Very close to a train station and supermarket. Only a couple of stops away from Disney, but about an hour away on the train to Eiffel Tower. One lady in reception was extremely nice and helpful. She let me and my daughter have a free drink and snack after a very long day. Nice view from the room window, comfortable beds and tv in the room was an added bonus with Netflix and YouTube on it. (my daughter enjoyed watching her fave shows while getting ready for the day).

People staying upstairs were quite noisy and an extremely loud alarm went off round 7-8am. A fridge in the room would be nice for drinks or even to make sandwiches / snacks. You can't eat your own food outside when the restaurant is open.

Absolutely worth the price. Relatively modernized and could not fault its cleanliness. Perfect if you just need a place to rest your head & recharge. Conveniently located at a 10-15 walk from the Torcy RER station, which will take you to Disneyland Paris in 15 minutes or to the city center in 40.

Saw some negative comments about the staff and unfortunately i also did not have the best experience. The lady at the front desk was clearly having a tough day, which happens to the best of us but did not make a great first impression. Check-in process was a bit slow and not all of the staff spoke english, but they definitely tried their best. Indeed poor lighting in the room (saw another review that mentioned this - you essentially need daylight and open curtains if you want to see properly), but the lighting in the bathroom was great.

Really easy to book, very lovely staff on the front desk who were happy to help and were very kind with my infant daughter. Happy to answer any questions and speak to me in English as I know absolutely no French! Free parking, clean and comfortable rooms if a little on the smaller size, but by pushing the double bed over we had plenty of room for the travel cot so no issue there. Bed comfortable just a little squeaky. Only 15 mins from Disneyland Paris.

Location quite hidden, took us a while to find it as it shares a location with another hotel so can be confusing. Lighting in the rooms was quite dark and the bed a little squeaky but nothing that was an issue for one nights stay.

Friendly staff, very clean room, good location, good price, very good value for money, even has a bath tub, convenient location for visiting Disney with the train station only a 10 minute walk away. Also located close to a mall with a huge Carrefour supermarket.

The only thing I didn't like were the roller shutters in front of the window. It doesn't look very nice and makes you feel like you are in some bad neighborhood. Because the room has no curtains it is the only option for some privacy.

Easy to access and exit.. and within easy reach from the motorway. great location... near a fantastic range of shopping outlets and restaurants... We stayed as it was only a 15 minute drive to Disneyland Paris... The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming... easy check in .. a large free car park... surrounds the hotel... so plenty of spaces... My wife has a blue badge due to mobility issues..we did find returning later that evening the disabled parking near the entrance was occupied by cars without a badge... so we had to use the disabled parking at the back of the hotel unfortunately.... But only criticism for us.... Our room had two single beds. An en suite bathroom with both a shower and a bath... TV... and small wooden storage unit for shoes and coats.. Reasonable size room and bathroom so comfortable and warm.... Ideal for us... The hotel has a restaurant and a bar along with an outside seating area.... Absolutely enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.... Fyi... unfortunately city taxes for Paris have risen to around €5...per person per night...so our cost of the room was a little more than expected... But again this didn't subtract from the value for money this hotel offers....

The staff were brilliant but Maud was exceptionally good. The place was very welcoming and we enjoyed their breakfast. The location fits the purpose of our visit which was to shop at La Vallee Village.

The building was too open especially the ground floor which is too close to the road thus does not give the lodgers privacy. It needs a little bit upgrading especially to cover the ground floor for privacy

Location was where I needed for a training course. Room was functional and cool despite 30C. Staff were great with lots of English speakers to help a traveller with no French skills!! Bar happy hour was good- half price beer.... Great breky choice.

Bit pricey but I understand Disney is close!!

The location is great, especially for disneyland paris. There are lots of shops & restaurants close by. Also a pharmacy 10 minute walk from the hotel just in case. Train station also a 10-15 min walk.

The rooms are cold! even with the heating on it takes ages to heat up so i would advise bringing some thick pyjamas or you will be freezing!!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Great location, just a 12 min walk to the train station with frequent service into the city centre. Breakfast buffet w lots of choice, including cooked items and fresh squeezed orange juice. All at reasonable price

The AC in our room did not seem to work properly.

Simple, clean, comfortable. Under 10 walk to station. With regular, direct connections to both Disney and Paris. Kettle and good hairdryer provided. Breakfast through the week was good, also included freshly made crêpes and waffles. Weekend breakfast is very simple continental.

We only experienced 1 group of noisy guests, perhaps a family returning late from Disney. This is not the hotels fault.
