The room was very nice and clean, small but it's to be expected in Paris. The people working there are very helpful. I also suggest the breakfast option because the food is good, lots of choices and the price is lower than what you'd pay in a restaurant. It's located near all the bus stops, metro lines that you'd need to get around and as far as safety, it is well lit and we felt really safe walking around at night. The only downside was that the AC didn't work, but they gave us a little heater because it was a bit cold.

I really love the location of this hotel. They are located near a bus stop, train line and metro line. Everything is accessible. There are groceries and restaurants that are already walking distance. At first I was hesitant to book the hotel because it was along a street because I want a quiet place but I when we got there, the street where it is located is very quiet and safe. There are no cars passing by. The place is very clean and the staffs are really very nice!

Nothing honestly, I liked the genuine experience we had in Royal wagram. The elevator is really small so if you are bringing a big suitcase it may be a problem but the staffs are really nice. You can even leave your big items downstairs like our baby's stroller because everything are small including the hallway which is expected and normal in Paris.

The crew is very kind. The receptionists and the hotelkeepers. The room is not too special but it has the basics for a good stay. Small bathroom but tidy. The towels were changed everyday. Very good bed... although the very big pillows...a bit uncomfortable, but all very clean. The temperature was very good... The window was open everyday... Never used the AC.

Unfortunately, during my stay, the 'metropolitan' line was closed for rebuilding works... So, everything was a bit difficult, but that was not a problem. The room has carpet on the floor. It could be more tidy...but it was not bad.

The room was very clean. The hotel is in an excellent location. It is close to a metro station, and if you really want to, you can walk to some of the major attractions from there too. The staff was nice and helpful.

The only inconvenience I had, was that after cleaning our room and taking the towels, the staff forgot to replace them. This was fixed right away after I informed them about it. Also, it would be nice to have a kettle in the room.

The staff were really friendly at the property and remembered us when we came in each night. It did the job we needed and allowed us to sleep well. It was easily accessed by the metro which was a 5 minute walk. The rooms were clean and served the purpose of sleeping there as we were out all day.

The rooms were quite noisy. You could hear people arguing next door from us and slamming doors quite late at night. This isn’t anything about the property though, just something that happened at the time.

Staffs. Independent and professional. Fast WiFi . Neighborhood people without talking n saying nothing one’s visually look delightful

Neighbors who have INTENTIONS expect something from me. Around carrefour market and metro area still not be cleared up. In Europe don’t need to be inclusive . I don’t indemnify as colored ppl this is boundary n pre-condition. Not fine with Africa or similar or Asian

The hotel staff is nice, professional, and independent. The neighbourhood looks fine and delightful. People are independent. The bright and spacious room has fast Wi-Fi.

few people still disturb on purpose in public spaces around the neighbourhood though I sensor their vibes are quite different from the general vibe in this neighbourhood.

Everything is ok with the elevator, it's good and not as small as described in other feedbacks :) Paris is quite expensive, so, this double room was very good for its price (in comparison with prices for other offers). Clear private bathroom. They provide one-time shampoos every day. Air conditioner warms good. Location is great! We walked to Aeroport Beauvais Shuttle and to Siena, Eiffel tower, and other sights of seen with a minor effort. Reception is very nice. They can provide a hair dryer.

The room is not the best in the world, but nothing criminal. One of the bras didn't work and the carpet is not a new one.

Excellent location for where we needed to get to. Very clean and comfortable room. Friendly and welcoming front desk staff. Hotel was ideal for our brief stay in Paris. Would definitely recommend.
