Very comfortable, clean and spacious for family of five. The 2 bed has 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and 2 balconies, one with a view of the Eiffel Tower, a walk to three metros to city, in good area with restaurants, shopping mall, cinema, grocery shops and a water park. Reception will print boarding passes and attraction tickets with a computer in the lobby and will hold luggage if arriving early or leaving late

The rooms are spacious, we needed to book a room for 4 people and they gave us a room with 2 rooms inside which can host 4 people in total. The bed was comfortable. The location is good, there is a metro station nearby and it costs like 10 euros by cab to Eiffel. It makes more sense to get a cab if there are like 4 people in your company. There was a kitchen in our room, it had all the necessary equipment to cook, even a dishwasher. You can just grab a pack of pasta in case if you get hungry in the evening. Overall the rooms were clean, hotel was super quiet. There is a parking lot underneath the building. Room had a balcony, a big one.

-The bathtub had a weird defect like rust. It was a big spot and we didn’t want to use it for health purposes. -Rooms do not have slippers -Parking costs €25 per night, i find it a little too much. I would be happy with €15 max. -Kettle stinks, we didnt use it

As a family of four (two adults and two children), we were very satisfied with our stay at this aparthotel. The room was clean, spacious, and exactly as described in the listing—no unpleasant surprises; on the contrary, the reality pleasantly exceeded our expectations. A special thanks goes to the reception staff, who were kind, helpful, and always ready to assist, which greatly contributed to the overall positive experience of our stay. We also really appreciated the breakfast, which fully met our expectations. The selection was rich, tasty, and suitable for both adults and children. All items were continuously replenished, and everything appeared fresh and of good quality. Before making the reservation, we had read various reviews and had some initial concerns. However, we were positively surprised—our personal experience turned out to be much better than expected. We would definitely recommend this accommodation to other families looking for comfortable and friendly lodging in this part of Paris.

it was not clear that the room service only operates once every seven days. that is ok, but towel change and especially more toilet paper should be given when asked for

I think the apartments were spacious and clean. The aparthotel is very well located, not in the centrum of Paris but very close by metro. It has supermarkets and restaurants just a few blocks away which made it easy to buy groceries and eat out when we didnt feel like cooking. The stove at the apartment worked better than expected so easy meals could easily be prepared. Great when travelling with kids. It was very nice with a well functioning air conditioner.

The corridor outside the apartment smelled of cigarrete smoke. Nothing that bothered us much once we entered the apartment though. The communication with the aparthotel through booking was not good. I messaged them to ask if our booking could be changed due to a flight cancellation and I never got a reply regarding the subject. A couple of days after our arrival I received a generic reply that had nothing to do with my question or request.

The staff is great, the hotel lobby has everything you need to wait for your room to be ready or relax after a long day walking around Paris. Metro 12 is connected with everything you need for your stay in Paris, so the location is perfect. The room was surprisingly spacious, and even though there was 4 of us, we had enough room. There is a small kitchen for coffee and breakfast.

The room was clean, but it could be a bit better, the floor was quite dirty and there were some stains on the bedding, but the staff was lovely in helping us replace everything we need.

I am giving this review, particularly the front desk staff member, Daniel, a huge positive approval rating even though we did not end up staying here! Through some sort of booking.com glitch, perhaps combined with our credit card getting blocked by our bank around this time because we were traveling, the booking did not go through to the hotel. There were no rooms actually available. Because in part of a Eurostar accident and cancellation of all trains that evening, there were no rooms available either at that hotel or anywhere in Paris or Versailles that I could find for my family of 5 despite hours of searching. I did these searches between midnight and 3 a.m. in the hotel lobby. The entire time, Daniel was helpful and gracious. And he also, for a significant portion of that time, was calling other places and contacts to look for other places for us! I would have left a positive review for him and this hotel because of this effort, but to top it off, he actually did find us a hotel that had enough vacancy to accommodate us. This was an option that we never would have discovered in our own through online research, because I do not speak French and I do not know the area.

Bath nozzle has a leakage and provides not sufficient pressure. Need to be fixed. Drying machine is not drying completely. Maintenance required Would be nice to equip bath with handle. Beds matrases covered by plastic protector which are not comfortable to the body. Better to use some fabric material.

It was a clean new flat, it was exactly like the photos. the stars were very nice and helpful, I enjoyed their way of relation and their try to help us and their kindness, specially the nice gentleman who worked in night.

They clean the room every 8 days, If you want cleaning sooner you need to pay, although they helps us so nicely. The breakfast has not really options. the distance to the centre was not very close but there is close metro station in 3 minutes with take us soon to the center.

Fridge and freezer was a good touch, massive space in the family room. Beds comfy and 45 minutes walk into Paris.

Not enough seats at breakfast or utensils and plates. Also doing your own boiled eggs yourself was very comical to watch. You took an egg timer off the side and went to sit down until the egg was ready. As other guests did not know they were somebody egg in the hot water. So people were just taking them out. One man had his egg stolen 3x he was so mad,
