Excellent location within a rolling distance of Montparnasse, very convenient for a Friday Night stroll with Pari Roller. Comfortable bed, good shower, pretty much all one could ask for in a central Paris hotel. Room decently sized by Paris standards (e.g. fits a desk in addition to a queen-sized bed), bathroom has an unusually spacious shower. Did not try breakfast, which seems a bit pricey compared to coffee shops in the area. Staff was helpful enough, though some display a typically Parisienne attitude towards tourists. That's part of the charm.

WiFi was atrocious. Did not work most of the time -- seems like router can't handle the number of simultaneous connections. But rooms receive 5G reliably.

They found me a room at a reasonable price when all tbe rooms around were booked up & prices doubled because if the rugby - it was rudimentary but OK for one night - love this hotel for its location on small square a short walk from Montparnasse & friendly receptionists- feel very at home & safe after coming for pier 30 years & great when an older lady on ypur own

The smallest shower & toilet in the world, even for someone of 5ft 1 but other rooms are bettet I don' tusually have breakfast there as room is in basement & gets very cramped. Not luxurious but I really like thus hotel

The room was a bit roomier than expected, which was a bonus. The bathroom was good offering both a shower and bath. Rooms were cleaned each day and left in immaculate condition. The staff were great - always with a smile and assisted with whatever might have been required. The hotel is surrounded by cafes/restaurants and a mini supermarket not that far away.

The location is perfect, close to the gare montparnasse (5 mins walk) and the m6 Edgar Quinet (3 mins walk). A well arranged cabinet is very suitable for those who would like to have a long stay in Paris. The reception is extremely friendly and helpful, providing 24-h service.

The wifi internet is OK for email communication, but not good enough to have a web meeting. It is a bit noisy at mid night possibly due to it close location to the gare montparnasse, but it was fine for me as I used to close the window in the room.

We stayed a week. It was very convenient to Montparnasse and two Metros. We enjoyed the front desk staff very much. One alerted us about the train shutdown from Paris to Milan We had to change routes on account of the avalanche.

There was NO WiFi for guests and the hotel advertises free WiFi. Therefore we could not book “Skip the Line” tickets. This caused a lot of wasted time.

Excellent location, comfortable and big enough for our needs

A minor thing, but we thought the lighting in the room was a bit uneven. It was very dark just inside the door and for seeing into the wardrobe.

Very clean, the rooms seem to have been recently built. The location was brilliant - I needed to be near Montparnasse station for my train the next morning and am always a bit anxious about hotels near a main station - but this was great. I had dinner at the restaurant next door, I think it was called Gaité - great food and a great atmosphere and the whole area was buzzing. But when I got back to my room on the 4th floor, facing a courtyard, it was so quiet which was surprising.

The bathroom was very small. I’m only around 160 cm and it was a pretty tight fit. I saw some other guests who were taller so I have to assume they had bigger bathrooms!

Unlike most of hotels and apartments in Paris, reservation at Hotel Central did not require a reservation deposit up front. That was one of the main factors why I shortlisted this place initially. Hotel provided a ride from the airport. Friendly front desk staff. Close to metro, restaurants. Clean, good size room. Quiet. Great little hotel! Fit my needs.

Perfect location, the room was basic but clean and quiet. Larger than usual Paris hotel rooms. Window looks onto a small park. Very good soundproofing and double glazing. Comfortable bed, bathroom with a bathtub. Basic breakfast of croissant and baguette with butter, cheese and jams. Kind and helpful staff.

Excellent location. Lovely bar next door. Helpful and smiley staff. We would definitely stay here again. Beautiful food market over the road on Saturdays and a cool artist market on the Sunday. So close to the Metro.

Flickering light in the bathroom was annoying 😂
