Very good location in central location, 10 minute walk from RER B train which was direct from CDG airport and 15 mins roughly from Jardins de Luxembourg. We were on the 6th floor and the room was very hot but there was a fan on the ceiling which was very good and helped cool us down. Room was small (could just about walk around the bed) but suited fine and was clean with very good shower which had great pressure, was a good base to explore Paris. Also helpful staff there 24/7 and a lift to get up to room. Would look to book again next time I’m in Paris for a holiday

TV only had a few French channels but didn’t watch anyway

The hotel is in a perfect and safe location in the 5th apartment of Paris. The Notre dame (centre of paris) is 20 min by foot and 10 min by bus. Also the bus stop for all attractions is outside of the hotel. (Numbers 21,91). The pantheon is 15 min walk. The hotel is very clean (the clean our room every day) and the staff was very nice and helpful. The room was a bit small, but it was ok. Near the hotel (2 min walk), there is a Carrefour supermarket, McDonald's and a pharmacy. The breakfast was the basic french breakfast, it was ok. Also the reception was 24h a day and that made me feel safe. I recommend it especially for a traveller couple like us! Ps We were in Christmas at Paris. It was very cold outside. The inside of the room was in perfect temperature.

My room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and my bed was very comfortable . Once I’d learnt how to use the fan I found it useful and easier to use than air con. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, giving us written directions to our destinations. They also let me bring in my own plant-based milk and butter as a vegan I could only eat the bread and jam.

There was no soap dish in the shower, and I had to find somewhere to balance the shower gel. I think there should be soap dishes in the showers. Also, the towels are above the toilet and I managed to drop one of them into the toilet as I was reaching for it. The price was raised for the Olympics so it is difficult to say whether it was good value for money as it cost a lot. I would stay there again, but only if the prices were lower.

Functional small room for a solo traveler. Clean and quiet. Really just to sleep in. The bathroom was adequate, but you had to step up 2 feet to the raised shower, which was the size of a phone booth, if you remember what that was like!

I don't know what could be done about the design of the shower, for someone with mobility issues it would be terrible. It is usable, but not a pleasant experience. You climb up a step to get in to a phone booth-sized shower and you have to be quite careful coming out.

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent service. Hotel is in a nice neighborhood in Paris and easily reachable by public transportation. There are many cafés and restaurants around and the jardin du Luxembourg is at a comfortable walking distance. The hotel offers breakfast with a decent amount of options (french breakfast, so think bread and baked goods). Beds were comfortable and clean.

It's an old building in Paris so as expected the walls are thin, you'll easily pick up sounds from other rooms. If you're a light sleeper ear plugs are advised.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel, with a great balance of quality, price, and location. Didn't expect such a high level of customer service, especially in Paris. Initially, we were given a room on the 6th floor with a road view, which was too noisy at night when we opened the window. The hotel staff were very helpful and changed our room to one with a yard view, even though the hotel was fully booked. The hotel is conveniently located near a bus station with direct routes to the city center and Disney park, and the metro station is just a 10-minute walk away. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and we were provided with good quality towels and bath products. The bed was also very comfortable. We totally recommend this hotel.

A clean room and bathroom with a comfortable bed. Excellent directions provided before our arrival. Great restaurant down the street (Trattoria Cesar). Given as it was out first time in Paris I'm not sure about the value as I have nothing to compare it with. Very relieved there was an elevator ... albiet a small one.

Not particularly soundproof ... heard sounds from other rooms and happy that the noise did not go late in the night. Fortunately our room looked into the space between buildings so we didn't get any street noise.

Very kind receptionist, room was compact yet not tiny. All was very clean and well kept, the bed was comfortable, the shower perfectly fine.

We heard our neighbors getting ready and loudly talking early in the morning, but not the street or anything really otherwise. Oh, and there was no soap/no shower gel. No soap for hands was a little funny, but everything else was great!

the desk/owner went beyond and secured a restaurant reservation that I thought I had but when he confirmed for me it was not there but he got the owner to accept us that evening. the staff also called taxis for us and went out the door to make sure it was the right one and directed the taxi driver. The room was very small/tight but well designed with modern decor and the hotel had a lift. We were on the 4th floor so that could have been a problem. Usually two star hotels do not have a lift. We would stay there again. Price was right.

If the room was bigger but it probably would have been more expensive. No free breakfast but you could pay for a breakfast but it's Paris and there is wonderful places within walking distance.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful, and the service truly stood out from the very beginning. The receptionist was incredibly polite and helpful, adding a personal and friendly touch to our experience. In addition to the comfort and cleanliness of the room, one of the highlights was the fact that the staff kindly offered to store our luggage after check-out. This thoughtful gesture allowed us to explore the area freely without worrying about our belongings.
