It was near two very big metro stations and a lot of bus stops. You can basically go anywhere from that location. For travelers that simply want a base of operation where they can sleep get a quick rest, change cloths and recharge your phone or take a bath is perfect. We would typically explore all day so these were all the things we needed mostly. But do not expect a fancy stay where you can spend all day in the hotel.

This might be more of a French culture thing, but nobody from the staff talks to you. Not even hi. It feels awkward to ask for any sort of assistance if required. There was only one bin and it’s the bathroom’s bin it was also very small. You need to bring a bag on your own.

Location was pretty good

Room was way too small than pictures and money, price was hyped when we were checking in.

Really good location , the metro station is in front of the hotel, from there you can to visit anything . Also full of caffees, stores, restaurants around, a really living area of the city . Staff from reception and cleaning lady was nice and friendly, we stayed on the 5th floor, there was an elevator. Big bathroom , hot water, everything you need to spend a night if you’re not too pretentious.

I told them not to put the colored bed covers on the bed, they still put them up. On the bed is only a sheets and the coloured cover was after, which in hotels they don’t have the habitude to wash, and I was right as it had different hairs on it . AC didn’t work , it was reaaally hot inside and couldn’t open the windows due to the noise at night. They said at the reception it doesn’t work in the entire hotel in the beginning of April . Never got the deposit back, it’s been two weeks, I emailed and now texted them to see the reasoning .

The location was excellent, I was able to reach the main sights and beautiful streets by walk. Many nice cafes and restaurants right near the hotel, as well as supermarkets and metro. The room was small, but it had all basic things I needed and the bed was comfortable. The hotel stuff was nice and helpful. Also I liked that checkout was at 12 which is not very early and was convenient to me. Thank you!

1) There was no elevator which can be a problem if your luggage is heavy. 2) The full amount was blocked on my debit card as a deposit (before arrival). At the hotel I paid the full price again. The deposit was supposed to be returned after the checkout, but it didn't happen. Two days passed, I hope I'll get the money back soon.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a refrigerator available if needed. While it was a bit small, this didn’t impact the overall experience. The location is excellent, situated next to a central metro station with train connections and a bus stop right by the hotel. Overall, it’s absolutely worth the price!

The only downside was the lack of elevator access to the rooms, which is quite inconvenient, especially for individuals with disabilities or those who have difficulty climbing stairs.

Rooms are clean with full amenities for a 3 star hotel. Hotel is on main street. Very very close to metro station literally you exit your hotel and you are facing metro stairs in front of you. Frendly staff. Very helpful. Because hotel is very close to metro line there is metro noise inside room even in 4th floor. It is shaking and train noise inside room from 5 AM to after midnignt 1 AM. However we are so tired sightseeing and walking we fall a sleep without bothering. People sensitive to noise should consider this.

Metro train noise. Hotel demanding a 1 day payment for security of minibar even you paid all the price at front. But they give that back when you leave.

Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The hotel was quiet, especially for being in the middle of Montparnasse! Location was also very good. Close to the train station and near lots of restaurants and coffee shops.

The rooms were quite hot. We were on the fourth floor. There was air conditioning but it was not quite running fast enough to make a huge difference. We had to open the windows at night.

I like that the location is excellent and very strategic. You can easily catch the metro 4 montparnasse bienvenue just facing the hotel. It s dog friendly and the employees are super nice and professional.

The other visitors staying in the hotel are super noisy. Walking after midnight making a lot of noise. Unfortunately the hotel is not equipped with a lift. Which is unfortunate you need to climb the stairs with your bags.

Friendly and helpful staff, location right by the subway, the rail station and an AVIS location. Also the neighbourhood is lively with bars, restaurants, bistros and scores of well kept small stores of all kinds - including a grocery right next to the hotel. It's a real, lived-in neighbourhood.

Too lively , late in the night - knots of. (young) people laughing and talking late in the night. Pleasant or annoying, depending on one's need for sleep :) The Wi-Fi is bad, so be prepared to hotspot from your phone.
