Super little hotel, with friendly staff and comfy beds in a great location with lots of places to eat nearby. 15 minutes easy walk to the Eiffel Tower and excellent access to the metro. There’s a fantastic boulangerie 5 minutes walk away, so we didn’t have the breakfast at the hotel. Rooms were clean with aircon and a fridge. We could see the Eiffel Tower peeking over the rooftops from the 5th floor room.

We came for the Olympics and paid well over the normal price for our rooms. No surprise, but because of that it loses points on value for money. The rooms and beds aren’t huge, but that’s Paris.

Conveniently located near a train station that easily gets you to places. You can get to Eiffel Tower by train or walk 1.5 kms. Lots of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. I love the bakery nearby with all fresh baked breads and coffee.

Location was excellent for me, the hotel is very near to my venue. The room looks renovated recently, is air-conditioned, equipped with boiling pot and refrigerator, coffee and tea is also available. The room I stayed was an attic, it has window at the ceiling, which allows comfortable wind coming into the room.

A staff at the reception told breakfast is included in the accommodation cost, but I was charged the cost of breakfast separately. It is ok as my reservation did not include breakfast when I reserved a room via booking.com, but explanation at the reception may be somewhat misleading.

I like the location, smiley stuff , view from the room on the Eiffel Tower , room give very good vibe about Paris

I didn’t like that the water in the shower did not flow with the required pressure but very slowly, that there was someone else’s hair in the bathroom, I also wish there was more choice of tea for two people and that the kettle didn’t smell like vinegar. and it would also be nice if the dust on the lampshades right next to the bed was wiped off

The hotel and staff are really. Friendly. The front desk lady I really forget her name. Mariana or somthing like that. name. she was so frienly.. A woman with good English skills. She was very knowledgeable about the surrounding area and. Places to visit. About saving time. Manual map. Also provided. We were informed. But on the day we arrived. She was off duty.. Really. The location is very close to the Eiffel Tower. Very close to the metro. Very peaceful environment. We will meet again. Again in Paris one day. Thank you.Eiffel segur

Great location, close to the Eiffel Tower (15-20 min walk)

We had a great view of the Eiffel tower from our room and only a short walk to see it up close! 2 metro stations nearby so it's really easy to access the rest of Paris too! Staff were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was lovely with so many options. The rooms are small but cosy and comfortable, accessed by a lift or stairs. We will definitely be recommending to anyone and will likely stay again!

I had a single room on the ground floor which was more than adequate for my visit to the UNESCO. The room was on the small side (not unusual for Paris) but had high ceilings so it made it more bearable. The staff also helpfully printed something off for me during my stay.

The webpage lists that they have toiletries but they don't. They have a fixed soap dispenser and a combined shampoo + body soap dispenser. This is not the same thing as having shampoo. So I had to buy some at the shops. At night the lights outside are bright and the curtains of the door do not close completely. The rooms are also not very soundproof so you can hear everything being said outside, but luckily the other guests were respectful and quiet too. Another thing was the lights in the room were dim and flickering. I wouldn't be able to do any work with them, and it caused a bit of dizziness too. Thankfully I was out most of the day.

Close to metro - about 5mins walk. Boulangerie also across from Metro and another one in the other direction which is also a very nice one. Amazing restaurants for dinner as well. Prices are roughly $20 euro for dinner which is good! We stayed in the courtyard - seemed like the rooms were bigger than what I saw in the hotel photos. We stayed in room 7 - there’s a desk / fridge / closets / nice size washroom and room to move around. The downfall is that it’s in a courtyard which means no elevator but 10 flights of spiral straits. All in all staff is friendly and courteous.

Not much - good value for the money.

Only a couple of hundred metres from metro stop so easy to get anywhere. Eiffel.Tower within walking distance. Shops around area. Despite metro line the area is still relatively quiet. Room was small but still had everything you'd need and was clean and nicely designed and had a view of the Eiffel Tower. Staff friendly. Decent check out time of 11am

Despite check out at 11am room cleaning twice knocked on door between 9am and 10.30am. the staff member main not have been aware as there didn't appear to be any 'do not disturb' signs to leave out. Staff member was also loud
