The room was dark and quiet, the food at the restaurant and at the breakfast was excellent. It had a child friendly feeling to it.

You are reliant on the CDGVAL train to get to the airport. On the morning after our stay, the train did not go and there are no other ways to get to the terminals 1 and 2 (you cannot walk, there were no taxis and the replacement bus didn't arrive). This is not strictly the hotels fault but our main reason for booking there was to have an easy journey to the plane, and I think I have never been so stressed getting to an airport.

A good standard hotel right in the airport at Terminal 3. Access to the other terminals is easy via the CDGV airport train and it only took 5-10 min from the hotel to T2. Good choice for a pre-flight stay-over.

The room was spacious and very comfortable and it was convenient for me to have the restaurant downstairs where I could eat late. And breakfast was excellent.

It took way too long to check in. There was a very long queue and only 2 people managing. This was frustrating after 3 flights that day and once I arrived at the CDG Airport no-one being able to correctly direct me to the hotel

Terrific location easily accessible if you are coming via Train from Paris and need to stay before an early flight. From where the RER B gets out in Terminal 3, you just come up and can walk into the Novotel, you just have to look around and follow the signs. After living in some not-great AirBnB's this hotel felt luxurious and deluxe despite being at a very reasonable cost. Spotless, beautiful, new, with all conveniences and good service at the front desk. If all major airports had something like this (at this price range) attached, it would be amazing.

Very convenient for our last night before flying back out to Australia

Couldn't turn on air con in the room as it was winter despite it being very hot, had to ask reception for a handle for the window to open instead.

The connection to the airport is extremely convenient — the hotel is practically inside the airport, and there’s a shuttle running 24/7 to the terminals, which made everything really easy. The restaurant staff were absolutely lovely and made the atmosphere very welcoming. There’s also a games area (with table tennis and foosball) that my son really enjoyed. Breakfast starts as early as 5 AM, which is perfect for early flights.

If I have to mention a few downsides, I personally found the overall environment a little cold — but that might just be a personal feeling. Also, the toilet is in a separate, fully enclosed small room with a door that doesn’t stay open, which I found a bit uncomfortable. The room itself was slightly small, but still acceptable for a short stay.

The location was very easy and accessible to the airport terminals.

My check-in experience could have been better. The front lady couldn’t find my reservation, initially. Instead of asking me to repeat my name or spell it out for her, after showing her my phone she accused me of giving her the wrong name, because apparently I’m unaware of my first name. She could have been accountable for her own fault or stated that she didn’t understand me well.

Excellent solution to sleep in CDG area. The staff were very helpfully and friendly , we arrived very early due to the flight and got the room on 0900 for small extra payment , the breakfast in the hotel was vey good lot of verity , good selection of cheeses , hot dishes , fresh juice , eggs etc. was a good surprise for us. The room we got in the first floor was a little old but very clean , good space , good bathroom with separate room for toilet. The location is perfect , 5 minutes walk to terminal 3 , and the train to the center of Paris - RER B and the inner train of the CDG are right out of the hotel door. Will clearly choose again next time.

The room was a little "oldy" and simple so the price is quiet high for such kind of an hotel - but not different then the other hotels in this area , so it is Paris issue not this specific hotel.

The service from the staff, including the reception, was excellent. They eagerly helped carry my luggage as I was traveling with small children, and when we had an issue with the shower, they promptly came to fix it with a smile. We stayed in two rooms as a family, and both were clean and incredibly comfortable. The location, directly connected to Terminal 3 of CDG Airport, was also a great convenience, allowing us to access the hotel without stepping out into the cold.

The food at the attached restaurant has room for improvement. However, even considering that, my overall high rating remains unchanged.

Very Nice Airport Hotel, Loaction to Airport, Location to Airport Transfer and Trains. Staff were great, very helpful. Room was large and comfortable.

The hotel ammenities are limited, Dinner Restaurant doesn't open till 18:45, with only a tuck shop availbe for Chocolate and Crisps. Bar was closed till 16:00 so had to wait to get a drink. We had been travelling all day so we ordered Uber Eats. However there are other hotels close by that offer more options for food and drink. e.g. IBIS Hotel
