The staff was the friendliest customer service I got in all of Paris! The hotel is located very close to the Luxembourg station, but you can also easily walk around. For example the Louvre is just 30 minute walk away. There’s also a grocery store almost next door which was convenient! The hotel is very clean and modern looking. The room was on the smaller side, but still very functional for two people. Our room was on the third floor with a view to the street.

There was only two things that I wasn’t the most pleased about our stay at the hotel: 1. There was this constant rumbling and thudding sound coming and going. The only thing I could think about it being is the underground train passing the hotel. But after the first night you did get used to it. 2. It seemed like there wasn’t a sufficient air vents in the bathroom. The room was super humid our whole stay, we kept the ac on and tried to keep the window open as well sometimes. But every time we stepped back into the room after coming from the hallway we were hit with a wall of humid air.

The hotel was excellently located, in walking distance to bars restaurants and some popular attractions and very close to the metro station to access the rest of the city. The staff were very nice and accommodating and did their best to try and help with any requests. I would definitely stay here again when returning to Paris. The rooms were also very clean.

The rooms were quite small, but that's to be expected in Paris. The only very minor thing, particularly solo travellers may like to be aware of is there was no way to lock the room internally.

The room was very small and there were no tea coffee making facilities in the room. The tea coffee facilities at reception didn't have cups or milk.

The hotel is very pleasant and the staff are extremely professional and welcoming. Location is absolutely fantastic - literally 1 minute walk from Luxembourg Metro station. The rooms are very clean and tidy and maintained well. My window overlooked the main road (Boulevard Saint Michel) but was not disturbed by traffic. Brilliant value for money too. An excellent choice of hotel in the heart of the city. Would definitely recommend!! If I visit Paris again this will be my first choice of hotel!!!

A kettle in the room would be nice, although they do provide free hot water in the breakfast area on the ground floor. This is not a criticism, just a nice to have.

The location was excellent — right by the Luxembourg Gardens, in a very safe and quiet area, which is something we really appreciated in Paris. The metro station was just a short walk away, making it super convenient to get around the city. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They answered all our questions with a smile and gave us great recommendations on things to see and do. We felt very welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay.

The room was very small and not perfectly clean. Unfortunately, the shampoo ran out on the third day and was never replaced. We also had to ask for the bed sheets to be changed, which is something that should be done automatically in a hotel. These details made the overall experience feel less comfortable than expected.

A wonderful location in the Latin Quarter near to Luxemburg garden, Sorbonne. Two RER B stations (Luxembourg and Port-Royal) provide a convinient direct transfer from/to the CDG aeroport. There are lots of cafes and restaurants around of the hotel with delicious meals. The hotel staff is kind and helpful, speaks French and English. Breakfast is excellent: jambon and ham, local cheese and vegetables, yougurts, cereales, baguettes and bakery, tea and coffee - it is enough for a hearty meal.

The room and shower cabin were too small. However, it is Paris: pay or put up with cramped conditions.

The staff is pleasant, and the hotel is comfortable and conveniently located near the metro , busses and restaurant.

1) Location - quiet, even though it’s roughly in the 1/2 way between Pantheon and Luxembourg Gardens. There are great nearby restaurants/ cafes/ shops, all within 10 mins walk. Luxembourg station a few mins down Blvd, got the RER direct from airport then just walked a few mins up Blvd to hotel! Dont overlook bus options-loads of routes v close, we got it Pont de Concord for the Orangerie 2) Staff - friendly but efficient 3) Boutique feel 4) Big bed 5) Breakfast 6) Noon check-out 7) It was our wedding anniversary, and per my request, they arranged flowers and Prosecco to be in the room upon our arrival-thank you

Location is 👌👌 Handy to get to any part of City by train, Metro or bus. Nica view from window. Clean room and and free storage for your suitcases Is available. Safe area both day and night which was very important for me.

Tiny room and bathroom, almost no space for anything😅 .Very thin walls.I heard my neighbor snoring. No kettle in the room which is very strange for such a high price. In the morning the fire alarm went off (something was burned in the kitchen as it turned out later) but none of the staff evacuated and did not know what was happening. I was with a child... and it was stressful....

I loved the location of this hotel, very close to the Luxembourg Gardens, Pantheon & the Latin Quarter yet very quiet! The building has been entirely renovated, its interior design is fresh clean & modern The breakfast provided was diverse & plentiful in a pretty setting overlooking the street The hotel staff were very friendly & helpful providing storage for my luggage prior my checking in ,They are also fluent in English which most clients seems to appreciate

Both windows in the room were covered with an opaque white film in order to avoid vis a vis which might be a disappointment to some clients The room & bathroom were both « compact » in size which is to be expected in Paris but their modern design & fresh & bright decor did alleviate perfectly it’s tightness as the room was still bright
