The hotel was really lovely, set in its own woodland on the outskirts of Chantilly. We had a good sized room, really clean, comfortable and quiet. Byredo toiletries and a mini bar with tea and coffee. Staff were really polite and helpful. The restaurant was enjoyable for an evening meal. Electric charging was no problem either. We didn’t use the swimming pool as there was an issue and it was closed sadly. A great place to stay on our way down to South France, we would definitely return.

There was nothing we didn’t like, it would’ve been great if the pool was working, but that was it.

José Duarte was an exceptional concierge. He went above and beyond to arrange a special dinner for a birthday, at an excellent restaurant nearby, when we found out that the Opéra restaurant was closed on the day of our stay. He did this jovially, and efficiently in 15 minutes, even remembering to call ahead unprompted to arrange a small cake and candle, very subtly. Nathan was also most helpful - helping us position our car at the front and attentively arriving to help us unload within seconds of arrival. The room and hotel were clean, and well-appointed.

2 simple things could be improved: 1. in the more casual restaurant, please remind other guests that it is a restaurant and that splaying their computer wires, dressed in pyjamas, and crumbs all over their eating area is inappropriate, especially when other guests are being considerate. 2. the room was not well-soundproofed.

InterContinental Hotels Chantilly Château Mont Royal is a lovely hotel with a wonderful spa and a great sauna. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Dining was a pleasure, with good food and attentive service. The hotel is set in a beautiful location, with charming outdoor areas perfect for relaxing in the sunshine.

The jacuzzi was out of service for the duration of our stay due to water treatment, which was disappointing. The takeaway coffee in the morning was very poor and overpriced.

The room was so spacious and big and the bed was comfortable and the staff treated us with kindness

There were no activities for children in particular and families in general. also asked for a cup of ice for a fee, which is something strange that we have not encountered in any hotel or resort in the world, especially the Intercontinental Hotels chain.

I really loved the terrace with the chess set — such a cozy and stylish place to relax. It was a real pleasure spending time there, enjoying the game and the atmosphere. Thank you for creating such a lovely space!

We enjoyed the ping pong table, though it was a bit tricky to use during rain and wind. A covered area could make it even better!

The hotel, our room, and the facilities were lovely. All staff were very friendly and provided an excellent service. Dinner and breakfast options were very good. The hotel location was perfect for our visit to Chantilly and was a short train ride into Paris. Overall we really enjoyed the stay at this hotel.

The hotel is set in a historic château surrounded by forest. The charm, style, and design are truly exceptional. The staff is very kind and attentive, always ready to help. Breakfasts are delightful, and the swimming pool is perfect for families with children. Highly recommended.

Beautiful chateaux a short drive from Chantilly, food good and reasonably priced.

Stayed two nights and on day two they didn’t leave any more coffee capsules or a fresh bottle of water - not a big deal but it let down the hotel as everything else including the staff were great/ faultless

Exceptional location in the midst of a wide forest. Beautiful hotel with wonderfully kind and professional staff. We felt very much at home there and we loved the view from our terrace.

Pool could have been cleaner and the whole surrounding area is constantly wet.

Adorable stuff: starting from meeting to restaurant. The housekeeping ever: they even put you cosmetics with same distance in small towel. Breakfasts the same all day but always enough and good quality of food. The location is love - if you want to feel real France.
