Everything! This little boutique hotel is truly wonderful. My room was small (as expected) but it was very clean and comfortable. It was also very quiet so I slept great each night. In the lobby, there is an espresso machine and filtered water available anytime for guests. I highly recommend getting the breakfast at least once (16 €). It is fresh, plentiful, and delicious! The staff were all incredibly gracious, friendly, helpful, and attentive to any need/request. The location is also fantastic! It’s close to all modes of public transportation (bus, metro, trains) so it was very easy to get around. The immediate neighborhood has lots to do and see, as well. Luxembourg Gardens is a beautiful big park just around the corner. The Pantheon and Cluny Museum are also nearby. Then there’s the whole Latin Quarter to explore, and Notre Dame is just a 15-minute walk away. I also felt very safe in the area, even at night. I really cannot recommend this hotel enough!

The hotel has an excellent location for the city but is quiet and secluded. The staff were very helpful through out our stay. I would recommend this hotel highly.

Everything was fine

Felt very welcomed upon arrival. Location was so close the the 'gardens' and local transportation. The chairs in the Luxembourg gardens were perfect for sitting and enjoying a rest. The garden was amazing. Worth a walk thru everyday. The room was quiet and comfortable; bed and bed linen very nice. Nice window. Bathroom was clean and the shower was warm with great water pressure. Breakfast in the morning was a great way to start the day. The fruit was fresh and breads/eggs/bacon tasty. Loved the fresh water availability in the lobby. Staff went out their way to be helpful. With in walking distance of Notre Dame. Lots of good restaurants close by.

Everything was quite nice but if I had to complain I would like bigger mugs for tea. The soft boiled eggs are really soft.

We were fortunate to have a spacious three-room suite, which comfortably accommodated our family with two well-appointed bedrooms, a convenient small general space, and separate toilet and shower rooms. The suite was spotlessly clean and modern, providing a refreshing sanctuary after exploring the vibrant city. The wonderful air conditioning was a welcome respite, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. What truly elevated our experience was the exceptional staff. In particular, Jacob stood out with his impeccable professionalism and genuine warmth. The level of service we received felt akin to what one might expect from a large global hotel chain, which was a delightful surprise in this charming, local establishment. The entire staff was PERFECT, always attentive and ready to assist with a smile. The hotel's location is another significant advantage. Situated on a quiet dead-end street, we enjoyed a peaceful environment while still being incredibly convenient to everything Paris has to offer. Easy taxi pickup was readily available, and a delightful array of restaurants and shops were just a short stroll away. Of course, being so close to the magnificent Luxembourg Gardens was an absolute treat! Each morning, we looked forward to the fresh, daily breakfast. It was always served on-time and was consistently very tasty, providing a delightful start to our Parisian adventures. Finally, the overall ambience of Les Jardins du Luxembourg was truly special. It seamlessly blends a modern feel with a quiet and welcoming atmosphere, creating a haven of tranquility amidst the bustling city. This hotel offers a unique charm and a sense of understated luxury that made our family feel completely at ease. If you're seeking a hotel in Paris that offers spacious and modern accommodations, unparalleled service, a fantastic location, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere, look no further than Les Jardins du Luxembourg.

A slightly larger hot water heater/tank would've been a plus but nothing to consider for excluding this hotel.

This hotel was in a great location quite near the Pantheon and the Jardin du Luxembourg. It was on a quiet street so there was not a lot of traffic. We stayed in the Family suite so had 2 rooms together that shared toilet/shower and kitchenette. The rooms were a nice size and quite comfortable. The toilet and shower were separate rooms and were also a good size. The hotel provided quality shower supplies and lotions as well as bath salts. The kitchenette was a bit small but it met our needs. Each room had a small balcony with chairs if one wanted to sit outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage early so we could start having fun without waiting on the room. There is a Metro stop a short walk away and it has a direct train to the airport. So if you are arriving from CDG then you do not have to work too hard rolling your suitcases. We would stay here again.

It would have been nice to have a luggage rack in the rooms as there was not a good place to put suitcases other than the floor. Also, the air conditioning seemed to have a limit on how cool it could be set and at night it was not quite cool enough for our liking. We did not inquire with the front desk to try to resolve as it was not a big deal.

We had a really nice stay at this convenient location, close to the park and metro and busses. Overall calm and safe neighborhood. Only few stops from Gare du Nord by RER. The hotel is clean, staff is verry friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the room is festive and luxurious. And the room had everything you may need, was verry clean and had a quiet AC that was not loud at all. For a tip! Get sushi around the corner and have a nice picknick in Jardin Luxembourg watching the sun set on the Eiffel tower. Good pizza can also be found around the corner.

I was traveling with my 10-year old daughter and we were there during La Fête de la Musique (first day of summer) and that was quite loud and well celebrated at all places in Paris but also at the corner of the street of the hotel. This kept us up untill 0.30h. A notification in advance would have been nice, as this happens 1 day in the year, but overall we had a great experience.

The location of the hotel is just perfect. Right in the heart of Paris yet set on a sort of side street from the main busy roads so you were so close to everything but didn't have the noisy foot traffic and cars driving by day and night. The little balcony was just quintessentially parisian and so lovely to sit out on. The room was very tastefully designed and exceptionally clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom size was really good for Europe - it was a shower that I could actually shave my legs in which I know is great for women. It is also had a jar of toiletries which a welcome surprise. The kitchenette area and small fridge was an added bonus. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and before we even arrived, sent us a message asking if we needed transport to the hotel. They organised a taxi both to and from the hotel to the train station which was greatly appreciated.

Good location when arriving from CDG by RER, just few minutes to walk from train stop to hotel. Small rooms but clean and cosy. Very good breakfast (pre-ordering the menu) with different eggs, cheese and fruits, jogurth... The hotel is silent (especially yard side) as it is block away from main street and railway station. You will get from reception exhaustive list of nearby restaurants where to go. Welcoming staff and friendly service (possibility to leave luggage at reception after check-out)

Closest metro station is about 15min walk from hotel. Bed a bit soft if you are harder surface fan. Breakfast coffee from machine was quite mediocre (cappuccino) but anyway for good coffee in Paris you need to go to Italian restaurant of to known coffee chain kiosk.

The hotel has an amazing location in the heart of Paris, perfectly situated on a quiet street, providing the best of both worlds—central yet peaceful. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the staff were warm and welcoming throughout our stay. Every detail in the room was carefully thought out. The furnishings were tasteful, and the addition of a fridge, kettle, and kitchen utensils (including plates, cups, and even a wine opener) made the stay even more convenient.

Our room was located next to the elevator, and we could hear it being used late into the night. We also hear some noise from the room above.

Fantastic location and loved the Juliette balcony.

Reception team were usually disinterested and a little rude.
