Great location close to the Place d'Italie Metro station. Room was compact and very clean, as was the modern bathroom. Very comfortable beds and the room was surprisingly quiet considering its central location. Loads of great bistros and bars nearby and very good transport links to the major stations in Paris and Charles de Gaulle airport. The location was good as it's away from the tourist traps and close to attractions like the Jardin des Plantes and zoo, which was beautiful even in November.

Very clean and tidy with housemaid cleaning for new towels and rubbish cleaning everyday. Comfort bed and pillow with great size for twin bed Super closed to exit3 metro place d'Italie with many buses around. There was a big carrfour supermarket is located just 5min walk, cheap with full of stuffs to buy. Many restaurants were located near the hotel such as La Halte, crazy noodle. Pharmacies and Uniqlo were also located there. Bolt car from hotel to terminal 1 CDG airport cost only 34€. very convenient.

Room wall was too thin, i could hear every conversation from guests who were staying next to my room and it was disturbing my sleep at night. Sometimes i could smell the smoke/cigarettes to the room, this hotel should be 100% non smoking. The shower area should be closed space. This way of half wall closed made the bathroom super wet on the floor.

The room is very cozy quite and clean.. apart from that the location is very perfect 15mins to the center by metro .. location is close to pantheon.. around the area there are so many restaurants and fastfood like mcdonal kfc outside the hotel.. metro station is walkable like 2mins away as soon as you went out hotel you will see the metro station. When i comeback in paris I will definitely book again in this hotel..

The hotel itself is very good, beautifully blending traditional Italian charm with modern luxury. My room was impeccably clean, spacious. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were of the highest quality, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The location of the hotel is in the center, beside Termini Station. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm Italian hospitality and a level of service that exceeded all expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and went out of their way to ensure my stay was perfect in every way. Their genuine kindness made me feel right at home and added a personal touch that truly set this hotel apart.

Nothing I don't like.

Everything was great, including nearby metro station to 3 lines (5,6,&7). The room has plenty of electrical outlets and one international. There was no need for an adaptor, unless someone needs more than one plugin. Booking has instructions on how to get to the hotel from airports. Didn't have to use taxi or Uber at all. Recommend downloading Paris Metro app.

The building sign says 'Hotel' and may be 'Design'. I'm not sure. Initially, I had difficulty finding the hotel. It would be beneficial if the hotel adds a photo of the hotel sign and building to its booking site to help locating it.

A comfortable, clean hotel, near Place d' Italie and the metro stations, with many cafes and restaurants nearby. All in all, a very good option, especially for us who visited Paris for a conference and wanted to avoid very touristic places. The rooms are not very big but the beds were really comfortable. Recommendable.

It would be nice to provide a small fridge. It would be quite useful for people staying there for a longer time.

The shower gel deserves a special recognition - it was fantastic and the smell was awesome. 4. The food wasn’t included for us, but we bought breakfast once and remained very satisfied. 5. Staff was really helpful. 6. Coffee and teabags were renewed daily

1. I wish the floor was better vacuumed. 2. There was no fridge in the room which is a huge con. We needed it for a medicine and ended up throwing the medicine away as it had gone bad. Having it for food or drinks would have been actually really fair. 3. And one more thing :) what’s the situation with these plastic cups? They were really bad and didn’t keep the bottom dry for too long and I feel like it would have been easier and cheaper to have recluse cups instead. 4. There was no teaspoon spoon

I liked the stuff, the room is clean and the design of the hotel is really nice. The breakfast is the same all the days, but it's enough to eat well. I want to thank the people at the hotel for their hard work and the hospitality

The last day of our stay the room wasn't cleaned properly and everything for breakfast was finished,plates were almost empty, there wasn't even water...

Tim Hotel was a very pleasant place to stay in a nice part of Paris on the edge of the Latin Quarter. It was well located with access to a range of Metro lines. The hotel was clean, pleasantly decorated and light. Our room had a balcony and a nice outward view across the local roof tops. The staff were helpful in minding our bags before check-in and after checkout. Breakfast was available.

The lack of a small fridge was disappointing.

The hotel is at great location with safer vicinity. Less congested with people. It’s easily accessible with metro and buses. The hotel serves good breakfast with balance combination of nutrition which we don’t feel bored for long stay of 6 nights. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The lift is small and long wait is expected. The scan of card was often malfunctioned. Nevertheless, staircase is right next to the lift for faster access.
