The staff was mostly bilingual and very helpful. Hotel has France-US plug adapter than I borrowed. Ordering a taxi for going back to the airport went well. Hotel met expectations of Google review read before travel that stated it had all the basics for travelers.

There was a mold smell in my room when I checked in. When the cleaning staff serviced the room, they sprayed air freshener and decreased the mold smell. Should have been done before check in. Interior bathrooms without windows appear to lack fans that run during showers to prevent mold smell. Fans in bathrooms are requirements in humid areas such as North Carolina.

Smart people book this hotel if they're looking for a trip to Paris, because you will save hundreds of euros by staying here in Chatillon and still go to Paris city centre easily by metro. Also fun to see the life a bit outside of the city noise. Also very surprised we could even see the Eiffel tower from the hotel room! Supermarche is next to the hotel with all sort of groceries you won't find that easily in the city centre. Clean and practical place, and the shower is very good too. You get a lot for what you pay here. Recommend!

Amazing ! The location is very practical , he hotel is next to the tram that takes you to the metro and also next to a supermarket. The staff was very nice !

The only problem is that the rooms are a little small and if you are an overweight person you dont fit comfortably in the facilities such as the toilet and the room in general, but we made it work

We booked here for the price, and turned out a good surprise! Very friendly and helpful staffs. Good location. The tram station was just few steps away and there was a supermarket just next to the hotel. There were some free parking spaces. We traveled with our baby and they assigned us a room which was perfect for us.

We have stayed here before and have appreciated the cleanliness, the friendly staff, and the quiet ambiance.

Booking was “off”. I tried to book for 3 nights, the first for 2 nights with 2 people, the third night for one night with 3 people. The dates variously said not available, but as the two or 3 days passed I ended up securing 3 nights, from different providers.

Loved the breakfast,the bed was very comfortable,very friendly staff.Only thing that was challenging was the size of the room.A very small room for three people but we got used to it.Merci.🤣

Everything was great, the staff was really friendly, the hotel was clean, the room was awesome, a little bit small, but enough for a couple staying for three nights. The location was a bit far from the city center, but it was not a big issue because there was a tram just in front of the hotel.

the staff was professional, breakfast was sufficient and tasty, and the view from the room, including the view of the Eiffel Tower was absolutely perfect, the tram right in front of the house, clean and safe neighborhood, I highly recommend this hotel

The hotel is well situated, connection is easy with the train stop a minute away. The room is just good for the price, very clean. No noise. Shopping is made easy with good supermarkets and restaurants within reach.

On a budget. Value for money. No frills hotel. Nice clean and safe area.. Supermarket and restaurant nearby. Close to the tram taking you into Paris in 35min. You get to see the Effile Tower if you choose the room facing the street.⁹

Some decorations on the walls and entrance carpets.would be nice. Very sparce like a student accommodation.
