Perfect location close to metro, trains, etc. And a vibrant neighborhood. Around the corner is a long one block pedestrian friendly street with fresh fruit and veggie stalls, fishmonger, delis, meat markets, pastry and bakery, cafés, ethnic restaurants, and a large variety of other shops. A lively street on weekends and especially in the evenings. A nice place to have a drink or a meal, and people watch. There are bicycles available to use , no charge.

- Great place for a short stay, quick access to public transport (bus, metro, train) - Staff are really friendly and helpful, they also accommodate guests who speak English - The breakfast provided was great, just what we needed to start the day properly. They serve croissants and bread with butter and jam, and you can also choose to have some coffee, hot chocolate, tea, and yogurt - The beds are comfortable and there wasn't much noise from outside, so we were able to rest properly - The room was cleaned and bed was done every day (would've appreciated if the kettle was also cleaned) - Elevator is available for easy access to upper floors - Reception is available 24/7, which is very useful as we had to check out early to catch a flight in the morning

- Check-in starts at 14:00, we arrived almost an hour after that time and the room still wasn't ready, but at least we were allowed to leave our luggage there as we had to head out for a reservation - Bathroom is tiny and the shower has no threshold, meaning that water gets everywhere on the floor and it's not very hygienic - Bad smell coming from bathroom's shower drain - The kettle in our room was full of limescale, I tried to clean it myself but it needs to be scrubbed properly - The décor could've been better, the room looks really bland - There is no "Do not disturb" sign, would've been useful to let staff know when it is ok to clean our room or leave it

The women who work in the breakfast room are lovely. The hotel is very close to Denfert Rochereau station so it’s easy to and from the airport. Also it’s within walking distance of Gare Montparnasse. And the hotel is also very close to a lovely street (Rue Daguerre), full of restaurants and bakeries and shops. Great location.

An odd noise at night was disturbing—something to do with air circulation. The hotel has a second property right on Rue Daguerre, no lift, and you have to go to the other hotel for breakfast (a minute’s walk). You may not know until you get there which one your room is in, so I was quite surprised, but it works out fine.

The hotel is wonderful. A charming eco-sustainable little hotel in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood with lots of shops, restaurants, market stalls in nearby rue Daguerre. Friendly and helpful staff. Good continental breakfast in a lovely little breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden. What a great way to start the day. Well connected by public transport to wherever you want to go in Paris. Excellent for arrivals from Orly. The room is rather basic, but it has everything you need. The bed was comfortable.

The only fault I can find is the walk-in shower. The management should find a way to prevent the water from potentially flooding the bathroom.

The hotel is located in a good area which is safe. The room was clean. The staff was kind and willing to serve us. The room does not have a refrigerator, but I had to have some medicine refrigerated, I made a special request and they had a refrigerator in the room. I thank them very much. I have been to Paris 5 times and finally found my own hotel. Thanks again and in return.

On the downside, maybe they should put some salty flavors in the breakfast.

The staff was pretty cordial and helpful. The hotel has an amazing location in Paris downtown, close to many Metro and Rail lines, as well as many restaurants and bars. The room and cleanliness was ok. And the breakfast was nice. At the end, we paid a fair price for a well-located and reasonably comfortable hotel.

The air-conditioning was not working well and that can be a problem during Paris summer. Fortunately, the only night we stayed wasn't so hot. Also, the shower had a very weak flux of water. We barely managed to take a good bath.

I liked everything, especially the kindness of the staff. I have known this hotel for 20 years and I keep going there when in Paris.

It is in a great neighborhood, near a pedestrian street full of cafes and shops and close to a transport hub at Denfert-Rochereau. The hotel rooms are simple but bright and modern with tea and coffee making facilities, TV and sufficient clothes hanging space. There is a breakfast room on the ground floor and a lovely courtyard at the back of the building. The breakfast, which is included in the rate, is a delicious traditional French one: croissant, baguette, jam, juice, yoghurt, hot drinks.

Very close to desired transit station. Nice pedestrian street with representative shops and restaurants one the way from station and around corner from hotel. Grocery (Franprix and Monoprix plus small stalls) shopping possible nearby as well. A little fridge in the room! Evening staff especially friendly and helpful. Lovely little courtyard to look on though it was too wet to sit in. Bikes to borrow. Eco vibe. Nice basic breakfast.

Looked a bit more like a dorm room than hotel room. Maybe an eco mural on one wall?

The location was fantastic! Excellent transport connections, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and cafes, yet away from the usual tourist crowds, ensuring peace and quiet. We even managed to visit some important sights on foot. The staff was very friendly, and the quality of breakfast products was excellent.

The bathroom setup was inconvenient, as it was almost completely flooded after every shower.
