We stayed three nights and received a warm welcome and free parking in the secure underground parking area. We also received a free upgrade on our room. Lovely spacious bathroom with a nice walk in shower. Tea making facilities were a nice addition. Breakfast was included in our stay, very basic although something there for everyone to eat. Walk to train station was a good 15mins. Took us a little while to navigate the train system. Would recommend doing a bit of research. We travelled to centre of Paris and Euro Disney, for people travelling to Disney on the train you do need to change trains after two stops. Only €5 for a return trip. Trains run very regularly. Big bus tour recommended for Paris to see the iconic sights.

Breakfast very basic

The staff are very professional: welcoming, helpful and friendly. Our room was very spacious, clean, well air-conditioned and was cleaned every day by this very polite young man. Breakfast was great with variety and very nice smiley staff. There's an outdoor swimming pool, gym and bowling at a very affordable price plus as guests you get to choose one of them for free. And there's also a boat rental if you want to explore the Marne river just besides the hotel. Hotel location is convenient if you want to visit Disneyland Paris. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come again next time we want to visit France.

Personnel was very friendly and welcoming. The parking facilities, were a much better option than outside the hotel. Be aware if you have a larger car, the parking spaces in the garage are quite small and there are lots of pillars. Breakfast was standard but ok Room was on the smaller side but equipped with everything necessary - nice comfy bed

The reception had a very very penetrating strong perfume, got a headache from being there for the check-in process.

The hotel is very good with a good breakfast. The room and bed are comfortable. The staff is very kind and always communicative. The photos are representative and realistic for the place including breakfast.

The hotel is a bit far from the center of Paris. The public bus transportation to return to the hotel stops around 9-10 PM whereas the train lines stops around 11PM. It is difficult the return by night.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff very helpful. I managed to leave half my wardrobe in the cupboard upon departure, and the staff kindly arranged to have it posted to my home. The staff were extremely efficient and friendly about it. The location is great for walks along the Marne. Fred Patisserie nearby was as good as anything in Paris centre!

It was a modern hotel with good room size and efficient air conditioning. It was nicely located and quiet. It was very good value for money being as close to Paris as it was.

Parking was limited underground but we managed to find a space outside. Apart from the room and the breakfast area there were no other facilities although there was a significant sports complex next door which could be useful for some travellers.

Location amazing the town 6 minutes walk , Mrs K had a morning walk on her and coffee and cake she said it was beautiful, the restaurant opposite the hotel on the river run by a English chief is superb, we attended a wedding at the hotel what a outstanding day , we will be back stay again

our only niggle no milk in the room for a cuppa and no milk at reception when we asked how odd !!

Peaceful location with private parking, appreciated the complimentary upgrade, room featured attractive decoration; however, breakfast, while okay, was deemed somewhat pricey.

The hotel has undergone a nice renovation, but the exterior needs improvement, with windows that could be cleaner. The room size is okay, but the pillows lack fluffiness. Additionally, the hotel is a bit distant from the RER, and the uphill street may be tiring to navigate.

The stay was absolutely perfect, the rooms are clean, recently renovated and confortable. Thank you again to the reception for their hospitality and help throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The location close to Paris is very convenient, we were also able to go to Disneyland for my daughter it took us 20 minutes. It was a happy family by the end of our stay. PS: The breakfast buffet was incredible and Louisa very kind and professional.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The room was very nice. Classy and cosy. The shower is fantastic. The whole looks brand new. Alll very clean. The staff members have all been great.

I had to wait 10 minutes in the lobby close to midnight before having a staff member showing up. Not cool... But I believe I have been provided with a phone number previously, So maybe I could have managed this better.
