Very clean. Exactly what it says it is, small budget hotel with very easy access to Disneyland

The car park doesn't have a locked gated entrance, and is open to anyone. The doors of the room are therefore open to anyone, and anyone can access the hotel. This is unsettling if you have children. With a gated entrance it would make me feel much more comfortable and secure.

Although very basic, it is clean and comfortable with very friendly staff. Room is small but as we only use it for sleeping then that’s not an issue. Location is great, a five minute walk from a small shopping centre with a large supermarket, various restaurants and assorted shops, then another five minutes walk to the RER to get to Disney (in about 15 mins).

Can get quite warm and although window does open slightly, that’s obviously tricky to do in the rain.

Perfect location for our needs. It was walking distance to the train station which allowed us to get to Disneyland Paris in 45mins or the heart of Paris to see the tourist sights in 30-40mins. We ended up staying an extra night because the price, staff, and location were great. Excellent breakfast!!!

Restaurant has a good buffet. Not too far from Disney. Room was small but clean.

Shower super tiny but fine. Bunk beds meant we slept with our feet at the other end to avoid bumping our head (it happened several times)

Good air con, comfortable beds, dark quiet rooms. I wasnt expecting such a good restful sleep in such a cheap hotel. Rooms are tiny but comfortable. Big mall nearby with everything you could need. We stayed here after Disney and all slept like the dead!

Rooms are small but you get what you pay for!

Customer communication was really good and the staff all exceptionally helpful. Good choice of breakfast and dinner provided and reasonably priced.

Our room just needed a bit more natural light but otherwise was comfortable. Could've done with a kettle in our room.

The location, staff and layout are all excellent. On both check in and check out the staff were friendly, helpful and their excellent English more than made up for my terrible attempt at French. There was ample parking, it's easy to find and there's lots of shops and places to eat nearby.

The rooms are incredibly small, you can see it from the pictures but you really do just get what you see. It's perfectly functional, fine and very clean so I'm not at all saying it's a negative but the rooms are more like pods than a traditional room. For the money and with the excellent service and location as long as you know what you are getting we were more than happy. The ONLY issue we had is the air conditioning in both the rooms we had didn't work at all, it made noise but nothing came out and even on a late October evening the rooms were very hot with 3 people in there. Give them working air con and everything would be no issue.

Good beds, good size of room, very clean, good breakfast and amazing location, specially if you sre going to Disneyland

I would say that the room wasnt enough warm, even tho the heaters were on max potential, however the room I got was very big. Last time I was in a smaller room and heaters worked perfectly.

Price to value is great. Outside low emission zone so safe to drive there for tourists. Many parking spots. 8 minutes walk to RER station. Easy to go to Disneyland Paris and Paris city centre.

The size of the room is too small for 2 adults and 1 child.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location next to a larger hotel which gave more dining options and fun places to hang out. I appreciated the closeness to Disneyland Paris but not the walk up the hill from the train.

The rooms had a bit of an aged cigarette smell to them and the bathroom shower was very small so the curtain kept getting in the way.
