The location was good, breakfast was excellent, staff friendly and helpful, and finally appreciated the daily fresh towels.

The carpets are old and need to be replaced or professionally cleaned. They smell and are dirty, needed to wear flip-flops to keep feet clean. I know the rooms are small, but a fridge and kettle would have been so helpful throughout the week.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a lovely surprise. We have had breakfasts at other hotels in France, which have just been yogurt and pastries. The breakfast was Eggs, charcuterie, sausages, crepes, cereal, fruit, and pastry. It was very nice.

The bed wasn't that comfortable, but for 1 night's stay, it was fine.

Very nice staff. We arrived late at night and the man at the reception was very kind. The family room is not so big but the beds are very comfortable. Everything is well maintained, there is air conditioning, a good TV and the environment is quiet. The buffé breakfast is also very good and the staff who works in the kitchen are very friendly. Recommended for families.

The bathroom was not so clean. Very small room but enough if you stay just a night and don't have big cases.

great personnel, very friendly. beds are comfortable, rooms are always clean. breakfast is good. localisation is perfect! close to city centre of Paris and to Disneyland. We really recommend this hotel :) it was good experience!

The area is so quiet! We’ve had a good rest every night and the blinds keep the sunlight out so well. We’ve also enjoyed the breakfast spread, especially the madeleines and crepes.

I wouldn’t say it matters very much, but we didn’t have glasses or cups in the room.

It was what we needed; beds for the 3 of us, shower, toilet, somewhere to have breakfast. Staff spoke English (which helps if you don't talk French) Breakfast was good.

The rooms were a bit warm; for my feeling the aircon system didn't work. I didn't complain about it as I was too tired in the evening and forgot in the morning.

Comfortable beds, a friendly welcome, electric charging for our car, free parking. Location handy for Disneyland and for an overnight stop near motorways. Suited us perfectly.

Breakfast wasn't being monitored, as in things ran out and no staff noticed. Think a new staff member had started that morning though, and it was sorted when raised.

Hotel was nice and clean, close to Disney park and 6-7min drive from the train station where are free parking places if you want to go in the city (Paris) Rooms are was cleaned every day.

Some of the staff wasn't nice and polite. The breakfast was fine but haven't had cooked breakfast and always had to wait to filled up the container always was run out ham, pancakes, juice , if I was cooked for myself and my kids eggs someone always took it. Wasn't sign to cooked for yourself....

Shower was hit and miss, would often go hot and then cold. More in room surface space would have been useful as well as an in room kettle.
