Staff were really nice. I have been coming here for years and i was sad to see the old management had sold up. However I am pleased to report Aero Club is in good hands, Wasim and Hamza were really helpful and nice on reception, room was cleaned daily. Room is simple but clean and excellent value for the price paid. Location is excellent. I'll be back!

Great budget hotel for a solo traveller, stayed 3 nights, I had a single room the bed is a large twin/small double so was a lot nicer than some single rooms I’ve stayed in, very comfortable bed and room had a fan. The location is a little out of Paris but I was attending a festival that side of the city so was fine for me and really close to a metro line that takes around 20 minutes into the centre. Good selection of shops and restaurants nearby. Incredibly clean room, hotel may look a little outdated from the pictures but the cleanliness was perfect, the shower was lovely! Staff were all very lovely and helpful, there is 24 hour concierge so if you stay out late you can get back in. Great value for money if you’re looking for somewhere clean and comfortable to stay while you explore Paris. Really enjoyed my stay here.

There was an issue with the power sockets next to the bed, they kept tripping the whole floor but a solution was quickly found!

The bed was perfect, the bathroom was clean, no dirty spots or hair anywhere. The room was cleaned daliy. Very good proximity to the city centre, the Eiffel tower was about 25 minutes away by public transport. There is a delicious cafe and supermarkets, each within about 2 minute walk from the room. Even though there was no airconditioner, a fan was provided, but we didn't even switch it on, the temperature was decent at night. Two bottles of water were provided every day. Great restaurant on the ground floor. Even though English is always an issue in France, the hosts had done absolutely everything to communicate with us using sign language. The reception is locked after midnight, however there is a bell to have someone open the entrance door.

Towels weren't automatically provided, neither is a hair dryer. These I believe should be a must. There wasn't even a kettle in the room to make a morning coffee. Not a big issue for many I suppose, on the ground floor you can buy an espresso for about 1 Euro.

Rooms and bathroom small but adequate. Subway 10 min away by foot, nice village center 5 min, supermarket around the corner. Car parks close by for cars <190cm hight (applies to almost all car parks in Paris). Kind personnel, 24h access, clean. Perfect location for a small budget stay in Paris, high value for money, outreaching reasonable expectations. (Special note: we had a multifunctional experience shower system, which one might typically expect for 4 star rating and up - amazing)

This hotel is well situated near the end of the metro 12 line. From here, you can explore all of Paris using the metro. For example: Montmartre is on the same metro line. The room was very clean. With a comfortable bed and a room with a powerful shower. All of the staff were polite and professional. Salut

The bathroom has not been renovated in a long time and there was no shower curtain, also the bed was old and not comfortable

Perfect for my needs. The area seems safe and quiet, there are a couple of supermarkets nearby, and the metro and RER stations are a short walk away.

Room was very hot, although there was a fan I was unable to get cool due to the very hot weather outside.

Metro was close, late check-in to 0:00, check out at 11:00 so you don't have to hurry. Good breakfast, staff was very nice. We had two nights and they cleaned our room and we got new towels. There was a small bathtub. Rooms are small but nice, very good for the price.

Thin walls, we heard noise from the hall. A little thin blankets, but warm. I am used to thicker blankets so it was a little uncomfortable at first.

The location, the no-fancy, the flexibility and kindness of the staff.

No air conditioning, so no choice but to sleep with open windows and quite noisy street.

Throughout my stay, I was impressed by the level of service I received from the staff. They went out of their way to make sure that I had everything I needed and were so accommodating with any and all my questions and requests. I must admit, I’ve not had this level of service in a long time, will come back again and will recommend to all friends and family for when they visit Paris next.
