The hotel is located within a 2 minute walk of the Champs-Elysees and the metro system and an easy walk to both the Eiffel Tower and the Louve Museum. The staff were truly excellent and could not have been more helpful or accomodating. A special callout to Veronica and her collegue on the front desk that greeted us on our arrival, they could not have been more friendly. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. If/when we return to Paris this will be our first choice for accomodation.

I booked this property for the family suite and terrace that had a view of the Effiel Tower. The terrace was closed during our stay which I was not advised of when booking. I understand the weather may not permit it to be opened at some times but it is the middle of April so it is not that cold to sit outside in the afternoon. The staff let us out to see the sparkling Tower but it wasn’t the same. We were very disappointed.

Brilliant location just off the Champs-Élysées. They had a room that slept a family of 5. 3 children in single beds and parents in separate bedroom in King bed. Those with 3 children know this can be difficult to find. Staff were attentive, very secure car parking and breakfast was very good in restaurant but note finishes at 10.30 am. Amazing view of Effiel Tower from 7th floor terrace.

Charming Stay Near the Champs-Élysées This hotel was such a good find—cute, clean, and perfectly located just a short walk from the Champs-Élysées. The staff was accommodating. Breakfast was delicious with a nice variety, and one of our favorite features was the adorable little upstairs deck. It offered a great view of the Eiffel Tower

Clean, beautiful and quiet

We loved the location of the hotel, the staff was amazing and the food for breakfast was delicious.

We were disappointed that we did not receive the room request that we had placed when we made the booking. We were also disappointed that the roof terrace was closed. That was one of the main reasons that we booked this hotel.

Location was amazing and the staff couldn’t do enough to help you.

The roof top bar didn’t live up to my expectations it was very small and we went up for drinks one evening and there was no where to sit and only 1 bar person. It took so long to be served we left without getting a drink.

The hotel is very well located right in the heart of Paris. The design, comfort and cleanliness is what you would expect from a 5* boutique hotel. The breakfast is outstanding with a rich choice that should suit all wishes. A shout-out goes to the staff that truely tries to fulfill guests needs and wishes. We had a complaint and the whole team gave us the impression that they care to find a solution and make our stay a remarkable experience. For us these people made the difference between a good and an awesome weekend in Paris.
