The hotel is in an unbeatable location right next to The Sorbonne. Like student areas in many major cities it is lively and interesting and very enchanting to walk throughout. Most locations of interest can be reached by walking and the hotel is clean and air conditioned - pleasing to return to after a day of sighseeing. The staff were polite and helpful.

The rooms are rather cramped but this is central Paris. The breakfasts were a bit basic and coffee was via self serve machine. Not really complaints - just observations - there are plenty of options for breakfast and coffee in the neighbourhood. I think these aspects assist keeping costs down in an expensive city and this can assist affordability for people visiting this charming city.

Great beautiful hotel with good location and style was nice. I could pick this again. Good for sleeping during the business trip. Even though the room was tiny, there was good bed, table and toilet. I had view to courtyard and there was not much noises.

If you are overweight or big person, this is not the hotel for you. I am small, but bed was narrow, the shower doors don't open widely so if you have some extra - you might have problems. I could not open the luggage with out putting that on the bed. Breafast was good, but very simple. Just few items. For allergic or vegan, there is not many options. Breakfastroom is full and occationally there was shortage on food. The room was little bit humid. I was missing minibar and electric kettle.

Close to main atraction, you can go to Louvre, Notre Dame and Panteon by walking if you want. Very close to bus, RER and metro station Next to Panteon and Luxemburg jardens. The place was nice in front of the main entrance there is a restaurant with good crepes. Highly recommended.

The room was very small, we had 2 carry on and 2 backpacks and it was small. Cant imagine if you have big luggage or kids. But thats all Paris as I saw The walls are very thin. I was taking a Shower at night and the guest next to my room was very angry because he could not sleep because of the noisy from the hot water and the dryer. I also heard some noises, but Not a big deal for us.

The room was very quiet, very clean and really warm during February low temperatures. The staff was excellent, very polite and helpful. The location is excellent too. Very close to the Luxemburg train station and metro station and in walking distance (just 10-15 minutes) from Notre Dam and Luvre museum. Near the hotel there is a huge selection of bistro's, brasseries, coffee shops and super market, especially in the Cartier Latin district which is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. I highly recommend Hotel 3 Colleges!!

The room was very small, but this is a general problem in the city center of Paris where all the buildings are old. Also the breakfast selection was OK. Not great and not poor. Just OK.

The room was very small. It had a double bed, but the room couldn’t really function as a double, unless you forsook your luggage or your lover. There was just room for one. Other than that, it was superb. The bed and pillows were fine. The hot water was perfect, so was the shower mechanism, so was the Wi-Fi. The staff was quick to respond. The location was new to me, and I found it delightful. I usually stay at the much older, more distinguished though elevatorless Esmeralda, just across from Notre Dame, but to be around the corner from Place de la Sorbonne —stiff drinks and intelligent company— was marvelous. I did not try the tv.

I should add that the hotel is around the corner and up the street from Place Sorbonne and Blvd St. Michel, therefore quiet.

Room is tiny (quite the standard for Paris) and there is noise from the others as they close their doors or talk on the hallway, but it did not bother me. I slept well at the end of each day. If you are very sensitive to noises, bring ear plugs, although after you walk 20km in Paris, you should sleep like a log. Other than the noise which may be bothersome, the room was clean and smelled really nice when I arrived. WIFI signal was great as well for my room (3rd floor). Hotel is very close to Pantheon, Cluny Museum and 10 minute walk to the vividly Notre Dame area. Also a big plus is that the hotel is located between metro/RER B stations of Luxembourg and Saint-Michel Notre-Dame, so if you are coming from CDG you are basically at the hotel's door.

Location was great. Only a short walk to Luxembourg Gardens, the Pantheon and lots of cafes and restaurants around. I was there with my daughter and we had a lovely time exploring the neighbourhood Bed was comfortable Room was very clean

Bathroom was quite small and the shower tiny. Gos someone with mobility issues like myself getting in and out and moving inside was very challenging No Netflix or international channels. We didn’t really have much time to watch TV but after a long day sometimes it’s nice to watch something

The location was excellent. Convenient to transportation and easy walking distance to several sites. Many good restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This was a last minute planned trip so options were limited. The room was small which was not unexpected but for two persons there was no usable closet space or place to manage our personal items. The shower/tub was very difficult to climb up and get in and out of. Again we expected the smaller space and perhaps with more time to plan there may have been more options. But outside of this, the hotel was good and we would recommend to others.

Charming hotel on the Left Bank and right next to the Sorbonne. I walked everywhere I wanted to go and barely used the Metro on this visit. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was HUGE by Parisian standards, especially for a single. Great shower, very comfy bed and the room was nice and warm without being stifling. There are some inexpensive restaurants just around the corner.

The only - very minor - negative was that the towels were a bit measly (both in size and number) but it really wasn't that much of an issue, just something to be aware of if you plan on being there a few days.
