We loved everything about this hotel! It is situated in a great location within easy walking distance of some of the top sights in Paris such as Sainte Chapelle, Notre Dame and the Louvre, yet it's tucked away on a quiet square, so the hotel isn't affected by street noise. There are two Metro stations nearby, making traveling around the city a breeze. The room was spacious, modern and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. Additionally, the staff were very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent hotel in the heart of Saint Michel and St Germain, overlooking the church Saint Sulpice a short walk to Notre Dame. Despite being in a busy area, it's one block off the main street and is an oasis of quiet. Very clean with charm and excellent service. Champagne offered upon arrival. Bed and bedding was very comfortable. Tea/coffee in the room. Free bottled water refilled daily. Location, staff and especially Ludovic, who is exceptionnel, he is very friendly, loves what he does, knows about the places and restaurants to go that are high quality and not tourist traps. Try the M Musée du Vin for example. We will definitely come back.

Our bathroom had a tub/shower combo that was a bit cozy and would be challenging for someone with mobility issues.

Beautiful boutique hotel, warm and gracious hospitality, staff who go out of their way to make our stay comfortable - this is the kind of stay every tourist to Paris wants! Enjoyed stylish Parisian decor - very alluring, very welcoming. we had 3 rooms for 6 guests and while the rooms in a boutique hotel is smallish - this is Paris - i appreciated every inch of how they made the space work with thoughtful furnishings and necessities covered. Hot water and tub to soak in after a day out - perfect. Clean! Little French windows to lookout into the streets below. Heating in room was good. Charging points right next to bed. Enough hooks for towels. Delightful little corners in room converted into storage spaces. Great location on left bank - on pedestrian street next to church - well lit and flat walking to many food options and walking distance to Notre dame, Shakespeare Book Company store, metro stations, and so many beautiful sights that made us fall in love with Paris.

Location is excellent but it gets touristy - our teen’s wallet got pickpocketed on our first night that left us feeling a little upset and appreciated the hotel staff helping us.

the staff is super super super friendly and helpful and genuine. it is remarkable that such a nice facility in a prime location is even topped with the staff. Adam, Amir and Vladimir give you this feeling of familiarity and genuine help that one doesn’t come across often in Paris.

The Breakfast is disappointing, expensive and nothing is labeled. No allergies mentioned no type of meat labeled . The boiled eggs were overcooked and the bread in even average quality. The worst baguette I had during my 6 days ( 18 meals) was in the breakfast .

The reception staff were very welcoming and there was an area in the lobby with cake and a nice seating area. Our room on the 5th floor (room 50) was large and the bed was very big and comfortable. The Wi-Fi and air conditioning was good. The location is superb - quiet but very close to restaurants and cafes and close to Saint Michel metro which took us straight to Gare du Nord for the Eurostar. We wanted to be near Notre Dame Cathedral and it was under 10 mins walk.

The lift works but it's small - we just got in with two of us and two cases. If you were a family of 4 with luggage you would not fit in but it's not a big problem.

We really had a wonderful stay. Super easy to get to from CDG Airport as there’s an RER B stop a short walk from the hotel. The hotel also offer reasonably priced transfers. On arrival we received a warm, personal introduction from the very friendly Adam. This included an explanation that we could use the facilities at Espirt hotels across Paris. We were even offered a welcome glass of bubbles. Friendly staff was a recurring theme for stay and we were always greeted with warm smiles. The room was clean and comfortable with a huge window overlooking the quaint Left Bank streets. There was complimentary tea and coffee as well as refrigerated water (still and sparkling) and cola in room. All were replenished daily. Overall, the hotel served as a great base from which to explore Paris. We could easily walk to most of the major monuments but it’s equally charming to just explore all the streets along the way. The hotel doesn’t have much in the way of public facilities or spaces so if you’re looking for grand bars and restaurants this isn’t the place for you. There’s a cosy breakfast room/lounge by reception where you find a small honesty bar. The wine was surprisingly tasty, as was the continental breakfast. I’d definitely stay here again. The vibe suited us perfectly. I’d recommend for people who want somewhere friendly and comfortable with a great location but don’t plan to spend most of their time in the hotel.

The staff went above and beyond for us. I asked for chocolate, flowers and champagne delivered to the room and they were fantastic with response and delivery! We had to change rooms because we started in deluxe and moved to a classic room, and they moved our bags for us and it went smoothly. We only had breakfast one of the days but it was very good! Mini fridge in room and we also called for an iron w/o issue. The location is great. Easy from the airport on blue B and yellow C to Versailles and Eiffel Tower. Walking distance to Notre Dame and Le Marais. The fondue at restaurant next door was heavenly.

it is in an excellent location in Paris , very central and despite of this in a very quite area. The customer service is like Ritz Hotel or any Luxury Hotel high standard ( even better). Breakfast very good. I will come back for sure

Lovely room. A bit cramped, but we are used to that in Paris. The mini bar always had bottled water, carbonated and flat, as well as colas which were complimentary and these were replaced every day. The electric outlets were plenty and well placed so we could easily charge all our devices. The air conditioning worked well. It has very very hot outside when we were there. The location is excellent, especially if it’s your first time in Paris.

Having to close doors to be able to walk by, as stated above, the room was a bit cramped.

From Charles de Gaulle after a long journey finding your way to the Hotel Parc Saint Severin Esprit de France is a fairly straightforward and uncomplicated process. The Hotel people who I had the pleasure to interact with Jean-Sebastien, Ludovic, Romane and Elina who I met were very kind and accommodating and answered many questions I had and to make sure my stay was a comfortable one. The Hotel Parc Saint Severin is nestled in a very vibrant neighborhood of many restaurants, RER station, shops, stores, bakeries, supermarkets, and all amenities a traveller requires yet the hotel is on a quiet street. The beds were comfortable and clean and the hotel location is fabulous for situating as a home base while taking in all that Paris has to offer. Its a easy walk to Notre Dame Cathedral, The Sorbonne, The Pantheon etc. The acid test of any hotel stay is the question of whether I would stay at the Hotel Parc Saint Severin Esprit de France. Yes I would most definitely stay there again Without Reservations. No pun intended. Lol
