We spent many hours looking for accommodation in Paris. And guess what, this option is the best accommodation for travelers that you can imagine! Over the past few years, we have visited many countries, lived in countless hotels and apartments, so we have something to compare with. 1) price. 2) cleanliness, fresh renovation, I felt at home, and not in a rented apartment. 3) helpful staff with whom we communicated by mail and WhatsApp (hi Larry!). 4) a cozy area with small old houses. quiet street, good sound insulation, thick curtains and blinds. 5) near the tram, shops, 15-20 minutes walk to the metro. 6) the apartments have all the necessary kitchen utensils, heating (we were there in winter), Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster. 7) iron, vacuum cleaner, clothes dryer, vacuum cleaner, washing machines in the common area. 8) due to the fact that we were there for almost two weeks, we were offered cleaning (free of charge)

1) The heating radiators were a little noisy, so we had to turn them off at night and sometimes it was cold in the morning. 2) the room did not have air conditioning, so it can get hot in the summer (although there is a portable fan). However, if we find ourselves in Paris again, Edgar Suites is the first option we will consider!

This apartment is in a modern building and finished to a very high spec. There's everything you'll need for a short stay in Paris. It's only a 5 min walk to the tram stop to take you to the metro, where you can easily reach anywhere in Paris. The local area is nice and has a few restaurants walkable, as well as plenty on the tram route. The bed was comfy for us both and the bathroom is spacious with a walk in shower. Car parking no problem either as there is an underground car park. No complaints at all from either my daughter or myself.

The flat is excellent - very clean and comfortable, in a very elegant building, with a safe parking in the basement and an elevator. Filled with coffee capsules and tea bags, salt and pepper, also excellent olive oil and vinegar, and in the bathroom - shampoo and shower gel. Well comunicated with the centre of Paris, shops and boulangeries nearby. A quiet and safe neighbourhood. I recommend it to everybody!!!

You must know that it's at least 20 mins walk to the metro station (line 13, Chatillon Montrouge station, which is zone 3). We used a tram T6 to get to the station, it's 4 mins walk from the flat. Trams go every 6-8 mins, there're also buses. That was not a problem for us but it's not clearly written in the offer.

Edgar is a great concept! Great, spacious and affordable accomodation for a family to explore Paris. Fantastic guest relations, responsive communication. Friendly, helpful staff on site. Thanks Larry and Divine for being available anytime needed! Super clean, nicely furnished apartment. We loved the Rituals shower gel and shampoo. The building was nice, very quiet during our stay, we found the sound insulation to be effective. Market, grocery, bakery are just a few minute walk away. Paris city center was approximately 50 mins away by public transportation. The garage is very nice to have. The area is safe and silent. We absolutely loved to have chosen this apartment and would be more than happy to return. Recommended 100%

This did not effect our overall impression, but the bed in the bedroom could be a few 20-40 cms wider :-) Watch out that the online questionnaire about check-in & check-out is completed thoughtfully, because your arrival and departure is arranged based on that information.

Did not have breakfast at the location. You have to buy and prepare yourself, or take one of the many places in Paris. Not an issue for us.

The bed was a little to soft for my back. Not an issue with 4-5 nights. One of my other colleagues had a way better bed, so I am sure you can ask the staff before you book for a room with a hard bed. Location wise it takes around an hour to get to center of Paris. Again not an issue if you plan for it. Flip side is that the placeis quiet and it is very possible to get a quiet night of sleep

A great location with excellent access to Paris by train and metro. The neighborhood is quiet and well-kept. The staff is friendly and helpful. The two-bedroom apartment is spacious and comfortable for four people, and the balcony and laundry facilities are very convenient. The price is very reasonable, and I highly recommend it.

A few minor improvements could be made: replace the pans that don't work on the induction cooktop, fix a broken kitchen chair, and some of the towels had an unpleasant odor.

Very clean apartments/toilets, comfortable full latex mattresses, quiet and safe neighborhood, tram station at 5 minutes by foot, capacious underground parking, continuous communication and service during our stay with the apartments staff via WhatsApp, and a little nice sweet gift as a welcome. Very good value for money!

About 30 minutes from city center, requires use of public transport.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with delightful chocolate almonds and a warm postcard welcome, setting the tone for a memorable visit. The apartment exceeded all expectations in every aspect. The location was not only safe and quiet but also conveniently situated for exploring the city. The quality of the furnishings, bedding, and kitchen equipment was top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Every detail was catered to, ensuring a comfortable stay for myself and my three children, including an infant for whom a high chair and cot were thoughtfully provided. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service provided by Edgar and his team, including Larry and his wife. Edgar’s professionalism and kindness shone through in his attentive follow-ups before, during, and after our stay. His team’s help with logistics, such as assisting with luggage to the car park, was invaluable. This level of service not only justifies the cost but exceeds it, providing tremendous value. I am immensely satisfied and grateful for the hospitality shown, making us feel secure and well-cared for throughout our visit. Edgar Suites Chatillon is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of Villa Beausoleil. We wanted a quite parisian experience away from the buzzing city crowd, which the place provided exceptionally well. Although anyone staying there, I would highly recommend not to even dare interact with any staff/ member of Villa Beausoleil. They are exceptionally rude, unkind and will address you with the worst behaviour that would even make you cry!!! On the other hand the more I talk about Edgar Suites, the less it may seems. It was our HOME AWAY FROM HOME! The place is a short walk uptil the Tram station which takes us to the metro station in less than 5 min away. Any destination within Paris is not more than 20-30 min. What I want to highlight most is the caring nature of Edgar Suites staff with Mr. Edgar in particular. We got mugged on our very first day at St. Michelle. It was truly traumatic. If it wasn't for Mr. Edgar, we would've had no other option but to pack our bags and come home to Dubai. He made sure to mail us every morning and kept a tab on our whereabouts whether we were safe or needed anything. From getting our digital keys replaced free of charge (that also got stolen during the mugging), to delivering us freshly baked croissants in the morning, he made sure my family felt safe and at home. Up until the time we left Paris, he was in constant touch to make sure if my family needed anything. It takes a big heart to do such a thing for strangers one hasn't even met. I will forever be thankful to Mr. Edgar for his kindness and the gesture he showed towards my family.

We loved everything about Edgar Suites Chatillon except for the fact that it is housed inside Villa Beausoleil!

Apartment is located in Chatillon, a small town nearby Paris (Zone 3), in a very silent and safety neighborhood. If you don't have the car, you may use a combination of a train line T6 and metro line 13 to reach the Paris city center really fast. A local manager, Mr. Larry is very helpful and professional in every activity. Apartment is new and well organized. A small, but well equipped kitchen may help all the guests to make a late dinner would be ate on a small balcony. We found the mattresses as very comfortable. The access to the Internet through WiFi was very fast.

Staying at the apartment during a hot summer would be difficult due to a lack of any air-conditioning system. The host provided access to fans, but they were not enough effective when the temperature outside exceeded 30 degrees of Celsius.
