This hotel is on the east side of Paris. Very convenient to get into Paris by a few minutes walk to metro station Berault or Vincennes on line 1 or take RER A. Very new, has an elevator to upper floors, a small kitchen but electric stove wasn’t working properly during our stay. Most importantly the area is safe, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. Glad that we have choosen this hotel, away from the expensive central location. We took metro line 4 from Gare de Nord train station to Chatelet, changed to line 1 then you can either get off on Berault or Vincennes station to this hotel. We took RER A to Chatelet , then took RER B to the CDG airport , super easy.

I think the shower can used some thorough cleaning. I noticed brownish scum around the bottom and on grout line

Maybe it’s because of all these “supergreen/sustainable/Tunberg” labels and I had to set the label on a door, but we had 0 cleanings during 4-nights stay. Basically didn’t know what to do with overflowed trash can. The biggest problem was the water pressure: both in the shower and the sink. It’s awful, and it was only the 3rd floor! You cannot excuse it with/without these “sustainability” claims.

The location is 10/10. Close to Paris, easy access to the center, plus Vincennes is beautiful and has its own charms to explore. The room was nicely sized, esp. for Paris, which is notorious for tiny hotel rooms. It was very convenient for me and my spouse, the kitchen was ideal for late snacks and the fridge was large enough to store and cool water we bought from the local markets, also ideally located very close to the hotel.

The room was clean-ish, as well as the whole facility, but they could go along ways to improve cleanliness. The bathroom looks superficialy cleaned, but the shower could use some deep cleaning, I was concerned i would get athlete's foot from the floor. Maybe bring shower slippers. Also the towels are tiny!

Great location, great neighborhood, close to Metro and to ReR stations. Lots of little restaurants and cafes ranging from street food to haute cuisine. Friendly staff.

The room safe didn't work, and there was no attempt to reset it. The phone wake-up didn't work, and there was no attempt to reset it. (My request for a wake-up call was accepted, but there was no call.) The hotel also seemed just a bit under-staffed, but the staff themselves were quite nice and helpful when they could be.

The location was very convenient as it is a few minutes walk away from the metro and also from the center of Vincennes. It was great that it is equipped with a small kitchen, a dishwasher, as well as speedy internet and two desks. The staff was friendly and allowed us to leave our bags for a couple of hours after check-out. We also liked being able to wash our clothes at the hotel (however, we considered it to be a little pricey for the size).

There is a protective film that's put on the bed that makes it difficult to sleep because it gets too hot.

Friendly, welcoming staff. Nice atmosphere, clean and light. Great location with parking, close to Chateau de Vincennes metro stop, busy and buzzy neighbourhood with lots of bars and restaurants. Easy access to central Paris.

Studios appear to have either 2 single beds or a sofa bed. Based on previous experience, we would not have wanted a sofa bed and managed to get 2 singles. I found it fine but my husband said the bottom sheet didn't fit properly and he had to keep getting up to refit it.

Very nice hotel, with apartment studios. The perfect location near to the metro directly in the city center. The breakfast looked poor at the first sight but after that it was good selection available. As well with fresh juice maker. If coming to Paris, this is the location for good price to stay little outside of the fully crowded center. On the street there are many different restaurant to choose from. Also the Vincennes castle is nearby.

Really nice clean room with hob, kettle, fridge / freezer, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, everything you would need. Never stayed in one of these before however I definitely would again. I loved it. The apartment was about a five minute walk to the metro Chateau de Vincennes and the same to the Chateau. The local town was one of the cleanest places I have ever seen with fantastic shops and amazing cakes . 15 mins to central Paris on the metro I will be back.

Calm, clean, and large room. There are complementary tea and coffee in the room, as well as a safe. Also it is possible to buy drinks at the reception. It was a few steps away from Vincennes castle and nearby restaurants. The access to the hotel was controlled for maximum safety. The check out procedure was quite fast.

The temperature of the water in the bathroom was not very hot. The free access to the wifi is a bit painful.

We fell in love with the location. Vincennes is absolutely amazing: proximity to metro and RER, groceries, restaurants, shops, beautiful park and a castle. kitchenette and the fridge is super convenient to have. all amenities were working and in good condition. zero noise from other rooms which was great and rare to find in hotels.

our room key stopped working every other day. one night after a very long day we had to wait 30 min and past midnight for someone to come to the reception and fix it. the advice I was given not to keep a key together with my phone in one purse. not a very good advice if you are just there on vacation with one purse :) also the beds were super annoying. while generally comfortable the mattress moves around and slides just from a simple motion of sitting down in bed. the room was very clean the only place I’d question is the shower floor tiles - I could see the dirt on the files. wifi wasn’t strong enough either. also I believe this location positions itself as a 4 star hotel, not sure I would rate it at 4. but it is a solid 3. generally even with this small cons we still loved our stay.
