, rather than having to pay €15 per day. Also, my girlfriend and I stayed for 4 nights and only got 2 towels per person and two toilet rolls.

New, clean building. Spacious apartments with some basic kitchen amenities. Close to metro number 9, travel to Paris touristic destinations takes about 30 minutes.

There is no signboard on the street that you are on correct address, and on the gate there is no entry phone to call reception. In kitchen which is a nice add-in you won't find sponge nor dish soap. They add "tourist tax" on top even booking saying "all taxes included".

Super nice, completly new appartments and studios in a closed residence It super quiet and metro 6 minute walk to Mairie de Montreuil, line 9 directly to the eifel tower it was really a value for the money and a nice simple breakfast

I think they should inform the customer in before hand that those are residential apartments located in a nursing home for elder people, meaning those are free residential appartments that they did not rent to older people and so can be rented to tourist but the location is the same. When you enter, you just have one sign mentioning the name of Zenao appart hotel and then the rest is Residence senior Stella. So its a bit confusing when you arrive for the first time and you see its a nursing home with appartments for elder people and elder people are in the lobby playing scrabble. I have nothing against it since the apartments are very nice and everything is clean
