Excellent location in the heart of the city, just a few steps away from the Metro. Lots of food and grocery options nearby. We loved being so close to everything! On a lively pedestrian street, but hardly noticeable with the windows closed. Appreciated having 2 bathrooms and a washer/dryer for our family. The convertible sofa was extremely comfortable and fought over by our teens.

The shower/sink room in the 2nd bedroom was laughable how difficult it was to get into it, since the bed prevented the door from opening properly. Only our nimble teenagers could manage. There was a pounding beat from the club next door that we could hear on Saturday night, but since we were so exhausted, we were able to sleep through it.

Location was phenomenal. Walking distance to so many sites, a RER/main metro station steps away, and just a great, safe, vibrant neighborhood. The balcony overlooking the street added to the charm. Multiple bathrooms is a lifesaver for a big Family. The pullout couch was REALLY comfortable. Having both A/C and a washing machine was a rare combination that was of tremendous value for us. The kitchen had everything you could need for a short or a long stay - dishes, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove. The complimentary nespresso was a nice touch too. Beds were comfortable, lots of outlets in the rooms, plenty of towels, etc. Couldn't have made a better selection.

Just a few things to keep in mind...the provided soap/shampoo might not be everyone's favorite scent. Also, as is common in europe, no washcloths, just large hand towels. We bought our own wash mits at monoprix nearby. It is expensive,, but if you have more than just 2 or 3 people, comparable or less than the 2 hotel rooms you'd end up needing. You can see there's very little not to love about this place!

The property was in an amazing location. Very accessible to both the Metro and RER trains. Easy access to tourist spots and endless food options in the immediate neighborhood. The apartment itself was equipped with everything we needed for our week stay. The beds were comfortable (even the pull out sofa!) with plenty of linens and extra towels. I was worried about the street noise being on the first level but this was not an issue at all.

The apartment is conveniently located near Notre Dame with lots of restaurant choices and bus and metro access close by. It is well furnished with everything one would need for the stay, including cooking utensils, dishware, simple seasoning, coffee, tea, and water in the fridge. There are plenty of extra supplies if needed. The living area is spacious and the whole apartment is well lit. Having two toilets and two showers were very helpful.

The bedrooms are a little small.

The location, AC, the sofa couch mattress ( wow!), provided shampoo and body wash, and overall space!! Tea kettle, tea, and sugar was also provided!

The bathroom door for the 2nd bedroom was SO close to the bottom of the bed that my friend could literally not fit through! All other 4 of us had to squeeze, and I mean squish to get inside. If you are a heavier set person, or large-chested, you will not be able to use this bathroom!

We loved everything about the apartment. The location and all the extra things that you could tell had been well planned. The fold out couch was large and comfortable. The access to the apartment was easy and loved all the dining options and sightseeing within walking distance. Would definitely recommend the accommodation.

This is an excellent location for seeing the sights in Paris and for accessing the metro and buses. We had an issue with one of the showers and I contacted the host and they fixed the problem immediately.

The only problem we found was that someone likes to play loud music when we were trying to sleep every night. We used ear plugs and we were fine. Be sure to bring ear plugs.

Excellent for a group of 6. Apartment had a washing machine and 2 full bathrooms which was wonderful. The location is great, close to metro station and Notre Dame. Very easy to get in and out of the flat, instructions were perfect. Fully equipped kitchen which was great for us. I would stay here again.

Location was great for a tourist excursion. The flat was spacious and well appointed, loved watching the world go by from the sitting room. There was everything you could need from ironing board, washing machine, coffee machine etc. Cold water waiting in the fridge was really appreciated too.

The bar was quite noisy on one evening but it didn't detract from the enjoyment of our stay. The second bedroom was quite tight to get into the en-suite.

Communication with Josh was fantastic. Steps from metro station. Great location. Small rooms , but 2 bathrooms - which is ideal for a family. Fantastic restaurants nearby. 1st floor, but easily manageable. 1 min. from Notre Dame. Washingmachine, dishwasher

Little bit noisy- but I expected it as we stayed over New Year.
