Fabulous location for trains from Montparnasse and also access to the metro. The hotel is clean and quirky and always has really friendly and helpful staff - we have stayed there a few times. The rooms are not large, but then nohting is large that centrally, however, they are clean and comfortable. the hotel is also not far from many small restaurants down some of the back streets that take you aware from the more touristy areas and give you a more local vibe. They do serve a breakfast but we did not try it as there are so many lovely cafes nearby to try out. The hotel is decorated simply with fabulous and quirky photos - well worth taking the stairs to look at them all.

It is worth noting as with many of the hotels in Paris that the lift is tiny - I know this is an issue for many. However, there are also stairs so you can throw your luggage in the lift and meet it after a quick climb. There is a kettle in the room, though no tea/coffee - however, they do have a rather good coffee machine in reception.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay because our room is spacious. We have 2 large luggages that we were able to open widely so it's so easy to to arrange and pack our clothes. When we arrived the credit card terminal wasn't working and we don't have cash to pay the room bill. Glad they allowed us to already stay in our room. We did a promissory note and was able to pay the day after anyways. We never tried the coffee or their breakfast so we can't comment about it. The location is 6 mins walk to metro train station with a lot of different options so this is a good place to stay. The elevator is working and our room has spacious bathroom too.

Tiny modern hotel right opposite to the Tour Montparnasse and very close to the Montparnasse train & metro station. Big choice of cafés & restaurants nearby. We had a nice 30 minutes walk down to Île de la Cité (Notre Dame mostly renovated except for the back side). The room is pretty big according to french standards with nice modern bathroom. There is a small lift which was helpful for the transport of our luggage. The breakfast room is small, but breakfast was good with a coffee machine, which offers quite a big choice from cappuccino to hot chocolate.

No complaints at all, we just missed an outdoor area. But there are lots of restaurants and cafés in short walking distance.

Room was OK, breakfast good. Mainly chosen for location in Montparnasse very close to the Gare SNCF (as I was travelling on to La Rochelle the next day). Dozens of bars and restaurants of every kind, also cinema and theatre nearby. Very busy. This would be a good area to stay, cheaper than central Paris which is extortionate (although not cheap). With a pubic transport pass, this area would be as good as any place to stay for several days seeing the sights of Paris. By the way, the SNCF app works like a dream, I booked 2 rail journeys from England, Paris-La Rochelle and La Rochelle-Nantes, both e-tickets worked on my iPhone really easily. I included a senior rail pass, E49 for a year, 30% discount, which I almost saved enough to pay off on this week's rail travel. On the morning I left, I walked to the nearby Montparnasse Cemetery, 37 acres, and if you are interested in humanity, it's worth a walkabout. Got chatting to an older French man who told me a story of two.

Stark black and white decor, and a dull view of drainpipes and rooftops out of the only window, but this is of little consequence. Food forbidden in room, which is fairly standard for this sort of hotel, there were plenty of places nearby to eat but I do like a snack. I suppose they want you to not bring spicy, greasy takeaways and I could have eaten a piece of fruit or a chocolate bar with great care (I didn't). No coffee machine or kettle in the room, something which is standard in English B&B's, there was a coffee machine downstairs.

When we arrived we hadn’t realised the hotel was on a main road, but I must say we couldn’t hear a thing from our rooms. They were facing the back, and it was as quiet as can be. I slept like a baby, the bed was super comfy. Shower wasn’t the biggest but it was practical, pressure was good and water was hot! Room is simply decorated but everything you could possibly need. Location is fantastic, in the middle of Paris, surrounded by restaurants and shops. Two seconds away from the metro.

The price of the breakfast is too high. 16 euros when you are surrounded by bakeries is a bit much. it could have been amazing, we didn’t go for it as the price put us off.

The room was clean and comfortable, boasting a very convenient location right next to the metro, making it easy to navigate the city. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, enhancing our overall experience.

The breakfast left much to be desired, lacking in variety. The corridor outside our room was quite noisy, which could be disturbing for some guests. However, it's worth noting that this noise did not persist into the night, allowing for an undisturbed sleep. The curtains provided enough darkness, also, I couldn't hear the noise from outside.

The staff onsite were absolutely lovely. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was very clean and room advertised was very consistent with the room 'in real life'. It was a very convenient, safe and well-cared for property.

Truly our only complaint would be the pillows. The beds were quite firm and that was okay, but the pillows were like sandbags. Something I would flag for anyone traveling with any sort of physical disability or limitation would be to contact the property before reserving to discuss any accommodations as the elevator is very small as are the hallways and there are stairs (1-2) to some of the rooms. We stayed on the top floor and the elevator did not go to that floor so it would be important to get an accessible room when booking if needed.

Hotel is in a great location for shops, cafes and restaurants as well as the main station at Montparnasse. Although located on the main road, is very quiet inside and tranquil. The staff on reception are always super friendly and welcoming. Good decor and good size rooms with opening windows

It is worth noting as with most hotels in Paris the lift is small, for those of you who struggle with such things. There is coffee from a coffee machine to buy in reception downstairs, though no tea making facilities in the room which is a very small thing, though worth being aware of

Very nice location with immediate access to metro and trains, and it's easy to walk to nearby sightseeing locations. The hotel was fairly well soundproofed, our room was facing into the street and we were able to sleep without interruptions. The walk in shower with an overhead showerhead was great.

Slightly cramped with luggage, getting up was a bit of a chore. After hours access requires you to ring the reception every time.

The hotel is very nice, clean and safe. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great, near train, metro, restaurants, grocery store, shops. Can walk to many sites or reach them quickly via metro. The train station is also close to travel outside of Paris. The rooms are a little small, but very confortable (not a bad size for Paris though). Would definitely come back there and I recommend it to solo or family. There is an elevator, the rooms are quiet.

I would have like a bathroom a little bigger. My kids had a great size rooms, so next time I will make sure to ask for the bigger one
