The property is a hotel with 24hr staffing. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We were staying with a 5 month old baby and they did everything they could to be helpful and accommodating - they even gave us baby food for her for breakfast. There are rooms in a high rise block and 2 story rooms that open onto a cute courtyard. There is a small 4 person elevator that services the high rise block. The location is fabulous. The street is full of restaurants - mostly creperies but all types of cuisine are a few steps away. Monoprix is a short walk. You can walk to several different metro lines and bus lines,the Gare de Montparnasse is 2 min walk - direct fast trains to Versailles. We walked to the Eiffel Tower, the Seine and Norte Dame, the Latin Quarter and the Jardins de Luxembourg. Very nice safe clean neighborhoods.

The rooms are very small but it’s to be expected in Paris. Some of the decor is a bit outdated, the bathroom was older, but everything was very clean and comfortable. The street the hotel is on has limited vehicle access during certain hours, so expect to walk with your luggage from the end of the street. (Maybe 100 yards or so)

Cleaning service is the best one we’ve ever met. We appreciated the fact you have an elevator. The location is perfect, you can get literally ANYWHERE from here - trains, metro, buses. Lots of cafes, small shops, some shopping centres. The reception in open non-stop, so you can arrive at night. Very positive, polite. Enjoyed our stay here. Thank you!

There was a strange smell in the room. Maybe some sort of humidity smell, I don’t know. The furniture seems to be a bit old, but that was not a problem for us. The space is small, as everywhere in Paris, so it’s fine. Time-traveled to our student era when we had a tiny apartment. Would not say these moment could be called “problems”. It’s a pretty good place.

We stayed there for 12 days, and had Hotel breakfast each day which is continental style. Location is perfect, close to subway 4 and 12 which are so convenient to take you to all major tourists attractions. There are so many restaurants around, and have a Carefour Supermarket 3 mins away. Staff are super friendly, always greeting you, go above and beyond to help you out, which we are so grateful. Housekeeping was great, all bedsheets and towels are super clean; there were heat-up clothing rack which comes so handy in cold November.

Nothing, 10/10, so thankful. Highly recommended

Cute, great staff. Rudi was fantastic. Amazing location. Small, but that’s what you’re going to get if you stay in that location. The photos of the rooms are not what it it actually looks like, but I didn’t mind because it’s a perfect location, and your not really in your room all day, you’re out. For the price range, I guess it’s what you would get. I still loved the stay. The perfect area in the middle of Paris with lots or Creperies, restaurants stores and right next to the metro to go all over.

We really enjoyed this garden-style hotel where we could sit outside and enjoy the fresh air whenever we wanted to eat or relax. The location was perfect and so close to the trains and buses and commercial areas - without feeling overwhelming. The neighborhood was just lovely. And the staff were so friendly from reception to housekeeping - all wonderful.

The staff were very friendly and helpful to recommend places to see and get around in Paris. We also were able to use the room earlier which helped a lot. The location was also great and easy to reach different places of interest.

The room was smaller than expected for 2 people and quite difficult to move around. I personally think that the price for one night for this room was not very reasonable.

The shower cubicle was very small. We struggled to get into it. Room also was very small and dated. Breakfast was OK, but there could be more of a choice such as toast, muesli and a variety of fruit. I am allergic to bananas and don't particularly want an apple every day.

Location, close to a major railway station (Montparnasse). Good value.

No coffee/tea facilities in the room. To get a coffee any time of day it meant exiting the hotel, leaving your key with reception and walking down/up the street to cafe, if one was open.

We had a two room 'suite' that was connected by a balcony. Our 9 and 14 year old slept in the first room that had a single and a double bed. The second room was only accessible via the 1st room. It had a double bed, and my spouse and I slept there. Both had their own bathroom and the balcony was lovely to take the air in the evening. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I love the neighborhood! The staff were all friendly and wonderful. Many of the guests were from EEU. I think we were the only people from the US. The neighborhood - Montparnasse - is my favorite in Paris, and we were right in the heart of it!

I would have preferred if the rooms had both been as well fitted as the kids' room. Also the configuration - to have the kids in the room with the front door - was kind of off putting. Not that anyone dropped by, but if they had, the kids would have had to deal with it, as we couldn't really hear the door from the adults' room.

im not sure what all the bad reviews are about! we stayed for 1 night and everything was great for the price. very short walk from the train station, extremely pleasant staff, brand new bathrooms, good wifi and they even let me store my luggage for the day after I checked out. A few steps to the right of the hotel are tons of cute and trendy (instagramable) bars and restaurants

rooms seem recently updated but the windows could do with a change or at least a deep clean around them. A kettle, coffee maker would be nice, but again you’re paying for a basic hotel.not a fancy one. other areas of the building could use an update-nothing wrong just outdated style.
