Hotel is placed in quiet and peaceful suburban area where you will most certainly get some good sleep on your vacation. The hotel room was spotless clean and cleaned every day. The bathroom is large and new. The garden surrounding was great. Nearby is the Paris fleamarket where amazing stuff can be purchased.

The neighbourhood is close to St. Dennis which we found out was the place to be avoided in Paris. We had an early flight and the hotel staff advised us to take an Uber since the #13 metro is not the safest. I wouldn't recomend this hotel to solo female travalers since the neighbourhood looks quiet scary at night and there isn't much street light. During the day it looks like a normal family place.

The room I was assigned was a bit small, and we found it challenging to accommodate three people comfortably.

We wanted something outside the immefiate city center, where we could park our car, so this was perfect for us. It was clean and spacious too. Great value for money! Everyone working the front desk was lovely and helpful.

Unfortunately, when it came to the breakfast, the staff was a bit unhelpful and almost rude when we asked for coffees or for them to refill the food stations, when they were completely empty for 10 minutes. It created an atmosphere, where all the guests were fighting for and hoarding food.

The room was lovely!! We loved it, was a fun, trendy and spacious. Lots of light and well decorated. We loved our terrace too. There is also a night bus that runs from the centre of Paris to just down the road so it was easy to get to late at night too (although do check run times!). Les puces (flea markets) were really cool, we stayed mid-week but went to look at some of them that were open on Friday morning and it made for a gorgeous, chilled morning wandering around.

I loved the pillows, although my partner wanted them a bit thicker!

Very clean. Eco friendly, recycling, use of natural materials etc, good outdoor space too. Great to see that the artisans who did the building work are recognised. Evening meal in the restaurant really excellent. Very happy with no TV in the rooms, calm pleasant ambience, thank you!

A small thing -very tired after long day of travel, I went back down to reception to say that the room lights didn't work. Helpful receptionist told me to put my room key into the slot. It would be good to be told this at reception on arrival. I stay often in hotels but this was new to me.

Lovely place, quite modern. Room was pretty, clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. They have a washing machine and dryer, a nice rooftop area with seating and nice looking restaurant thought we didnt get time to try it. Really enjoyed staying here.

Room was a bit tight for us because we were travelling with our toddler so we had two large suitcases and added a cot. I think if you're travelling light and not planning to spend much time in the room its no issue. We also didn't have hot water in the shower the first night but I advised the front desk and it was fixed for the remainder of our stay. We mistakenly thought this was in Paris but its in Saint Ouen, it's about 45 mins on public transport to main part of Paris and 25 minutes by car. We used Bolt or Uber mostly and it would cost us around 15€ each way.

A good location of the hotel with metro station close to it, which will let you go to any part of Paris. And if you like walking, it will be some 40 minute walk to Monmartre. Very friendly and helpful stuff. The hotel is clean, it is worth its price

It would be good to have some kind of a kettle or a coffee machine in the room as well as some shelves instead of hangers on the walls. And as long as the restaurant has tables also in the inner yard of the hotel, some visitors can be very happy and noisy until too llate at night

good location (for us as we know the area reasonably well) and easy access to central Paris and St Denis (for the rugby). very comfortable beds and quiet at night.

separate toilet to shower and toilet had glass frosted door (which lets light into the room at night if someone uses it) and large space at the top and bottom above the door, similar to a toilet in public bathroom. not at all practical to be in a bedroom. room was v warm but staff did give us a fan albeit it was very weak. bar does not stay open to normal hours of a hotel. not much food available when we arrived on Friday afternoon. only starters/nibbles, no mains until evening (just pizzas on main menu). not a big issue as plenty of restaurants nearby.

Family of 4. Grandparents plus 15yr old girl and 14yr old boy in one family room. One bed was slightly on the small size but perfectly adequate for 3 nights. Bedding was lovely and clean, comfortable pillows and duvet. Nice big room light and airey. Lovely outside space. Really enjoyed our stay and would return and recommend to others. Location was ideal very close to Garibaldi Station. Fab bakery on route too. Staff were friendly and helpful 🙂

It’s 11/10!! Staff is so kind, helpfull, always in good mood. Everything is SO SO SO CLEAN, comfortable, there is no noise from other rooms, bar in the hotel is good too. It’s so cute there, rooms, halls, all about hotel. LOCATION perfect. You can use metro, it’s the best option, because it’s the fastest. We used car sometimes, but with metro it’s 10x faster and it’s easy to use it. Metro is close to hotel, full of places to eat, drink coffee at morning before exploring Paris, MCD too. Love it here and I’ll come again for sure. Thank you, Mob!

It was a little bit cold first night, but we went to reception and they solved problem so fast. So if you have any problem you can go downstairs and they’ll help you.
