Very central Notre Dame 10 minute walk. The Metro to and from CDG airport right outside the front door of the hotel. Lots of restaurants near by our favorites were Taverne de cluny (live Jazz) on the street behind hotel and La jacobine (you need to book) 10 minutes walk. Previous guests mentioned noise - we had no problem with the noise; effective double glazing. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The young reception staff were excellent. Upon arrival the young receptionist took our name. The older lady who checked us in was downright rude. She didn’t look at us; nor welcome us or acknowledgment of our presence. The only interaction was to hand us the key; tell us our room number and asked if we wanted breakfast. In the morning again no welcome. Clearly, she shouldn’t be in a customer service role.

Location was perfect - easy RER access from airport. Great food nearby. Surprised that our room was a good size and the quintessentially Parisian room (wedgewood blue) and lovely marble tiled bathroom was a bonus. SUPER QUIET! The bed was also very comfortable and there was a great selection of pillows. Thanks for the safe and the umbrellas in reception.

The shower did drip when off and overnight water got onto the bathroom floor - a hazard. So we kept a floor towel in place to limit water.

I loved this hotel. The location is perfect, with great access to many attractions and public transport. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and I specifically thank a Ms. Heidi. The breakfast was basic, no ham or cold cuts or sausage, but nice and fresh. The only downside was the set of stairs from the ground floor to the first where the reception is. Still, there was someone to help most of the times. I'd go back to this place when I go back to Paris.

Proximity to Notre Dame and Sainte Chappelle was great, an 8 minute walk at most. A lot of great food options nearby, as well.

No elevator from the ground floor, but the staff has someone to help bring it up/down. Hotel breakfast was not worth the price, there are plenty of nearby options.

The location is brilliant for Notre Dame, and the general Latin quarter, clean, staff friendly and comfortable beds.

Stairs from street to reception on 1st floor may be an issue for those with big suitcases or mobility issues, the room we had was tiny, but it had everything you needed.

Well, there is an elevator between the reception and the rooms, but there the reception is in the first floor. So, you need to carry your luggage by YOURSELF to the reception. No one helped us to do that.

Appreciated the good sound proof windows facing the street.

When using the shower, a lot of water pours into the floor. The breakfast was disappointing, and coffee only warm.

I cannot rave enough about this hotel. EVERYTHING was simply lovely. From the excellent location, to the thoughtful decor and very friendly, helpful and overall welcomming staff!

Location and cleanliness

Carrying the luggages from entrance to first floor was little tough, however from the first floor to other floors they have an elevator

- Room looks as shown in the pictures. - Great Location right in the center. - Few monuments are very close. - Underground/ Metro near by. - Small tuck shop behind the hotel - Restaurants are behind the hotel, and they are good - Great staff. - Beds are comfy

- Reception is on the first floor, and the lift starts only from there. You will need to carry your bags 1 floor on spiral staircase. - No Tea/Coffee. It would be nice to have at least instant ones, we had to buy them. (matters only for someone who needs it as soon as you wake up :) - Not that I didn't like it; I knew this before booking the room. The room size is tiny but manageable for two people. It makes sense if you're there just to sleep and not spend time in your room. (This is typical for Paris and cities like NYC and LDN.)
