We loved a lot of this about this hotel. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, superior room was spacious. Had a small refrigerator in room which was convenient. Room temperature was warm since outside was 0 degrees Celsius more less. At night we would open a window to cool the room a bit. Hotel was centrally located with a metro stop right outside the door. A famous bouillon next door, a major train station 10 minutes walking distance, making visiting Versailles very easy. 15 min metro rides to most iconic tourist places. 15 min walking to Le Grand Epicentre (best truffle risotto ever found here). Hotel is surrounded by many cafes which are open until late. Noise level wasn’t an issue for us, but for a light sleeper you can expect some noise on busy weekend nights as it’s a lively area. Staff were nice and welcoming. Held our luggage before check in without a charge. We were on the third floor, and were able to use to elevator. Late at night (1am) the entrance was locked but we were able to buzz the attending staff member to open. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel , felt it was well located, and great for the mid-range price point we were looking for.

Honestly we loved everything. But i would’ve used an nespresso machine if in room. They had a tea kettle and instant coffee but we didn’t use this set up.

This hotel met all of what we wanted for a place to stay in Paris. Clean, comfortable, quiet; mini fridge to store breakfast (they even provided two free bottles of water); walkable to all the attractions we wanted to see; friendly front desk staff; a place to store luggage on the day we checked out; even a decent view across the city. Considering the location, it was sooo quiet in our room, for which we very grateful. The cleaning staff was great and we loved returning from our day's exploration to a room that was tidy and clean each day.

The room is very small - it's not that we didn't like that, and it was large enough for what we needed, but wow it was cozy! We don't mind sitting on the bed, and we didn't spend much time in the room. It was very expensive, but we knew what we wanted and this place ticked every box, so we feel it was worth it.

The welcome was warm, the room - on the 5th floor - medium-sized but very comfortable. The breakfast - in a rather small basement area - was certainly adequate if with no frills, but the room was rather hot. We would have been very happy with this hotel, had we not found, when we went down to breakfast the next morning, that the 3-person lift was out of order, because 5 (!) guests had decided to cram themselves into it, despite the strict warning that it would carry 3 people only. The hotel reception called the lift engineers to come at once, as I am in my late 70s, and unable to climb 5 storeys to get back to my bedroom after breakfast to pack, Sadly, it was around 11.30 am when the lift eventually came back into service, by when we had no time to do any sightseeing before our TGV left for Bordeaux at 15.00. The hotel staff were as helpful as possible and offered a 15% rebate on our room costs, which I was happy to accept. I originally gave a score of 6/10 for this property, but now feel that that was over-critical. The management were as helpful as they could possibly have been in getting the engineers to come immediately and the fact that more than two hours of my less than 24 hour stay in Paris were wasted was the fault of the idiots who overloaded the lift, not theirs. From the point of view of welcome, comfort, cleanliness and helpfulness I think it is fairer to give an overall score of 8. I would be happy to stay in this hotel again but I would hope something can be done to ensure a wholly reliable life service.

The location, it is near the entrance of a subway. Near restaurants and market. the room is very confortable, every day there was a little gift on the bed. Thare was a welcome letter and some chocolates at the first day. The room is small but there is everything we need.

Thetemperature. There is a heater but the room became very hot and it was not possible to turn the temperature down. The suggested to open the window a little.

The hotel was very nice, with a comfortable atmosphere and good amenities. The staff were polite and helpful, which made the stay enjoyable. They also provided me with almond milk for my breakfast because pf my lactose intolerance.

The breakfast, while tasty, was the same each morning, so a bit more variety would make it even better. Complimentary water is only provided on the first day, which could be improved by offering it throughout the stay, though fortunately there’s a supermarket nearby for convenience.

Location - easy access from CDG airport, on the RER B train to Denfert Rochereau, then 3 stops on the Metro to Montparnasse Bienvenue station, which is directly below hotel. Also, 10 mins walk to Gare Montparnasse, a major train station for day trips out of Paris. Plenty of restaurants, grocery shop 2 doors away. Room size is adequate for 2 people, bed is comfortable. Bathroom well stocked with essential toiletries. Very clean throughout. Front desk is manned 24/7 and all of the staff that we interacted with were very friendly and helpful... and can converse in English

The low and sloping ceiling in part of our room on the 6th floor (which is the loft) means we have to remember to bend down when using the wardrobe and fridge which are under it, or risk bumping our heads.

All stuff was so helpful and hospitable. Especially Ahmed was so polite and helpful towards us. He made recommendations for local places and help us get through to airport! Our room was very clean, spacious. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was spotless. The location of the hotel is very good, metro line and many useful bus stops are right next to the hotel. Everything was perfect

The room had a large bathroom with bathtub, plenty of lighting for the evening, comfortable bed, small fridge, kettle. Everything you need after a long walk around the city :) Everything is clean! Very liked the staff, always helped with all questions and smiled, speak English well.

The room has very poor noise insulation - you can hear people in the corridor and in the neighboring room. Also the hotel is located right next to the subway station and you can hear the train coming in the room (we were on the second floor). Another disadvantage is the size of the room, as we had a large suitcase it was difficult to open it

Excellent location, central, metro literally on the doorstep. Staff were excellent, welcoming and very helpful with good English for me. Great selection for breakfast, hot and cold, continental style. The room was warm and clean with all the accessories and more that one might expect. A perfect size room for singles or a couple.

There were no downsides to this hotel for me, a single, older traveler (60's) on a 4 day stay in Paris. I'll be back with my better half.

The location, staff, bed, bedding and cleanliness were excellent. The room was beautiful.The staff were very accommodating, welcoming and polite.

Our sink stopper was broken. Although people were sent to repair it, the replacement pieces that were needed apparently weren’t available while we were at the hotel. The water worked, but there wasn’t a way to hold the water in the sink. If we had realized that the problem would be ongoing, we might have asked to have our room changed.
