Dear friends! We loved everything!! I really don’t know why there are any complaints in some of the reviews because if you ask me, it was just perfect! Easy to find on gps and a great parking space. Yes, you pay for it, but they do tell you that on their site when you search details about parking. People at the reception a great help and they speak good English. Elevators clean and fast. Rooms very clean. Yes, small. But you came here to sleep not to walk around the room!! Also, great sound proof and really quiet!! The temperature was perfect inside and you could adjust it yourself! The bathroom was good. Enough space and hot water! Also clean! Excellent breakfast!! Scrambelled and boiled eggs ( real ones not like the Americans have), four different kinds of cheese at least, ham, cereals, home made jams and honey, great coffee,tea and juice. I mean, what do you people eat at home if you complain about this?! Some say far from attractions!! You should have searched first!! It was your choice!! It is not far! It’s 25 min from Disneyland by car!! And the roads are great!!! We will surely come back againg! God bless you!!

Top marks to all the staff. We interacted with at least 7 staff members over the course of our stay and were met each time with a smile. Also very helpful. Full marks 10 mins walk to RER to Paris and Eurodisney. Big shopping centre 5 mins walk away. Pool.

Bar closes at 11.30!! Room a little small and very basic Limited electrical sockets No fridge in room. No t or coffee making facilities in room

Clean property, good size room for the price, and easy to find with good access for taxi pickup and drop offs. Working lift for access. Polite and attentive staff

Air con/ heat system , I would have preferred more consistent heating for a December month rather then minutes of heating and then suddenly air con

The room was quite, clean, good value (quality-price). The staff helped me to cut my luggage lock with a huge sicsor. Water fountain to fill bottle. I love IBIS brand and go often

Room should have some coffee or tea and a jar to boil water. The staff had to find a sicsor intead of having it in the reception and I had to wait one day to open the luggage. It's something that can happen to guests. Restaurant should have a menu in English, not only French

Clean enough. Cheap enough. Bit of distance from Paris centre. Good half way between Paris and Disneyland.

It’s in a bit of an island. In an area with absolutely nothing around it, you go there to stay. Not to enjoy any surroundings.

The cleaning service was amazing and the location was great next to the shopping centre and metro station, the staff at reception were also very helpful and friendly

The property was nice staffs where helpful but Nabil the receptionist was exceptional

About 2 days before checkout the tv stop working and we didn’t charge or iron our clothes. But Nabil offer to give us another room but the it was almost time for our check out .

Helpful staff, comfortable bed. Easy to get to the city and to Disney on the RER

Slightly dodgy location. Window had a broken seal so wind whistled through at night. Lack of tea and coffee making facilities

I like that the rooms were always clean on return from going out. I liked the breakfast service.

I didn't like the diner service. Had to wait and hour before being seated and that's not until highlighted to staff how long waiting. Dinners orders were late and misses meal.

Very good location, and convenient. The gentleman at the front desk, Williams, was very kind to help, and always with a smile face.
