There were two metro stations nearby. The one most used was a short walk away, the other a 20 min walk. Walk past this another 10 min and you reach the Seine River Batobus staton if you are doing river hop on/off. The front door required a pass key to enter and there was someone at the front desk till 10 pm. There was a free hot beverage machine for coffee, tea and hot chocolate. There is no air con but the window opens. We faced into the middle courtyard and it was quiet except for one night when people were there talking. Minimal sound heard from other rooms so quiet for sleeping. The kitchenette is convenient if you want to prepare your own meals.

In the bathroom, it was tight around the toilet as a hot water tank and heat register were on each side of it. We stayed 5 nights but no house keeping service available unless you stayed 7 nights. We were able to pick up fresh towels and toilet paper from reception.

We had a great stay at the apartment. Everything was just as expected. The apartment was cleaned halfway through our stay, and we were provided with fresh towels, shower gels, and other essentials. Although there was no air conditioning, the fans provided were quite helpful and made the stay comfortable. The kitchen is small but very well equipped, including a small fridge with a freezer compartment. We were on the 4th floor, but the good news is that there is an elevator :) At the ground level, close to the elevator you can refill your water bottle and have a cup of coffee free of charge. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes from the metro and Aldi supermarket.

The only thing we didn’t like was the position of the TV — it’s placed at an odd angle on the side wall, so it can’t really be watched from the bed.

The place is very quite and nice to relax at after a long day out, as is the neighbourhood. It's only 3 mins walking distance from the Nation metro station and the line has only one connection to the CDG airport and is direct to the main attractions. The only downside is the travelling time is abt 30 mins one direction. It was very positive for me that the studio had an iron and a board already in there.

The kitchen is not not equipped with forks and spoons which is not a bad thing from a hygienic point of view considering there is no washing machine but just a note to bring some with you for the stay. Everything else is available and just enough.

The hotel is well situated for us to walk to most of the central Paris attractions, but then we would rather walk than use the Metro. The room had windows which opened and we were able to keep the room a bit cooler this way. The street is not an overly busy street, but still a little noisy at times. coffee making facilities available all the time was great. The room was clean and had good facilities. Staff were accommodating when we asked to leave luggage in a locker from check out until we left for the airport.

It would have been great to have air conditioning on the hot Paris summer nights.

The room was a great size, it was more of a mini apartment/studio - we didnt use the kitchen for any cooking as we were eating out but it did include plates and any extra kitchenware had a fridge which was big. It included fresh sheets and towels and since we didn't ask/pay for cleaners to come change towels/bedding it was fine for us as it was what we expected with it being us renting an apartment for a couple days. Wifi was also great and included a tv which surprisingly had maybe one or two english channels mainly news but were great. The staff were also great and they understood us but we didnt have many problems so communication was simple and efficient. Travelling around Paris was easy theres a bus stop and train station close by maybe a 3 min walk (nationale) and asking the kiosk for a card to travel was also great cost €2 per trip. Travelling to the airport CDG was also a breeze only £12.57 (is a specific ticket) but we booked a taxi on the G7 app when landing and that cost us £58.09 for the both of us so splitting is - £29 but depending on traffic/ exchange rates could be different since we landed late at night.

We didnt use the breakfast or laundry facilities so I can't really comment on those, but they were available for the people staying. They were renovating/repainting so it did smell like paint but if it doesnt bother you then its fine. Altogether was a good place to stay and would probably go again.

The reception staff were wonderful on our arrival and the entire stay. They gave me full information for the room and the supplies available. The bedroom was very clean with all the supplies to cook if needed. A coffee/ hot chocolate machine was available 14/7 to enjoy beverages at no cost. The hotel environment was in heneral very welcoming and made us feel safe as home. The street is full of restaurants and grocery stores, safe and quiet. I had observed not such good critics' on this hotel on Google reviews but was amazed that none of them was reality. I recommend this hotel in all its aspects for a superb stay!

I didnt find anything not to like. Everything was purely amazing and my stay will be unforgettable!

Comfortable and quiet room with a small but very well equipped kitchen, spacious washroom, you can control room temperature by yourself (which is a big plus), ironing facility and ventilators available in room, basically all you need for a business stay. Gentleman during check-in was very helpful and friendly and lady during check out was also nice. Water/tea/coffee facilities all through day and night which is also very helpful.

They have painted the hotel/room but toilet seat and washroom are still old, toilette seat is so old that there are permanent stains and every time you flush it stinks. Breakfast is quite basic. Lobby is too small and so is breakfast area, there were two dogs in a very congested breakfast area which is not good for a person who is suffering from allergy issue with four footers.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. Saba and Guillerme were very prompt, attentive, and friendly. Really good customer service. Location is not bad. Fairly close to 2 metro stations, so it is very convenient.

We expected the apartment bigger. Pictures in booking site appeared bigger. The apartment is not much bigger than a hotel room. Unfortunately, the bathroom had the toilet jammed in a sort of corridor, which made it very tight for a tall person like my husband to sit. Shower glass is covered by 1/3 of a panel which made it difficult to keep the water inside while showering. At the end of showering, the foor outside the shower was all wet.

Excellent location, maximum 5 minutes walk to 2 different Metro stations and 1 bus station, the Latin Quarter and the Seine is just about 30 minutes away. There are several supermarkets in the area, boulangeries and smaller restaurants as well. The staff was really kind and helpful. The apartment was quiet, spacious and very well equipped. I will definitely choose this place next time I come to Paris.

The bathroom doesn`t have a window, neither a ventilator, which causes a sauna experience.

We had a great stay! The location is fantastic, with two metro stations nearby, making it easy to explore the city. The room was well-heated and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The area felt very safe, especially for women, and getting to the airport by public transport was straightforward. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist.

The only small downside was the lighting in the room, which was a bit dim for my preference. Overall, a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend it!
