Staff were incredible..... Brilliant.... Polite, friendly, welcoming... Overall such a warm experience... May go back if necessary... Great staff... Super down to earth yet professional and attentive....

The overall quality of the rooms were disappointing but do-able. Everything works okay but it's standard.. The concierge, the bar, reception lounge area, the restaurant were of brilliant quality.... Great atmosphere in those areas....

Staff were very nice and helpful. I didn't know any French but the staff understood and conversed in English whenever I had an issue. Rooms were nice and clean, and was cleaned regularly unless I stated otherwise. I travelled alone but the room can comfortably fit 2 people easily. Bathroom was clean and tidy, and hot water was simple to control in the shower/bath. A great bargain.

Just a small thing. I wished there was a mirror on the table that I could have used instead of constantly going to the bathroom, whenever I needed one.

The room was very clean, space was not an issue. Staff was overall very friendly (apart from one woman who was EXTREMELY rude). There's a lovely park nearby. Also the Mr Min noodles that you can buy at the lobby.

Paris is a awful city to be in, I would recommend going anywhere but Paris. The woman at the lobby was very rude, but there was so many good staff members I cannot fault so I can forgive it. Somewhat dangerous area it felt (We heard gunshots in the local park). About 20 minute walks away from any decent shop (there is a shop closer but it is drive thru only).

The staff was very helpful with specific requests. I stayed two nights, the place was very lively. The room was big and clean though some more fresh air would have been better, I managed to fix it by opening the window. This might not be so comfortable if you're staying there during winter. Didnt have any issues with the noise that was mentioned in some other reviews The WiFi was working well, I was able to work and take video meetings during the day, however in some evening hours, it was not strong enough The bus station is right in front, easy access to the airport and city. It is worth the price, considering the prices in the area

The place needs upgrades, the key locker was not entirely there but was working and the room needed to be aired. The lift is super slow It was tricky to find the entrance, don't trust Google maps, trust the signs on the road

Location is not brilliant. Although there is a beautiful park just opposite, there are some social housing estates close by. The road side of the hotel might be quieter as kids were out playing until late. It's a Radisson hotel (which I didn't realise when I booked..) so quality is guaranteed..

Staff charged me twice £100 deposit and when I asked about it, because there was a different lady at reception it was very difficult to recover it. Bit more customer service could do

Great sized room. Standard large style hotel. Comfortable bed. Good local security . Nice staff at reception. Friendly atmosphere also with nice guests.

The shower was VERY slippery to get into (over bath shower) with no shower mat in bath. No change able to be given for cash at bar? Directions we were given to get to town centre were difficult to understand - and not accurate as not applicable to certain days (Saturday). No fridge in room.

I added a second night so get the chance to say that the breakfast and dinner were excellent, the bed superb and comfy and large and the staff very welcoming and helpful! It's a Radisson hotel - quality guaranteed...

Room: Daily cleaning does not happen properly, the lady just moves things around and makes the bed, that is all. Restroom: The toilet bowl and siphons look like they are not cleaned at all after rooms are vacated. totally stained due to buildup. bathtub head signs of mold as well. Too far away from Paris (1hr 30min in public transportation, and 45min in Uber). the room was overpriced. paid over $700 for four days when today, the same room were $65 a day. staff: after securing the client, then the service treatment to clients is rough and disrespectful. dinner: overpriced for a limited buffet style dinner. imagine several plates in a 5ft x 10ft table, that is it.

Room was clean and quiet, Staff was very friendly.

Location seems to be next to a Refugee center, did not have any issues at all however would have been nice to have mentioned before hand.
