It as clean and tidy, friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. They offer free fruits and baked treats for their guests! A standout staff member at reception was Dorian, a young person full of professionalism and excellent customer service. Dorian is an asset to this hotel.

The air conditioning unit in my room was malfunctioning and did not get repaired while my week-long stay. They did provide me with a floor fan, which made it bearable to sleep at night ( I was visiting in summer).

The location was amazing, close to the Metro, lots of local restaurants and a mall within the circle that we discovered on our last day. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Beds were comfortable and rooms also provided a place to sit. The price of the stay was a great value. They had a breakfast option that seemed popular.

Very "no-frills". Complimentary soap and shampoo were poor quality. No ice machines or snack vending. Cheap, thin, old bath towels. Staff wasn't very knowledgeable about local conveniences. They had a coffee dispenser, but you could only use it if you pay for breakfast, no option to buy only coffee from the machine.

Great location close to the Place d'Italie Metro station. Room was compact and very clean, as was the modern bathroom. Very comfortable beds and the room was surprisingly quiet considering its central location. Loads of great bistros and bars nearby and very good transport links to the major stations in Paris and Charles de Gaulle airport. The location was good as it's away from the tourist traps and close to attractions like the Jardin des Plantes and zoo, which was beautiful even in November.

The location of the hotel is brilliant - a couple of minutes walk from the Metro, which made it very easy to get there from Gare de Lyon, and to the Eiffel Tower and Gare du Nord without changing lines. Very comfortable beds, good shower, average breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff. Air conditioning and black out curtains were very welcome. Would definitely recommend for a short stop-over stay like we did. There are a number of places to eat nearby, and we found the bistro over the road (Dudele) to be excellent.

Nothing really, decor is a bit faded and scratched, but excellent value for money.

Very clean and tidy with housemaid cleaning for new towels and rubbish cleaning everyday. Comfort bed and pillow with great size for twin bed Super closed to exit3 metro place d'Italie with many buses around. There was a big carrfour supermarket is located just 5min walk, cheap with full of stuffs to buy. Many restaurants were located near the hotel such as La Halte, crazy noodle. Pharmacies and Uniqlo were also located there. Bolt car from hotel to terminal 1 CDG airport cost only 34€. very convenient.

Room wall was too thin, i could hear every conversation from guests who were staying next to my room and it was disturbing my sleep at night. Sometimes i could smell the smoke/cigarettes to the room, this hotel should be 100% non smoking. The shower area should be closed space. This way of half wall closed made the bathroom super wet on the floor.

The room is very cozy quite and clean.. apart from that the location is very perfect 15mins to the center by metro .. location is close to pantheon.. around the area there are so many restaurants and fastfood like mcdonal kfc outside the hotel.. metro station is walkable like 2mins away as soon as you went out hotel you will see the metro station. When i comeback in paris I will definitely book again in this hotel..

The hotel itself is very good, beautifully blending traditional Italian charm with modern luxury. My room was impeccably clean, spacious. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were of the highest quality, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The location of the hotel is in the center, beside Termini Station. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm Italian hospitality and a level of service that exceeded all expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and went out of their way to ensure my stay was perfect in every way. Their genuine kindness made me feel right at home and added a personal touch that truly set this hotel apart.

Nothing I don't like.

It is very close to a subway station with stops from three different lines. It still was very quiet in the room. The best water pressure I have ever had in a hotel shower! The lobby is nice and the room was clean and big enough for one person. There are quite a few different options of restaurants, bakeries, etc. close by.

The mattress was a bit too soft for my taste. But it was apparently rather firm in the room my friend stayed at, so it might just have been an issue for me.

It was close to the metro and bus station, and there were numerous types of charging ports. I liked the multiple lighting options next to the bed.

My room key kept deactivating the day before we were to check out. There was no fan in the room, which made it stuffy. Opened the window but had flies come in. It was a bit loud with the street noise of sirens and cars honking.

A comfortable, clean hotel, near Place d' Italie and the metro stations, with many cafes and restaurants nearby. All in all, a very good option, especially for us who visited Paris for a conference and wanted to avoid very touristic places. The rooms are not very big but the beds were really comfortable. Recommendable.

It would be nice to provide a small fridge. It would be quite useful for people staying there for a longer time.
