Great value and excellent service! Stayed at Kyriad Paris Est - Bois de Vincennes and found it very economical without compromising on comfort. Special thanks to Thomas and Benjamin, two staff members who were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. When we realized there was no kettle in our room, they quickly provided one and even helped us move to a ground floor room for easier access. The hotel was clean, convenient, and the service truly made our visit enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Room Was so clean , The staff there are really helpful specially Mr David in the reception , he was so friendly and supportive also helping me to go to the good places in Paris and recommend for me a good activities To enjoy staying in Paris He give me early chek in and late check out I really want o visit this hotel again and again and I will do that in the nearest future

The hotel is cheaper compared to others. The room is spacious and soft bed. Toilet is clean and there's shower gel. Room cleaning is available everyday and breakfast is available from 6-10am. Public transportation is around the corner. There's lots of market or grocery around. Highly recommend.

The location is far from the touristic areas.

Reception staff were very helpful, especially as we booked late evening while sat in the car outside due to our Airbnb cancelling on us en route to Paris. They arranged rooms close together, car parking and were so friendly. Thank you so much for making a very stressful situation much easier. We all had a great night's sleep after an 18 hour journey. Comfortable modern hotel, as expected from the Kyriad chain. Pleasant and helpful staff. Location is excellent, just off the motorway leading from/to Paris, yet in a quiet street, a short walking distance through a pleasant residential area with shops and cafés, to the nearest metro station at Charenton-Écoles (line 8) , from which to reach Central Paris in half an hour and/or connect to many other lines in the network. The Bois de Vincennes (a very large wooded park with many sports/leisure amenities and a zoo) is a short walk away.

The garage access is very narrow. We preferred to park elsewhere, just beyond Charenton-Écoles metro station.

Everything was perfect! The staff was super nice and friendly:))) If one day I had a hotel I would love to have the staff like that;) The room was clean and the bed was super big and comfortable. Location was great just 50 m from the supermarket and boulangerie with yummy bagette and croissants:) I strongly recommend this hotel!!! Next time in Paris I will go there as well!!!

comfortable beds, absolutely perfect, helpful, smiling staff, good a/c, clean, garage, shops and restaurants nearby, 5min walk to the metro station

the rooms are slightly used but compared to other hotels we stayed in paris it s still quite spacious and well-cleaned hotel. windows cant be open on the river side, make sure to book the other side od the building.

Staff were very friendly and quickly sorted out minor issues. Beds were very comfortable. The location was super, shops restaurants and the Bois all within a short walk. I was able to get takeaway and eat it in the restaurant area despite the restaurant being closed.

Restaurant was advertised as open but was shut with a response of we are unsure for how long. An error was made with booking and I was given a room without a bath (a bath was a priority reason for booking) whilst the issue was quickly resolved the bath was tiny (my 7 year old live it as it was deep but even she couldn't lie down) I did speak to staff and recommended that when advertising rooms with a bath they should state the baths are very small. There are a number of larger baths but I was told I should send a message when booking to request a larger bath (or a normal size for anyone not living in central paris)

The staff was very nice and friendly. The location is also perfect with public transportation all around the hotel. Not far of Paris. The bed size was also perfect (a large bed for my part just like I asked). Very soft and comfortable

Very convenient. Metro station 5-7 minutes away (line 8), bus stop 100 meters away. Supermarket and lovely bakery next door. Good place for several days visit.

A little bit old but taking into account the price all right.
