A little, cute hotel in a perfect location of Paris for a good price. Our standard room has been small and faced the courtyard. We have been on the second floor, so no view at all, only the next house, very close. Good point of this, that it has been Very quiet and got us a good sleep every night. Next to the hotel are many restaurants and cafes and bakeries. Right in front of the hotel is the metro station. Metro 6 brings you direct to the Eiffel Tower in about 15 min with stunning views on the way. Metro 4 will bring you directly to Notre Dame in about 10 minutes. We loved to reach all the sightseeing attractions very fast! The hotel staff is friendly and speaks good English. Our hotel room gets cleaned daily.

It was our first stay at Hotel Du Midi and we were very happy with our stay, especially for the reasonable price we paid for 3 nights. Whilst everything worked in our room, and everything was clean and comfortable, we felt that it could do with a bit of updating. We have perhaps been spoilt with ge really always having plug sockets with USB sockets by the bed which we didn't have on this occasion. Additionally, we had a squeaky pipe in the shower, which was a bit annoying but not at all enough to mar our stay. The staff were friendly, though we only spoke to them briefly, the bed was very comfortable and the air con worked very well. Excellent location just 5 minutes from the Metro stop.

Breakfast I missed due to a mix-up and was offered a free one, but I never got around to it. (Thanks, anyway). I picked this hotel partly for the location -Paris south (14)- and for transport accessibility. (RER). 2 Metro lines (6 & 4) can get you to the hot spots. Some reviews on this site sealed the deal. I was looking for a bigger room that was affordable and though not cheap the price was doable. (BTW I was in town in the middle of a cold February and was staying for 9 days). So, all in all it was ideal for my purpose. Lots of food choices around and even a market with epicurean delights (Daguerre St.) nearby. The lady who ran this hotel was very attentive to me. Thank you for that. There is a Paul patisserie shop @ the corner and the staff there work VERY hard - please note and thanks. The Paris Catacombs are across the street.

For the hotel and facilities nothing.

Very good and safe location, the Denfer train station is only across the road for the direct train to CDG. We got a taxi on arrival for €60 because we were arriving after 10 pm, but got the train back and only costs us €13 each. Great value. Perfect base for visiting Paris, great restaurants bars and food shops in Rue Daguerre, only 5 minutes walk. Would use again on our next visit. The room was comfortable and the shower was big, new and powerful. Plenty of shower gel, shampoo and soaps. The towels were changed daily, even when we left them on the rack! We stayed in room 56 and although the view was not good, we got a great night sleep. Staying again, we would consider paying extra for a deluxe room for a bit more space. However we didn't lounge in the room so it was adequate.😃 we didn't bother with breakfast. The breakfast room looked depressing and with so many fab places close by, we preferred to go out and sit in the sunshine!

We stayed for 4 nights and the housekeeper didn't replenish the tea and coffee in the room. We had to go down to reception twice, nothing major, but she could have made a bit more of an effort. The cups were small and made of paper. A bit cheap to be honest. The staff were polite, but we were not given any information at check in or asked about our stay at check out. We are experienced travellers and we had been to Paris a good few times, so not a big deal really😃

The location opposite the RER station and close to Rue Daguerre can't be beat. Walking around we felt like we could get a glimpse of everyday life for commuters and young professionals. The hotel also has a good sized elevator and the bathrooms were generally well appointed. Service was friendly and responsive; I never felt that the staff were trying to "push back" against my requests.

The single room was very tiny. We also had a triple room that was fine. Breakfast should have been cheaper for children, if so we would certainly have tried it at least one night. Still there are many options nearby for food. Overall I would stay here again, though the price seemed high for what you get.

The hotel is very well located near to the tube and the RER which goes to Orly and Charles de Gaulle airports, near to rue Daguerre which is an iconic pedestrian street in the 14th district. The air conditioning functions very well!!! I could store my luggage before and after my stay, the bed was very confortable and I had quite everything I needed in the very small room, but big enough even to iron a dress with the iron they lent me.

There was nothing I didn't like entirely, besides the size of the room... something normal in Paris. I had no breakfast in the hotel, which would be a continental one, instead I bought somethings to eat for breakfast and prepared it in the room for myself, with croissants and pains de chocolat!

The location next to the RER was perfect for arriving from Charles de Gaulle airport. The breakfast was amazing and the staff serving the brekfast and doing the cleaning were so kind, helpful and friendly. The room was very quiet with no noise from other guests or the street.

It would be really helpful if you had twin beds as I usually travel with my teenage daughters, so separate beds would be really appreciated - I would definitely stay with you every time we come to Paris if you had some rooms with twin beds. Also, the bath water was cold but I can live with that.

The location was great. Very convenient to get on the RER and Metro or take a bus. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, but there are plenty of nearby bakery options for wonderful pain au chocolat or croissants. There are multiple restaurants nearby ranging from low price to medium price. Even a McDonalds around the corner if you must have that. The beds/furniture in the room was pretty tight for the three of us staying in a Queen/Twin combo room but it didn't feel cramped, just made good use of the space considering how much furniture was there (two beds, two side tables, one long desk/table under the TV, large closet. The bathroom and shower were roomy. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows, the room was nice and clean, and they had the European style windows that open horizontally like shutters or open top/down. Even though there was a restaurant/bar downstairs where people frequently smoked, we never smelled a hint of smoke from our room on the second floor. We watched France in a Euro Cup game on our TV and the crowd at the bar downstairs was apparently about 15 seconds behind as we would see the action and shortly later would hear the crowd react. Gave us a glimpse of the passion the French have for futbol.

There was a short passage between the outside door to a second door that you had to pass to get into the room. I don't know why this exists as it really just made it so you had to hold two doors open for everyone to get through to the bedroom. Perhaps it's a fire code? The one time it came in use was when one person was showering and another needed to change clothes. So, that person went into the passage area for privacy. But I'm pretty sure that's not why it's there. No screens on the windows, but, apparently, that's not a European thing.

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff, comfortable and cozy room, location is pretty easy to reach and right next to the metro station which made it super convenient. Facilities were also ok, clean, everything you'd expect.

Floor could've been quite a bit cleaner. Price point was in my opinion a bit higher than what I'd have expected given the experience, even if there's been nothing significantly negative.

1- The room is big and comfortable 2- Location perfect near of RER and Metro station, and alot of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. 3- room service is good and clean 4- Receptionist are so friendly and kind, they are available 24h 5- the price a little bit high but it was during the new year 6- for the rest room it was clean with a good hot water and clean towels 7- Good and Fast WIFI For repeat the experience for sure yes 👍🏽✅
