The Staff was very nice, although they know only limited English. It's in a middle class suburb of Paris that's great for kids. The price is good for what you get. You can stay long term if you want, but then you would probably run out of things to do in Clamart.

To visit sites in Paris you do need to take the bus(s), which becomes tedious after a while. The rooms are hot at night in summer (and likely cold in winter), but that's true of a lot of accommodations in Paris. I did try to shorten my stay after I booked in order to meet up with family in a different location but this was not approved by the Hotel. So you may want to book for a few days to see if you like, and if you want to stay longer you should be able to - the hotel didn't seem to be fully booked when I was there.

For the price, the service was excellent.The room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed. The toilet was being washed.

My first night, Nidal, at the frog desk, allowed me to borrow an adaptable socket charger to recharge my cell phone for a few hours. In the morning, I missed my paid breakfast because I had overslept (jetlag), but that night I spoke to Nidal and he said that it would carry over to the next morning. Fresh o.j., baguette and croissant. Hassan and the Sunday morning girl were also nice and courteous, understanding me with the little french I knew. The shower had both a rain shower fixed head and a hand-held one. The linens were clean, the room smelled fresh and had options of tea bag and coffee packet. There were different light switches to make the room well lit or dim.

The only issue I had was that the toilet seat would not stay up.

For the price you cannot beat them, you get a bed, bathroom, shower. Staff is super friendly.
