The location was a bit further from the main attractions but the tram was very close and we combined it with the subway to get everywhere we needed to go. There was a welcome gift of chocolate almonds and we were met by Gerald and he let us in. The room was enough for 3 of us and the beds were comfortable- the pull out couch was surprisingly comfortable - it felt like I was in a regular bed. There were enough towels for us and it was nice to have a small balcony to get some fresh air. It was very hot while we were there but we used the fans in the 2 rooms to sleep comfortably at night. The place is very quiet and the price was by far the best of anything I looked at. We were also very comfortable walking from the tram home at night in this neighborhood.

Only thing was the location as we spent a fair amount of time taking transportation to and from our daily activities but I knew that when I booked it .

We spent many hours looking for accommodation in Paris. And guess what, this option is the best accommodation for travelers that you can imagine! Over the past few years, we have visited many countries, lived in countless hotels and apartments, so we have something to compare with. 1) price. 2) cleanliness, fresh renovation, I felt at home, and not in a rented apartment. 3) helpful staff with whom we communicated by mail and WhatsApp (hi Larry!). 4) a cozy area with small old houses. quiet street, good sound insulation, thick curtains and blinds. 5) near the tram, shops, 15-20 minutes walk to the metro. 6) the apartments have all the necessary kitchen utensils, heating (we were there in winter), Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster. 7) iron, vacuum cleaner, clothes dryer, vacuum cleaner, washing machines in the common area. 8) due to the fact that we were there for almost two weeks, we were offered cleaning (free of charge)

1) The heating radiators were a little noisy, so we had to turn them off at night and sometimes it was cold in the morning. 2) the room did not have air conditioning, so it can get hot in the summer (although there is a portable fan). However, if we find ourselves in Paris again, Edgar Suites is the first option we will consider!

This apartment is in a modern building and finished to a very high spec. There's everything you'll need for a short stay in Paris. It's only a 5 min walk to the tram stop to take you to the metro, where you can easily reach anywhere in Paris. The local area is nice and has a few restaurants walkable, as well as plenty on the tram route. The bed was comfy for us both and the bathroom is spacious with a walk in shower. Car parking no problem either as there is an underground car park. No complaints at all from either my daughter or myself.

The flat is excellent - very clean and comfortable, in a very elegant building, with a safe parking in the basement and an elevator. Filled with coffee capsules and tea bags, salt and pepper, also excellent olive oil and vinegar, and in the bathroom - shampoo and shower gel. Well comunicated with the centre of Paris, shops and boulangeries nearby. A quiet and safe neighbourhood. I recommend it to everybody!!!

You must know that it's at least 20 mins walk to the metro station (line 13, Chatillon Montrouge station, which is zone 3). We used a tram T6 to get to the station, it's 4 mins walk from the flat. Trams go every 6-8 mins, there're also buses. That was not a problem for us but it's not clearly written in the offer.

Thanks Larry and Divine for being available anytime needed! Super clean, nicely furnished apartment. We loved the Rituals shower gel and shampoo. The building was nice, very quiet during our stay, we found the sound insulation to be effective. Market, grocery, bakery are just a few minute walk away. Paris city center was approximately 50 mins away by public transportation. The garage is very nice to have. The area is safe and silent. We absolutely loved to have chosen this apartment and would be more than happy to return. Recommended 100%

This did not effect our overall impression, but the bed in the bedroom could be a few 20-40 cms wider :-) Watch out that the online questionnaire about check-in & check-out is completed thoughtfully, because your arrival and departure is arranged based on that information.

We enjoyed the quiet location. The apartment itself is spacious and has a nice small kitchen and couch/tv + small terrace. We could store the bikes on our car in the garage which was easy accessible and secure. (we took the bike to the city, Roland Garros and Versailles, all about 25-40 mins) This was very convenient. Also some restaurants and shops in the neighborhood, although most of the time we went into the center of Paris (or at home using the kitchen). Also very nice host.

Double bed is rather small. There was a closet but only for hanging clothes. Additional storage eg closet with shelves. would be nice. (We left most of our clothes within the suitcase on the ground)

A very good place to stay for a trip to Paris, especially for this money. The landlord provides a convenient service for booking processing. We were greeted by a very cute starter pack in the room. The area is very quiet, cozy and green, there is a bakery and a large supermarket nearby, you can buy food there any day. The staff is very polite and quick to answer all possible questions on Whatsapp (thanks, Maline!). Good tea bags, coffee capsules, and dishwasher capsules are also placed in the room. Also wonderful balcony.

There's no good coffee nearby, it's not very clear where to throw the trash, and there was a construction site in front of the apartments (you can't hear it with the windows closed, and it doesn't work during quiet hours).

Our stay exceeded all expectations! The room was arranged at a high professional level — every detail was thoughtfully considered. I stayed at these apartments with my daughter, and we were very happy with our choice. The room was spacious, clean, and bright, with a lovely balcony where we enjoyed our meals and relaxed. The area is quiet and well-kept, making for a peaceful stay. The staff were attentive and helpful. Overall, excellent quality for the price. We would definitely recommend these apartments and would love to come back!

The only downside is that the apartments are located far from the city center. It takes two forms of transportation to reach the main attractions.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. It had everything we could possibly need (hair dryer, towels, shower gel, coffee machine, plenty of coffee and tea, etc.). The woman who gave us the keys was very friendly. She told us in detail where everything was located and answered all our questions. The area was nice, too, with the big Carrefour and a very nice bakery just 5 minutes away!

My mom said she lacked a full-length mirror, but otherwise, everything was great!
