The room was cozy and comfy i was worried it would feel very small and claustrophobic but it was actually very comfortable. We had a balcony which was beautiful to sit on. It was situated in a perfect location with walking distance to the metro, moulin rouge and the main shopping areas. We also had beautiful bakeries, delis, fruit shops and cheese shops all within walking distance. Most of all the staff were 10/10 Mahmoud especially was very friendly and helpful. Also MUST BOOK THE SPA! You have your own private access which you can book in time slots where you have the whole pool facilities to yourself for an hour!

The staff were incredibly welcoming throughout, the pool was fantastic, wish we’d booked a second session! The location was fantastic, walking distance into the core of Paris and moments from the Sacre Couer - surrounded by fab restaurants and independent shops. Great coffee and breakfast - we’ll be back!

Rooms a little small

Location (super local neighborhood) and front desk were just lovely.

Rooms can be a upgraded, especially the terraces, and the spa amenities should be made clear that it’s simply the sauna and pool — not worth it to pay more for the spa rate. I would next time book the spa separately especially since it gets booked up quickly, not guaranteeing access.

Quite central location, very vibrant area. Rooms were clean and AC, ours had a small balcony. Small spa in the basement. Breakfast was good if a little chaotic at times.

While the hotel was nice and well placed, the initial check in was actually unpleasant. The lady on reception was quite rude and unhelpful. There were 4 of us in the group and we all felt the same about her. All the other staff we met were pleasant and helpful.

I loved the location of this property, the overall vibe, cleanliness, the room was lovely and spacious with everything you would need, loved the addition of the chocolates and little bag very cute for someone who loves souvenirs! The staff at front desk were lovely especially a man who served us at check in and then we saw him again one evening after our night out - he couldn’t do enough for us and was lovely!

My only gripe is booking in the spa, I feel I paid a lot for a hotel with spa facilities and for my 3 day/ 2 night stay I would have liked more than one 45 min session in the spa, which was interrupted by someone coming in so cut short. It was hard to find a time slot that suited us as well , so that was a shame.

My 10yo daughter and I stayed in the Spa access room in the middle of April for 4 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. As many others have already commented on, the location is great, close to metro stations, Monmartre, various cafes, boulangeries, shops and is only a 20 min walk from Gare du Nord. The hotel is on the quiet street and, unlike many other guests, we thought our room was very spacious (that’s the one we spa access which is larger than their standard one) with plenty of hangers and chairs to put our clothes on. My daughter also appreciated complimentary macaroons that we had in our room on arrival and the variety of breakfast options. All in all we had a great stay and would gladly come back again!

The staff are what really make this hotel. They are all truly amazing, especially Alona. Nothing is too much trouble. It is a quaint, pretty and a typical French style hotel. The pool and spa is really a good bonus after walking miles all day long. The breakfast was perfect. The hotel was perfectly situated for us to walk to the Moulin Rouge, the Sacre Coeur, shops and bars. It was only a very short walk to the metro station to catch the tube to the Arc De Triomphe where you can be right in the centre for the Champs Elysee etc. I went with my 13 year old granddaughter and we felt very safe, even at midnight. I have stayed her twice now. I would stay again and again.

The room was lovely, but it was a little bit small. The cupboards for clothes etc is very limited. We only stayed for 4 nights, but i cannot imagine how people manage for the cupboards and draw space if they stayed for a week or more. We had a upgraded room, so i am not sure what the basic rooms are like.

Lovely hotel at a great area. Close to the centre, place Pigalle and Montmartre. The personnel was very helpful and very professional. Thank you all very much.

We had to pay the amount of one night, in advance, as a guarantee, which was an additional amount to the total amount paid for the there nights we stayed.The amount was returned, however, it took us quite sometime due to the banking system.

Where to start…. We had the most magical stay here. I have been to paris manys of times but this time was different. The staff were so kind and helpful, the rooms were so comfortable and had a beautiful little balcony. The location was perfect for us metro only five minutes away but the area itself was beautiful, lots of bars, cafes, restaurants, bakery’s and cute little shops !! And not to forget the spa, one of our favorite parts of our trip. It was so relaxing especially after a long day out in Paris, we ended up booking it again as we just couldn’t get enough !! I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want a nice little getaway or just a relaxing time away ❤️

We loved everything, no complaints !

really nice and helpful staff thar were always around if needed. Breakfast was 10/10, mix of cooked breakfast food and pastries/cakes. Beds were very comfortable and the room was perfectly clean.

I asked a month ahead for a specific room and was told this was confirmed, when we arrived this was not the case and was not able to switch.
