Exceptional location with an unbelievable view. The hotel was immaculate with outstanding facilities, especially for a 3-star hotel. Staff are friendly, and they are working very hard to please their guests. Multiple languages are spoken. The bed was comfy with good pillows and clean linen. The bathroom was clean, with lots of fresh towels and toiletries being also provided. The hotel is quirky in design, but we felt this was part of its charm. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and again, the view was unbelievable. We are very grateful to all the staff for our lovely stay, a special thanks to Henri. We will be back soon.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn't like. In trying to make this review helpful to others, remember you are in the heart of the city, and it will be a little noisy. This is a 3-star hotel, and whilst it exceeded our expectations by far, people need to remember that. The hotel is also quirky in its design, something we loved but if you want modern, this may not be for you. We have stayed in many hotels in Paris, and we will be returning soon, and I can be difficult to please.

Location was amazing (in the Latin quarter). Fabulous restaurants and cafes around us and of course Notre Dame across the road! We had a lovely room with a view of Notre Dame with a Juliette balcony. Rooms were small but quirky and bathroom very clean and modern. We did have an issue in our bathroom but it was addressed straight away by staff and management, even on a public holiday, and we were appreciative of their help. We were moved to another room and our stay was very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Wonky floors!! It is an old hotel in Paris so to be expected I suppose! There is no parking so you get dropped off where it is safe then have to walk up stairs to get to reception.

The location of this hotel is excellent. Close to the Nôtre Dame Catedral and in front of La Seine river.The Nôtre Dame hotel is in a shot walking distance to the Cluny museum and a Sorbonne university.

The only thing that can be improved is that someone needs to be available at the reception at all times at night since on February 26th ,mother and I returned to the hotel at midnight and we ran the bell many times and also called the hotel, but nobody opened the door. We spent at least 15 minutes outside and we were worried because we were supposed to leave the following day.When the man finally let us in,he told us that he was making his rounds at the different floors. However, nobody wants to stay outside late at night. We were lucky that a relative was with us, but I must say that Saint Michel is a very safe area and this was the only time that this occurred because I have been at this hotel several times.

The room was pretty with great facilities and both the bathroom and bedroom were spotless. The room was reasonably quiet, considering its quite central location. The breakfast room is stunningly quirky and has some of the best views in Paris. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is fabulous, as it is straight across the road from the Seine and a Metro station. It is situated about 100 meters from Notre Dame Cathedral, which was visible from our room. It feels safe as well as central. Shakespeare and Company is a very short walk away and there's no shortage of shops cafés and restaurants.

not really did not like, but something to keep in mind You have to walk a stairs to the first floor to get to reception and elevator and it is not 2-3 of it, which might be not easy with luggage; breakfast is very simple - baguettes, croissant, juice, coffee, which is regular for Paris, but other hotels we stayed in had some cheeses, cold cuts, yogurt, eggs. But again it is a lot of choices around hotel to have a breakfast, we had in cafe right next door

The central location make all of Paris easily accessible. The staff are welcoming and the dinner recommendations were spot on.

Our room was behind the dining area and reception and a few times other guests knocked on our door thinking they would be a to talk to hotel staff. The bathtub was nice; however, with only a small shower head anything other than a full on bath was out of the idea. Lastly, the temperature controls wouldn’t let us just put the fan on all night so the room got unbearably hot. The only option was to open the window, which was mostly ok except for between 2 and 4 am when almost nightly there were people shouting in the street.

Loved the decor and room size. The location was fantastic - a little noisy - but to be expected. Breakfast area and reception was good and staff very helpful especially as I don't speak french. I appreciated their patience with me. Room (#31) was a great size for Paris and bed very comfortable. The robes and towels were lovely as was the bathroom products supplied. The view to Notre Dame was amazing and the proximity of transport - trains and buses - meant getting around was very easy. Restaurants were plentiful with lots of food options so I didn't have to go too far for evening meals. Area is very touristy but felt safe and it was great to travel in winter so crowds were not an issue. Highly recommended.

For my short stay I can find no issues and there wasn't anything that I didn't like about the hotel.

After careful consideration we selected this hotel, and we were very glad we did. It exceeded all our expectations and Room 34 was superb...spacious, clean, comfy king size bed, light and airy with amazing views of the river Seine and Notre Dame. The locality is superb, being within easy walking distance to the Metro, trendy coffee shops and restaurants, Shakespeare bookshop, and of course the Notre Dame. What more can I say...we will certainly stay here again.

There were no unwelcome surprises, and we could not fault the hotel in any way.

Unbeatable location, simple and lovely breakfast, comfortable rooms. My family stayed here 10 years ago and were happy to have another great stay. The rooms with a view of Notre Dame are well worth the upgrade, they also feel somewhat larger than other Parisian hotels. Our room had a full bath with a window overlooking the Seine. Incredible value at this price point.

Staircase at entrance can be difficult with luggage. The location is wonderful and well situated but because of the areas popularity it can be noisy.

If you have mobility issues then floor 6 is not for you. There are steep narrow stairs to the bedroom we had and assume it will be the same for all others on that floor. Reception area is on floor 1 which also requires a climb of 2 flights of stairs. Access to the rooms is via a flight of stairs although there is a lift available which I would call a typical French style in that 2 adults and 2 small cases is the maximum capacity. Not so much of a ‘dislike’ but an alert to potential travellers if they have mobility issues.
