The location could not be better! As well as being right at the metro, It was walking distance to the Latin Quarter, Ilé de la Cité, Notre Dame, Point Neuf, the Sorbonne and many more. It is directly across the street from the Cluny museum which is excellent. It is on a busy intersection, but it is a big city, You hear many sirens going by at all hours. Also, in some reviews, they mention that it is on top of the metro. It is a very faint rumbling sensation that you would have to be extremely sensitive to be aware of. The room was very comfortable and exactly as described, it would've been nice to have a little extra room to put suitcases, but for the price and location it was perfect. The apartment is accessed with a very large door, that has a code that you use on a keypad. Once you go through the portico, you are in a large interior paved courtyard and the apartment building is to your right, it's very obvious which building it is, and it also has a code for the front door. There is a flight of stairs to the first floor in France. The ground floor is floor 0. That being said, the stairs were wide enough and had a nice handrail which was manageable for the older people in our family. The next-door leads into the Airbnb itself. Then you use the code to get into your apartment, inside was clean with nice floors and beautiful floor to ceiling windows with the wrought iron railings. The bathroom was on the right as you enter. Then a step down to the kitchenette area on the right and a small table on the left that is in the larger room that has the bicycle sculpture in the wall. In front of you is a door into the slightly smaller room that has the same large window. In between the two rooms there is a large window that has curtains that you can close for more privacy. We kept them open for more light during the day. The French windows also have a second double door inside that created a nice layer of insulation which caused the sound from outside to be less.

The hallway leading from the stairwell to the apartment is pretty awful. It has a powerful damp smell from the washer and dryer that is in a closet off the hallway. It is carpeted, narrow and very unattractive. It is painted with an ugly blue shade, reminding me of a no-tell motel in the states. By no fault of the owner we just so happen to be there the evening they brought an enormous Crane at midnight and yanked the public toilet right out of the sidewalk, but there are double doors insulating the old windows so the sound did not penetrate as much as I would've expected.

The building was very nice, room for a studio in france was spacious. Felt very secure, and for the location, surprisingly quiet.

It was undergoing work when I stayed, so the hallway smelled badly. The state of the rooms feels a bit “sloppy” and we think one of the outlets wasn’t working. So, clean, but sort of cheap looking and feeling. I also couldn’t get the tv to work (but it wasn’t important enough to follow up on, so may be fine). Weird sort of layout for hanging clothes (a couple hangers on a post on the wall in the corner). Pointless plastic plant wedged in a tiny corner that will just gather dust? These sorts of little things… Felt work in progress.

Property was in a perfect location! Just a stones throw from notre dame and plenty of shops and cafes close by

Unfortunately there was scaffolding right outside our window which completely blocked any view we may of had and also meant we were not really comfortable opening the window at night when it was very warm as we are right on the Main Street and anyone could has gained access via the scaffolding very easily. This was an issue as the apartment was very hot

Excellent location, so close to many different metro stations that are on different lines and lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance too. Having a kitchenette and fridge was amazing and so helpful.

Like the other reviews say there are 4 different codes to get into the building, corridor and room. I was only sent the codes 3 minutes before we were allowed to check in which would have been fine if I was told this. However, it was written everywhere that I should have got then before and when I messaged them they just kept saying it should have been sent already, so knowing this would have been less stressful.

Wonderful little apartment in the best part of Paris! We couldn’t have asked for a better location and we really felt like locals, which was what we wanted. We were right in the middle of three metro stations and around the corner from so many lovely cafes and restaurants. Notre Dame cathedral was less than 5 mins away. I personally really liked having codes to get in so I didn’t have to carry keys around. The apartment was perfectly sized for the three of us and everything was clean and well presented. You could hear city noises but overall it was a quiet area and we all slept well. Beds are very hard but excellent for your back! I noticed people mentioning a smell in the hallway in other reviews - it is there, but again all part of city life and it wasn’t in the apartment itself. We would absolutely stay again!

The apartment is located close to the Notre Dame Cathedral and the Luxembourg Gardens, close to public transport stations, across the street from the apartment is a metro station. Nearby are markets, restaurants, bars. The apartment has a mini kitchenette with almost everything you need.

I didn't like that we didn't have a closet in the room where we could put our clothes, but only a few hangers, that the hallway smelled pretty bad and the floor creaked very loudly, and that you could hear the subway in the room. However, I would overlook these inconveniences due to the area where the apartment is located

Dream location overlooking B Saint Germaine with Musee de Cluny across the road and easy walking distance to Notre Dame, the Seine, and the Parthenon. The room as depicted in the photos. Good water pressure, basic but comfortable beds. Excellent communication and easy to follow instructions.

A few small additions would make a difference - like hooks to hang tea towels on extra hooks in bathroom for towels. Otherwise, great.

In all honesty, I left it way to late to book somewhere to stay for our trip to Paris and wanting to stay in our favourite part of Paris (the cool trendy 6th & the lively fun 5th). Being on the back foot and prices of usual places available being very high in comparison to this incredibly cheap offering, I was nervous of the obvious worries (1) Was it a real booking/host (2) Would communications/accessing property on a late night arrival end up as a disaster (3) Would the property be old and tired and just be a ‘it will do’ kind of place to get your head down in on a short trip. WELL… My nervous concerns were continually smashed from the moment of booking!!! - Communications via booking.com messaging were plentiful, more than accommodating and incredibly helpful at every request and query, seriously amazing customer service from start to finish and you can call and speak to the managing agent/s at any time you need. Now to the little room we booked? Such a perfectly formed little but fully functional sweet room/appt with great security, great large opening window view onto road outside (great to open for fresh air and hearing local buzz below and equally nice when closed to keep cosy and no noise noticed)… Heating brilliant (we stayed in a cold period), shower fantastic, bathroom and appartment immaculately clean and so well thought out in every way. What we feared would be an OK at best stay in a small cheap place left us feeling it was a place we loved with so much affection, we would not hesitate to spend a week or more in this lovely place and recommend it highly as possible if you want to watch the pennies, it equally ranks with way more higher priced rooms in the same area (you just have to accept it’s Air B&B style and no hotel) and deserves to be continually sold out = Congratulations in every way to the agents and quality of this fabulous little place in an amazing location : )

Loved absolutely everything, zero negatives to report whatsoever!

Property was in a great location, it was right beside the metro, you can easily get a metro to travel within the Paris region and a metro back to the airport. It was very close to nice food vendors and just down the road from Notre Dame and the Saint Michel Fountain which was lovely to see at night. The property was small but spacious at the same time. The property had two actual beds, which was exactly what we were looking for, the beds were very comfy. A lot of listings has a bed and then a sofa bed, whereas this apt had two beds The room also had a fan and a heater which was great. The property itself was within an apartment block which meant you were not near the street, which could be busy at night time with sirens going off, but the apartment is tucked away so you can barely hear them. The apt was very clean and felt like a home from home. Would highly recommend.
