The location is easy to access metro's... helping staff when you ask

Noise between rooms, but i read reviews before booking about that, so i thought they fixed it but not.

The location was great with a mini mart across the street and a cafe/bar, and it was very easy to get to. There was a lot of spaces nearby for electric bikes & scooters (Lime, etc.) so getting around was a breeze. We were pleasantly surprised by the room - it was a decent size and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was nice, and everything was very clean. From the street you could see the top section of the Eiffel Tower which was very cool, especially at night when it lit up!

We had an incident one night with a smoke alarm sounding throughout the hotel which was unpleasant, but not a fault of the hotel. That would be the only thing we didn't like!

3 beautiful days in Paris and we loved staying in Cactus hotel. The staff is been incredibly helpful and friendly, specially Mrs Mirjana. She helped us with so many information and tips that for sure made our holiday more special. The Cactus is in a great location between 2 important metro stations. We walked to the Eiffel tower in 20 minutes. Rooms are clean and our bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend.

We booked a room for 2 people. Comfortable space, bathroom had sliding doors, lockers and cupboard. location was great as we had good connections to all important places of visit, through tram bus and metro.

No lift and there is a spiral shaped staircase. Difficult to move up if you are carrying luggages. In the bathroom there could have been more quantity of soap or gel.

Very kind staff, they were very helpful and even printed some papers for me. The shower was very comfortable. The bed was big and very comfy. The location was great, very centric and close to the metro. And with a great bakery and a small supermarket in front of! I am actually coming back next week to Paris and I am staying with them again.

No elevator, but it's not their fault, I mean, that's how buildings were build in Paris back then. It's not that clean in not every day stuff. I mean, bathroom and bed were very clean, but the curtains weren't, and neither the ceiling,.... but I still had a great stay overall and I am repeating.

Friendly staff

Stairs are super tiny, hard to carry luggage. Bathroom door doesn't close, I tried to inform reception but she said, it was never a problem before lol! Apparently I saw some review as well that you cannot close the Bathroom, i think it's stuck something and they don't do anything about it. Also, no kettle available in spite of everyone has kettle in their rooms. Honestly, not sure if I wanna come back here. Also, I thought we have a balcony, turns out, it doesn't have also. Glad it was just one night, not coming back here at all. Location is far compared to other hotels i stayed that metro is just 3-5 minutes walk.

very comfortable bed, clean room, friendly staff, night or day all were very nice, breakfast was ok.

no stool or something to put suitcase on, more choice with TV chanel, lift to got to upper level. Breakfast was ok but the price could be lower to 8 to 10Euros. I went to another hotel for my breakfast on the last 2 days i was there, as it was cheaper or better choice for 12 Euros.

Great location with a nice view of the tower. Bed were very confortable, and the size was okay for 2 persons, the room has a very good. air conditioning, so it keep a nice temperature. The price for the quality was fair (but we went during the week, don't know how much cost for the weekends).

The courtain doesn't cover enough the light in the morning and the cleaning could be improved.

We really liked the hotel, rooms and toilets were clean, beds very comfortable, we slept like babies, temperature in the room can be adjusted. Location is great (2 metro stations and bus station just few minutes walk). Staff was very kind, helpful and really tried to meet our requirements. We stayed for six nights and had only positive experience. Highly recommend!

Brilliant location & helpful staff. There were 2 good metro lines within a 5 minute walk. The area felt safe at all times of the day & night. Check in process was quick & easy. We was kindly upgraded and given a lovely room on check in. Staff looked after us well & allowed us to keep our luggage in the luggage room & use facilities whilst we was waiting to travel back. Great hotel for a city break. Highly recommended!
