Very friendly staff, very clean, cleaning every day, towels are changed, upon request bed linen is changed....... delicious breakfasts, tea, coffee is always available, hot water. You can leave your suitcases if you arrived outside the check-in time, there are photo zones, good location. There is an elevator all floors are accessible by elevator if you wish you can take the stairs to use, the view from the window quite pleasant. The mattress is super comfortable

The room is quite small and I did not like the furniture. Because, for example, the bedside table did not have compartments, there were no doors, that is, you could only put something on top of it, there was no place to put the suitcase, so I had to unpack it and put things somewhere, there was a shelf only for outerwear. There was no safe in the room, I had to carry my passports with me, which was quite scary

The location was excellent. Good connections for buses and the metro Staughton onto central Paris. The area also felt very safe for myself and my daughter to walk around in, even at night time. The staff was really good and friendly. When the croissants ran out, they provided more within 5 mins! They greeted us as we arrived and left daily. Breakfast was basic but good and unlimited - as we're the hot drinks. All in all, it is a really neat, compact, and clean place to stay. We'd definitely go back!

The shower! It was really powerful but wouldn't stay in the cradle! 🙄 Please.do consider covering the meats and cheeses. There were flies around these areas in the breakfast space, and it was a bit of putting.

Excellent location just outside the city centre but close enough to walk in if you wanted to (45mins-1hour). We walked home from the centre having got the metro in. Close to both metro and bus station where you can get the Orly bus directly to the bus station. Lots of places close by to eat and drink at. The next door restaurant is well worth a visit! Cosy room with a big bed which was really comfortable. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate available all day which is great. Breakfast so really good.

Nothing, for the price, the hotel and it’s location are great

Location is good, Close to restaurants and to move around the center. Local self- laundry very close. Breakfast was good, staff very friendly and helpful specially Ana, she tried to accommodate to our needs.

We requested and accesible room and it said they have accesible rooms in the specifications and they are not. They only have one, but Ana helped us to accommodate that room on the second night, that was very helpful because we have a son in a wheelchair.

Extremely nice and helpful staff. Room is very small but ok for a few days of stay. Breakfast selection is good. They offer free coffee and tea all day which is very nice. Location is great, close to a metro station.

plenty of choice at breakfast. tea and coffee available during the day. staff were very friendly. we had 2 rooms booked the staff did offer to keep our cases in storage as rooms were very small and we were only stopping for 2 nights before going into the next part of the trip. would absolutely stay again.

The breakfast was great, you could also have coffee from the coffe machine throughout the day ,not just in breakfast time. The staff was super nice and helpful.

The room was pretty small. The location is a 50 minute walk from city Center but you could reach all the sites of interest in 30 minutes by bus .

During the registration, the woman at the reception insisted to pay the money for the hotel, although I have payed everything at the moment of booking. She told that I payed to the Booking website but not to the hotel, and she would not receive the money. Fortunately, the another woman came and regulated this situation, but it stressed as a lot after a long trip. That was the only unpleasant moment.

Prefect location very near to metro line 4. Very lively location you can easily stay outside upto late night. Lots of restaurants bar supermarkets around the hotel .

Room was pretty small than I expected but I believe everywhere in France it is same .

The staff were super duper kind! There was no fridge in the room that was kind of disappointing but still I could use the reception refridgerator anytime! Grateful to all the staffs who were warmly welcoming us and were always there to help us feel comfortable.
